Knowledgeable staff makes it a breeze to find what you need and go on with your life. But there could be some improvement in their purchasing dept.... because they are always sold out of things. This goes for all the branches including Kaneohe, Pearl Kai and Kalakaua.

My grandmother likes to come to this Fabric Mart even though we live in town. The people are friendly and very helpful. Also they seem to have more sale fabrics that she likes to purchase.

Large location in Harbor Center complex with lots of parking. However, spaces are tight and can be filled quickly especially during the weekdays and holidays. Selection of fabric is the best I have seen on Oahu. They have character themes, hawaiian, camouflage, floral, kids, plain, solid, patterned, etc. prints. They also have accessories for you craft projects like mask ear loops and liners. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you are in the fabric cutting line on the right side of the store before checking out. Will be back before our next project.

Im very disappointed with their customer service. I have ordered fabric from them in the past with no difficulties. Occasionally, there was a problem with a fabric being out of stock. The problem was solved with a quick email to me and my choosing another fabric. My last order had 3 out of 16 fabrics that where out of stock. Instead of emailing me, they just shipped my incomplete order and refunded the difference. Now Im short fabric for my project. I will have to make another order, pay shipping again, and wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Also they now have a 2 yard minimum. I only really needed 1/2 yard of each fabric for my project to begin with but was willing to get extra and put it in my stash.

Wished aisle to wait for fabric to be cut was cleared of fabric, but no-one tried to come in to look at those. Line to pay is also main aisle. Temperature check and hand sanitizer available.

Customer service was great. When they didnt have what I needed on the floor, they searched their storeroom and found exactly what I wanted. All for one of the least expensive fabrics they had. Price was as cheap or cheaper than I found it on the mainland, but looks to be good quality and they did have a wide variety of printed fabrics.

I found it to be overwhelming. There is everything you need to cover anything! From underwear to curtains.

If you go during the weekday it is much less crowded than the weekend. They still have a huge selection of material, except military prints.

This is my go to place for fabric and sewing supplies. They sell hundreds if not thousands of different types of fabrics from vinyls, cottons, rayons, polyesters, etc. Their button and ribbon selections are huge. Theyve got threads even for embroidery as well as metallic types. So much to select from. The staff is very helpful if you describe to them what youre looking for.

This was my first time at this fabric mart location. I couldnt believe how big it was! Would love to see more variety of sports and Mexican-themed prints in general at all fabric stores but I appreciate what this store did have in stock.

When I made my online purchase, the website said 5 -7 days to fulfill orders. I didnt receive the call to pick it up for 2 weeks. I would not have ordered had I known it would take so long.

Their prices are about the same as Walmarts fabrics. But they have SO many options. Theyve even expanded recently. The new addition is mostly upholstery fabric. I love this place. They even sell sewing guides, buttons, elastics, zippers all kinds of stuff.

I purchased fabric here for blackout curtains for large windows. I was looking a very specific solid color and texture. This store has tons of choices, but if you are looking for something specific, it could be hit or miss. I found something almost perfect to match but they sadly didnt have enough and couldnt order more. I ended up settling for the right texture but a different color all together. They did have a limited selection of what I was looking for in drapery fabrics, and thats the only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 stars. Albeit, they had many choices of colors and patterns, but for what I needed, it was limited. Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they answered any questions and did their best to help me find what Im looking for.

This is a great store if you need any type of fabric and sewing accessories. So many local patterns...hard to choose just one. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend that you stop by to look.

Friendly staff and well organized large collection.

Placed an order on fabric that wasnt sold out online on April 14th, days and a week went by I didnt receive my order or an email from company. Tried calling numerous times, no answer and answering machine too full to leave message so o ended up emailing the company. Finally I got a reply, a reply I didnt want to hear. They had stated that what I had ordered was not in stock when clearly when I ordered it online fabric was available. I didnt think it was fair that when I had ordered the fabric was available because it stated it was because if it was sold out it wouldve showed that it was sold out. If I hadnt emailed the company, no one bothered to get in touch with me if I hadnt emailed. Not even an apology!

Brought my sisters who were visiting from the mainland since I knew they would be able to find everything they need for sewing. The selection is great! From cotton fabric for quilting to fine silks, lace and sequins for weddings and proms, its there. Prices are good. There are also lots of Japanese fabrics and Hawaiian prints.

Hands down the best assortment of fabric at the best prices on the island! Friendly staff and LOTS of parking. Yes, its on Oahu and there is plenty of free parking, I kid you not.
