Good for model making and not much else. I was really excited to go to a store described as an anime con away from the anime con but there was barely any merch and the prices seemed way more marked up than what Id seen on the mainland. Go if you like models.

They told me they dont hold on to products for customers. When I arrived I saw the product that I wanted to buy and asked for it. But they moved the product into the back room and told me that the product had already been sold 15 minutes earlier. This makes no sense and Im pretty sure they just lied to me. Shady; do not recommend.

Awesome little shop packed with a great selection of Japanese imported toys and hobbies. The owner is very knowledgeable and personable, he makes sure that all your questions are answered. Also great Gunpla selection, tools and paint. Great place tofind collectibles even very niche anime’s.

I like that they have a variety of Gundam tech, but Im looking for Robotech/ Macross merch, and 80s Mecha. Wish they have Voltes V, Go-Lion/Voltron, Toshou Daimos, Bioman stuff

All things anime, models, figures, and things related. Selection is great, but you need to have some dollas to spend to get some of the bigger things. If you buy figures and want to see them in person, this is the place to go. But it is usually slightly more expensive compared to online, for obvious reasons. (They have to import them and pay all the shipping, rent, etc.)The store that they have now is at Pearlridge, and way larger than the one they used to have in Aiea.The only issue that I have, is that I cant tell who works there, unless theyre at the register. If no one was there, the guys who work there look just like customers. Which is fine, just hard to tell who they are if its your first time there.But their customer service is awesome, which makes up for the lack of differentiating them from customers.Another awesome thing is that if youre a loyal returning customer they have perks that they offer, which is awesome.Overall great experience. Wish I could afford to buy more stuff. 😫

Havent bought anything from here yet, but the atmosphere is very calming and all the figures and displays are very nice to look at. I would trust the store owner with my life, hes so sweet. Please visit even if just to look :)

I love this place, the prices are ok because of course your on an island and everything needs to be shipped etc. I buy majority of my kits and paints needs here. Owner is also pretty chill and if not busy holds a conversation.

Walked in and saw they had shining fates in stock. Asked to buy it and tried to charge me 109$ USD. These guys are trying to scalp Pokemon cards like everyone else. Do not buy from them.

Bad place, went there to buy pokemon cards with my son, was received by a not welcome vibe by a seller, tried better luck with the manager, but she was worst, dont pick the bad vibe of this place.

Always love visiting MiniQ. Best place on Oahu to find anime statues and blind boxes, gunpla, paints, tools, Warhammer 40K, Magic The Gathering, Pokémon.. and maybe that small something that you don’t k ow you wanted. Go check it out and see what you find!

While they do have what I hope are some legit products, be warned-- their claim that everything is 100 percent authentic is very, very false. I recently purchased a Black Rock Shooter plush, under the impression that it was an official plush, but after further research, was discovered to be a bootleg. All of the issues with the plush can be fixed with sone effort, but I will not be buying from MiniQ in the future and urge others who want legit goods to do the same.

We love browsing this store. Notice I say browse... We have never bought anything, even though we probably visit every time were at Pearlridge. Its either the prices, or things we check out, we dont REALLY need and opt not to buy. They do have quite a bit of anime items that you wont find easily. There used to be tables and chairs to hand out at, but with covid, thats not allowed. Located first floor on the Macys side of the mall, right across Macys juniors area.

Always enjoy going here to support a small business and grateful they werent forced to close. One of the few places to get figure models and anime things in general still. Owner is always friendly and helpful when in the shop as well as the employees. With convention season closed basically, this is a nice place to grab anime merch.

This place is simply a place of magic! Its were you go to just be you an only you. Everyone an anyone can be what they dream too be!! Model fanatic, collector, or just being a fan an friend!

I like the store. Its not really big but it has a lot of stuff I really liked. I like the figma glass display they have. I sure shopped a lot here in my vacation here in Hawaii. Maybe Ill go here again if I ever come out here the next time

Super cute place, its like an anime con dealers room all year long. They only stock newer nendoroid and do pre orders so its great for that.They also have a cute selection of blind boxes and mini foods. I got Miku decals for my car here too and MSC for custom dolls.My husband likes the Gundam kits :) They have a good rewards program too.Parking is good, you can park across the street at the other strip mall as well.

Visiting from out of town and it was closed :( came on Friday at around 1:30, I was super excited to check it out.

They have a wide array of items to choose from for any anime fan. Parking can be tricky however.
