I have been a fan since the beginning. Daisy has the best taste on island...she is current with the trendy and knows classic style. I help national Miss America pageant contestants regularly...she is a gem...always males sure no one getting their gown from her has a duplicate gown. She has been a sponsor of the Miss Hawaii Scholarship program in the past and gives generously!. Daisy is helpful, NOT pushy and just looking to get another sale. She truly wants you to be happy with your dress. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The first time I went to WhiteHOT Hawaii I automatically fell in love with the store and the dresses. Daisy (owner) greeted us with a warm welcome and started to ask what type of dress we were looking for. I looked at every dress in the store and catalogs but couldnt seem to find the perfect one that caught my eye. I was very picky but Daisy was patient with me and found a very cute red dress. Once I tried it on I was hooked, I didnt want to take off the dress. I stood in the mirror for a good half an hour. I left the store with nothing but a huge smile on my face.If anyone is looking for a prom dress, wedding dress or formal dress, WhiteHOT Hawaii would be the place to go! Even if its a far drive, going there, meeting Daisy and getting the perfect dress with be worth it. I love going back and looking for new dresses for different occasions. Daisy may be the stores owner but she can also become a best friend. Best experience!

Alterations were last minute and rushed, although my dress was here for 4 months prior to my wedding. My straps were glued and not sewn on, which had to be continually repaired throughout my wedding because they kept falling off and breaking.My dress was beautiful. The service was sub Par... as in I had to tend to myself at a scheduled appointment/fitting after I already bought my dress.I recommended a friend to this shop prior to my alteration fiasco. They ordered her the wrong dress, and she had major issues with the fittings also.I was all about supporting a small local business with a young owner.But yall need to get it together.- clean your shop, no one wants a dirty wedding dress.- take pride in your alterations. You certainly charge top dollar for them.- treat brides better with understanding that if you mess up their wedding dress youve put a MAJOR damper on their very expensive special day.

It was 5 days before my moms wedding and she still didnt have a dress. Crazy right?! So we were in desperate need of a miracle. We walked in and instantly loved the place. It was beautiful, organized, and friendly.The shop is off the beaten path, and like all treasure hunters know,the best treasures are hidden well. The owner Daisy was amazing! She was not fazed by the short deadline or the request that the dress be red, and under $300. She simply got my mom to pick a sample dress and got the company to send one in red, a day later. Through her connections, the alterations were done the night before my moms wedding! It was perfect! The magic performed by Daisy, made my mom feel like Cinderella. We think of her as the Fairy godmother of dresses. If you need a dress, you need to go to WhiteHOT Hawaii!

I have so much respect for local business because they have such a welcoming feeling when you walk through the door. I knew when I went to WhiteHOT Hawaii to look for my wedding dress, I wasnt going home empty handed. Daisy is so amazing and pays attention to detail and is so passionate in what she does. She is also not afraid to push your comfort zone which I loved because I knew what I wanted, but came out with the dress that I absolutely loved. Definitely will recommend WhiteHot Hawaii to everyone!

This year 2019, is my boyfriend’s last prom before he graduate. Every body knows that your last prom is one of the most important one. So he had decided to order his tux from here months prior in advance. After the fitting the workers had told him they would call him when it comes in...one week before the prom, nothing no call whatsoever. 4 days before no call. Finally 2 days before our prom he decided to go into the store and see if his tux came in.( still didn’t call ) they had it, when opening the box they saw the tux but not the vest or the tie. The workers had no idea when the vest or tie is coming in. Our prom is in 2 days. . At the prom they have a dress regulation that requires the boys to have a vest...etc....overall this place is still new I wouldn’t suggest it because they had messed up the order even when it was order with months still ahead. They never called when the tux came in.But save yourself sometime and less stress and go to a place that most local people would recommend. Due to the fact that every year most boys and girls go to the same place their parents went to because they know for a fact that it won’t be messed up on the be half of the company

