Went in to repair my husbands chain. Amy helped us and she was awesome. Took time to answer all our questions. very informative and polite. This is the second time Ive visited this particular Kays first time a gentleman helped me. I believe he is the manager now, but he was also great which is why I came back this time. People making the process easy for you while working quickly and efficiently all while being super professional and courteous. Keep up to awesome work. I will only be going to Kays for any of my jewelry needs going forward.

Marcus went above and beyond to resolve the problem we we’re having trying to have a ring repaired. I even had to call customer service and they were unable to fix my problem, yet I walk into the Kay’s located in Pearl Ridge and Marcus was very solution oriented and we left with a big grin on our face. Worst location on Oahu. Waited 45 minutes for them to see me just so I could ask to make an appointment and no one ever came over. I’ve called 8 times trying to make an appointment and they never answer. I just want to pick up my ring 🤬

I recieved an email stating my ring was at the store so I went to go pick it up after it had been gone for over two weeks. I arrived at the store and waited (seriously over 25 minutes) before any of the workers acknowledged my presence and I asked for help and they ignored me. After the 25 minutes, someone finally came up to me and said Ill be with you in a moment, another 25 minutes go by before Im helped and my ring isnt there. They called the shop where the ring was shipped from and there computers are down... the workers at Kay Jewelers promised they would call me by the afternoon with an update on the whereabouts of my ring. No call was received. I called the store a few times that day, just to get hung up on. Recieved another email the next day saying my ring was at the store, again, I drive to the store. Get smiled at by one of the workers, I smiled back and asked if she worked here she said no so Im waiting to get help because the store was busy, so Im waiting my turn. the same lady that told me she didnt work there asked me what I needed because Im just standing waiting for the other employees to be finished and I told her just picking up my ring, do you work here? and she responded i can do that for you i was waiting for 10 minutes with this lady just standing next to me who told me she didnt work there. This whole experience was frustrating and I rather drive further than deal with this store or the employees.

Nusara was so great and easy to work with. We found the perfect wedding band for my fiancé. She even cleaned her engagement ring, and my mother in law’s wedding ring for free. Would definitely recommend.

5 STARS only because of VEE (VERLYNE).Me and my fiancé came in before to look at their ring selection (which by the way is really beautiful!). We were helped by an older lady with glasses. We felt very rushed to buy and she judged me on MY OWN preferences. Long story short we ended up exchanging the ring we bought with her help. &&&& VEE Was the one to help us with that. Not only was she accommodating with the exchange but she helped me pick out the ring I really wanted. Really took her time with us & showed me more varieties of what I am in to. I am so very HAPPY that we went back!! VEE was the best customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with. I 100% RECOMMEND that you ask for VEE (VERLYNE)*** A lot of people complain about no one helping them right away but think about it.. if you’re picking out your dream wedding ring or the perfect gift you wouldn’t want the consultant leaving you to help someone else. The wait isn’t that bad anyway. They see you and will get to you when they have a chance. ***

The only reason Im commenting is because my ring was dropped off for repair (redipping only, no resize or diamond repair) in the first week of May. It is now June 20 and my ring is still not back. Initially they told me there was a delay due to Mothers Day. I was fine with that. I then called 3 times and due to the time difference for the jeweler in Vegas and computer systems not being up yet I was given no information. I then called back and spoke to someone who finally gave me an update. My ring had been sent to the wrong store and that store is not in Hawaii. They told me they would contact me as it should be in within a week. That was last Saturday (June 11). I just spoke with someone today who said it still hasnt been updated in regards to being sent to the correct store. This is not the stores fault and the people who work there have given me as much information as they can when Ive been able to speak with someone, however, this is getting a little ridiculous. Its been almost 7 weeks since dropping it off and almost 4 weeks since my promise date. The employees of the store are the only reason for the 3 stars. :(

Love my ring but the customer service is unacceptable. Why call it a promise date if the jewelry never comes in on this date. I bought a new center Diamond on 2/13... Its 3/3 and still no ring. For someone that always wears their ring, thats a long time to be without it...seems almost 3 weeks should be sufficient. When I asked where it was they said in transit. I said you mean a 5k ring doesnt have a tracking number but my 5 dollar flat rate box does?? Unbelievable.

I lived in Hawaii for 4 years. I bought numerous diamond/gold jewelry throughout the years from Kay. When I first moved to Hawaii I went to Kay to have my jewelry checked (I purchased the warrantees, so I get them checked every 6 months). They woman who helped us was very rude. When I asked to have my diamond earrings, tennis bracelet, anniversary band, and my husbands wedding band cleaned, I also asked if my engagement ring (not purchased from them) cleaned. The girl took my engagement ring and examined it under a microscope, then attempted to pry open the platinum prongs, which at last she succeeded in doing, then asked me to look at the diamond under a microscope pointing out that there was a small chip in it, which one of the prongs covered. I thought that this was very inappropriate, and wouldnt have been surprised if the chip accused from her trying to pry it open. Unfortunately I didnt get a name. This occurred in 2011, but it has bothered me ever since.

This place has the worst customer service ever. Every time my wife goes there for a cleaning, if she is acknowledged at all, it is last. Almost as though theyre not expecting us to purchase anything despite the rock on her finger. They should fire ALL staff and start new, its ridiculous.

My fiance and I are from maui and walked into the pearlridge store on their first day being open after remodeling. 1/5/2016.Lexine and Marcus are very professional with a great sense of humor. No pressure just fun in finding what we wanted. When we left we felt like we knew them forever. Like the forever diamond on my finger. Thank you Lexine and Marcus for making it special and fun. Too bad the maui stores dont have employees like them. They would have my business. See you two next time were in town.

This place is full of liars firs off when I got a ring I put it on layaway because I was told that I could still get the permotional 300 dollars for it that was a lie the second ring that I had on lay away I was told I did not have to make any payments until I picked them up I am now constantly baggerd and thretaned daily and woken up at all hours of the night saying I have to make a payment I am now waiting to talk to the manager its ben 3 hours i will never buy anything from this store again if It wasnt that my feonsay had picked out the wedding band I would cancel my layaway
