A big range of toys at the store for big and little kids. A range of pops for the collector. Unfortunately for whatever reason, this store does show and display toys that they do not sell at this store which can be confusing.

You will be missed by millions my old friend. Sad that younger generations will never get to know you. The times we spent together I will cherish. Would have given a 5 star but feel bad for the employees that are to be jobless

Great selection of toys and only a few dollars more than mainland prices. Pool toys, school supplies, baby items, diapers, bikes, video games, and much more. Lots of parking spots!

I was a seasonal worker. Was promised more than one day a week. Worked first day, 7 hrs not one break. Following week was scheduled one day. Apparently I was on call. Sorry, one day a week? Really. That was beginning of Dec. Still have not received 1 day paycheck. Its been over a month. I gave them new address to send it to. Contacted corporate. No communication skills from any of the team members.

We could not find a single worker there to help us, for at least 10 minutes! And that store is huge. Maybe they were having some problems, but its helpful to have people there to answer your questions. Maybe some kind of customer service bell in different places around the store?But when we did finally find someone, she was very helpful and quick. The cashier was also very sweet and informational. I wish I remembered their names! I dont usually shop there, but the service we received really made an impact.

Its a mainland chain that everyone here on Hawaii needs and likes including me. Service is generally really good and you cannot beat the variety of stuff you can actually pick up as opposed to waiting for it in the mail. They dont price match but they have hard to find items, albeit in very limited quantities. Like shopping here and will continue to do so.

My kids love to go here I wonder why? Anyways the store is packed with everything kids even me could like. Easy to park and I never had a problem inside they always have what I wanted.

Lots of selection. Prices are decent when on sale. Probably get them cheaper online. Check their website before you go in. Online pickup is really good.

Cant believe you have all video games in a locked cabinet. I couldnt be bothered looking through games after walking around asking for them to unlock the cabinet each time I wanted to look at games. Bought 5 games at gamestop instead ...

WOW....! very big store compared to the Los Feliz and BurBank stores in Los Angeles. they got everything and all the selections of everything you need. sales staff are very accommodating and helps you with every need you have.seems like the biggest toys r us in the city. parking is.very adequate but kinda tricky to get too. if it gets confusing just head towards Bank of Hawaii and its next to it 👍

A bit run down. feels like no one cares. very empty feeling. they do have reward program.

It never seems to busy, but also is not the most organized or tidiest store. Each time I go in there, I just want to get what I came for and get out. The selection is fine. I will continue to shop here, it just is not a real inviting store.

Cant say anything good! They cannot stay in stock. They dont pick up phone calls. Shipments dont come on time. Store is always messy. Nobody fronts during the day.

Always a favorite place for my daughter. Items can be on the pricey side. So much to choose from and yet sometimes they just dont have what you are looking for.

Spoke to a Donovan and what an AWESOME experience I received! He went beyond my expectations. I called the Ala Moana and the Aiea stores last night and received bad service. The Aiea location made me feel that I was bothering them. Told me that they didnt have the item I was requesting for. But when i called back this morning I was told that there were 3 left...what?!Donovan thank you! YOU ROCK!!

This was the worst service I have ever had. I waited after asking for help for about 30 minutes before some one came to help. Then we needed twine so she said she would get some then never came back. Just save your self a trip and dont go

Love this store. At the age of 40, almost 41, this uber man-child always is happy to see the cool Star Wars items that are hard to find at other stores. As well as some TRU exclusives. One of my fave places to go to cheer up and feel like a kid again. Also a good place to visit for a bit even if Im broke and just want to be in the environment while hanging with some of my man-child crew. Great cure for a bad day. Never felt rushed to get out for not buying that day. Still when its time to get my buy on I always leave this place in a great mood. A blu ray, action figure, vid game, cd combo bag is a great way to go. Pan syndrome for life! :D

Only place in Hawaii I can find all the toys my daughter want. Event the price are competitive with the Navy Exchange, this Hawaii one of the most expensive states.

Great customer service, but a lot of the toys were out of place, so we had to do a lot of price checking on a lot of the childrens toys, but overall it was a great experience.

Toys R Us in Los Angeles had toys that children played on the floor, and the store clerk couldnt even get rid of them, but Toys R Us in Hawaii was neatly organized.There are board games and puzzle games that are not in Japan.There were many kinds of Barbie dolls.

The price is similar to Paju Toy Department Store. Childrens bicycles are really cheap and pretty but you cant take them with you.

Car is necessary, but it is good to buy souvenirs for children