Hey girl just want to put this out there. This year 2019 a lot of people I know, at least eleven girls who had problems with White Hot, and they are all from my school. And several of them went to the same prom.One girl who is my friend, her prom was on April 13. she ordered her dress several months ago from the day of prom. And she had to make the phone calls to ask if her dress came in or not several times. When she finally went to get her brand new dress they have already sold it to some other girl and she ended up with a used dress that smelled like someone danced in it and had make up stains on it. Her mother asked for a percentage back but they ended up using that for alterations...Second friend had her prom on April 13 this year as well. she ordered her dress early in this year. She would make phone calls to ask if her dress arrived and the employees kept extending the date of arrival. One day she went all the way to pearl ridge (from Hawaii Kai) and the employees told her that her dress has not come in yet, and ended up getting her dress the day before prom.All the other girls had similar problems to this but only one of my friends never had problems with them at all, and she was an ambassador for White Hot this year. Like seriously, this is so inconsiderate and rude. I dont know what their problem is but they shouldnt be a business if they treat people like this.

My favorite dress shop!! Daisy (owner) has always been so sweet & helpful throughout my entire wedding process. She even helped me get the dresses in in time (since I procrastinated A LOT in choosing my dresses) Koa (one of the designers) is absolutely amazing! He created my dream dress, I told him my ideas and things I really wanted, & he drew it out perfectly! I nearly died from excitement for when I finally got to see the end product! It. Was. GORGEOUS!!! Everyone there is fun to be around and it just takes the stress out of any event you might be planning. I highly recommend going here for any event!!! Seriously! Go here!!

I flew in last minute for a wedding on Ohau and went to this shop as it was highly recommended by a family member. I was SO pleased with the customer service as soon as I walked in the door and met the owner :) There are so many amazing and unique dresses to choose from. And knowledgeable staff to help me find a dress to compliment my figure. I just loved coming here and I recommend to everyone I meet! Even the people back on the mainland!

I flew in from Maui to shop for my wedding gown last June. I found White Hot Hawaii through Yelp because of the owners awesome reviews. I also had a friend who had found her gown at her store as well so I was really excited to shop there. I had gone to two other Oahu bridal stores before coming here and tried on many gowns. They were pretty but none of them felt like the one. As soon as I entered her store, Daisy made me feel comfortable and spoke to me like a friend. She has so much passion for what she does and its obvious in how she treats her customers. I showed her some photos and explained what I was looking for. Every gown she pulled for me was beautiful. Out of all the stores, I felt like she was the only one who truly listened to what I had asked for but also made suggestions based on my body and the style of my wedding. The gown I ended up choosing was one she chose for me. She really knows her craft and knows how to flatter any body. I was able to do my alterations back home on Maui since one of her designers, Koa Johnson lives here and flies back and forth to Oahu to take clients there. He was awesome and my alterations was less than $150!! I couldnt have had a better experience with both Daisy and Koa. I would highly recommend White Hot Hawaii to any bride shopping for her bridal gown.

If you want excellent service and someone that truly cares about helping you, Daisy is your girl. From the moment I walk into her store I am always welcomed and she is always happy to listen to me. Besides walk ins I think Daisy is great at responding back with any questions that I have. I wish White Hot Hawaii was around when I got married because I love looking at all her unique wedding dresses. I have normally have to try on everything when I shop because I dont know what lools good on me, but Daisy has an eye for what looks good on your body. And if theres anything that Daisy doesnt have shes happy to order different styles for you to try on. I mostly use white hot Hawaii for pageant dresses and formal wear when I have to host or attend an event.Prom, pageant, ball, or wedding Daisy will help you find a dress you love!

