Im not an ice cream person but if I do crave it, its either Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream for me. This time, I was craving a milkshake and since I was in the area, I decided that I had to stop by. After ordering an Oreo Cookies and Cream milkshake, I thought Id look at the cakes in their freezer. I spotted my favorite cake that always means a special occasion, usually my birthday dessert to myself. Its a 6-8 serving vanilla cake with Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream. Who buys a 6-8 serving Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake for themselves, you may ask. . . I do! The nice guy working was so pleasant and made my shake quickly but I still had time to grab the cake! Spontaneous, yummy desserts are the most fun! Never mind the judgement I got when I got home and showed off my gift to myself🤣And yes, minus 2 slices that I shared, the rest I ate by myself!

Do not recommend for cakes. I ordered a 6 Tall Piñata cake for my daughters birthday. I expected a cake that was around 6 inches tall and I dont see how anyone could possibly interpret that height description any other way. The cake I received wasnt even 4 inches tall. I called to see if there was some mistake and they insisted that this is how the cakes are made This is blatant false advertising. I drastically overpaid for a 4 tall cake. Ordered from Door dash received wrong quarts of ice cream even though my receipt shows the correct order. Called several times no one answers except to hang up immediately great customer service 👎

They were great with me and my two boys. Definitely very generous with their serving sizes as well. We have been back multiple times already!

Should add sugar free ice cream and made with healthy sugars not scaring or sucrose .

Called to see what kind of ice cream pies were available, was told by a male employee that they don’t make it without a 24 hour order request. Strange that I called the same store in Pearl Kai the previous Saturday and was told by a female that they had several ready madeNo mention was made of a 24 hour notice order was needed.What the hell? Only cakes were available.Crappy store and service.

Its ice cream! What more needs to be said? And they always so generous with scoop size. I do the Pralines and cream with caramel sauce and nuts. Super ono!

Friendly sevice and wide selection of ice cream. They also always have vanilla macadamia nut all year round which no other location we have been to has. It was the day after Christmas so staff was light and a couple of flavors were out but we have always found this place to be really good. Parking is tough because they are in a very busy shopping complex.

Place is amazing. They need a rewards program for return customers.

We love going to Baskin Robbins on the 31st of every month. They offer scoops of ice cream at $1.31, the promotion does have its limitations but its a great deal.

This place is like a regular ice cream place not as much flavors as other baskin Robins though. Pretty spacious, not as crowded, many seats, other eating places nearby like hot pot curry house, blazin stakes and many more

Workers often smell like cigarette smoke, and the cleanliness of the store is questionable, but Ive not gotten sick there yet, and they sort of know how to assemble a sundae most of the time.

I was standing there being skipped and finally when someone asked what we wanted the manager, or whatever the old guy there was, pulled her away to help someone else .slow and they dont treat everyone the same . Dont go here