My senior prom was on April, 27th 2019 and I thought I would get ahead and I ordered my dress on February 2nd, 2019.The owners and workers of WhiteHot Hawaii told me that my dress will come arrive to the store in 2 weeks. Once it arrives, they will call me for a fitting and prep the dress for alterations. The entire month of February passed and I did not receive any calls. At this point, I was not stressed out because I had about two months.By the end of March, I still did not get any calls about my dress. I called to get an update on my dress on March 19. Since then, I called them weekly about my dress. However, each time, they told me that my dress would most likely be in the next shipment.On Wednesday, April 3, I called and was told that my dress would be shipped on Friday and arrive on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I called and was told that my dress would be in my Thursday at the very latest. On Wednesday and Thursday, I called the store almost 30 times and did not get a response. Yet, when my mother called or when I used my sisters phone, they answered almost immediately. This made me think that they purposely are avoiding my calls.When my mother got in touch with them, they told her that my dress would come in on the following Monday. My family and I are already irritated. On that Saturday, we drove all the way to Pearl Ridge (from Hawaii Kai) to talk to the workers in person. Through all the stress and calls being avoided and the lies about when my dress would come in, they said that they could only give me 30% off my alterations.My dress ended up arriving at the store on Tuesday instead of Monday. It was finished being altered on Thursday.I am greatly disappointed with the experience and it was even worse that I personally knew 9 other girls from my school and many others from other schools that had an awful experience this prom season.

Daisy is a thief!The business is a fraud!!The shop is located at Pearl Ridge Mall is closed and business number has been disconnected.I paid Daisy a $400.00 deposit to order a Jiovani dress. She strung me along with texts for three weeks telling me the dress should arrive any day. When I insisted on a scheduled fitting she stopped answering my calls and texts. There is no way to contact her. She is a thief and a coward. She took my money with no intent to provide merchandise.I contacted Jiovani Corporate office and found out WhiteHot Hawaii never placed an order for my dress.WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRIMINAL!!! SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOULL NEVER RECIEVE YOUR MERCHANDISE!!!

I needed a gown for an event in Hawai. I was flying in from the mainland. I purchased it through WhiteHotHawaii online from their supplier. Daisy helped me with the alteration through text and chat. I had a dressmaker take my measurements, sent it to Daisy and she took care of the rest. By the time i got to Hawaii, my gown was ready. What a service!!! The best part was, it did not cost me an arm and a leg.

My girlfriend ordered a dress in the beginning of March and its prom day today and she still didnt get her dress

White hot Hawai’i? More like a white hot mess! This place took almost 2 months to get my sisters dress in. ANNDDD when she went in after an alteration it looked like it was used “like it was dragged on the floor.” DONT EVER COME HERE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎👎👎👎

I took my bridezilla here and Daisy was able to find her the dress of her dreams! She not only helped her with the dress but the environment itself actually made it a fun experience and calmed my fiance down lol.

(Pearlridge)The selection they have is decent. The one star is based on customer service & communication. The associates had to get back to me to see what Daisy says,instead of Daisy reaching out she relays it through the associates. My daughter & niece purchased their prom dress/suit from them 1st week of Feb,my niece just got her dress finally done last Saturday. My daughter on the other hand, her suit just came in on Monday 😑 said theyd have alterations done by friday (3/15/19)only to get a text friday asking for her to pick up her suit in the morning on prom day 3/16/2019 When we first ordered they said itd be 2(3)weeks tops. I was fine with it because it gives us time to for alterations. I was understanding of the time frame because I knew theyd be busy with prom season & all, but when I personally went in (about 2 weeks ago)Daisy told me that the suit was suppose to come in on Saturday but the suit was out of stock. Shes known about this yet they failed to reach out. (3/15/19) I call to ask why isnt it ready today like they said it would be apparently the seamstress said she thought she could do it but when she cut the seams she realize it was too hard for her. They tell me mgr just dropped the suit off to finish alterations & that Daisy will bring the suit to us to make sure it fits right. I asked what happens if the suit doesnt fit right, then what...their answer thats a good question 😡 oh but theyll waive the $20 fee for the sleeves,gtfoh! Later on I get a call saying that Chas will bring the suit to me not Daisy.😂 the unprofessionalism Daisy has is ridiculous,not even to apologize for the delay. Sad just sad. The associates are fine they have to take the wrath in place for Daisy. So, just a warning. If you do go & purchase from them I hope you have a better experience than we did!😉
