Food & service great! Recommended

Dont order to-go. They best service is dinner-in and as you can see its open. My Omelet waffle to-go was delicious just that my waffle wasnt crisp and my partner Turkey sandwich wasnt fresh and we had to put aside the hot lettuce and in the cold turkey 😒. All the plates they serve dinner-in before mine were a feast to my hungry eyes and the people were enjoying it.*JUST DONT ORDER TO-GO*

I came here on a special Gustazo deal from online. I didnt know about the location as its not the place most will want to eat at. Yet what they lack in location, they highly make up for it with food flavors and decor. Whats appealing to the eyes is satisfying. I dont think I would go back due to location but I will say, the food is good and looks pretty to. So I just may go again. lol

Great service great food

Came here with a gustazo,and we had our food in 6 minutes. It was a plate of rice with gandules,pernil,tostones and chicken. The pernil was so good as was the rice with gandules,the tostones were not fresh and were from frozen and they were hard. I was told that what was supposed to be pasteles was not,that it may have been the idea of pasteles but got lost along the way. The place is small but right on #2 so its easy to find.

I would not hesitate to return. Provide an exelent customer service. The food was delicious with very fresh products. The place is fresh and clean.

I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday. I dont live in PR, but they delivered the breakfast plate for her. It was wrapped and with a card. It was SPECTACULAR! My mom was super happy. They really went above and beyond!

Worst Nachos I have ever eaten! They used that liqyid pseudo-cheese, that comes in a large #10 can, sour cream was warm, and was separated, chips where deep fried, ugh!

I think food was a little expensive considering the amount. Flavor was great but texture of chicken was not pleasant. I ate here once before and again, the price was a little high but this time the flavor and texture of the food was perfect. I dont mind coming back to eat here. I would eat their food again.

Went to Suculento with a Gustazo Christmas special. I would say the food was 50/50. The tostones were refríes and hard as a rock. The chicken was very dry. Now the arroz con gandules was good as was the pernil. Their mojitos and coquito also good. Service was okay.

I always been someone to frequent food trucks/trailers. Some of the best foods that I have eaten were from a food truck/trailer. This particular restaurant could be better.The appetizers and mojitos were excellent and delicious.We had the navideño platter for two. This came with pernil, pasteles, arroz con gandules, chicken breasts and tostones. Without a doubt in my mind, pernil, chicken breast and rice were absolutely delicious. These were made by someone who knows how to cook. However, the pasteles and tostones were not of the same quality. I couldnt figure out exactly what was missing but taste was not the typical of pasteles. As for the tostones, I dont think these should be fried to the point of having the hardness of diamonds.Beyond that, I found the service staff to be truly attentive to the customers.

The perfect place. The place is open and fully complies with the prevention protocol for the pandemic that we face. In service they have 10+ super attentive waitresses. The atmosphere is great. But the best of all is the food. Waaaooooo !!! It was perfect and balanced. Everything was exquisite. The coffee, the natural juices, the sauteed potatoes, the pancakes ... It definitely became the best breakfast Ive ever had 🥰😋

En el menú de almuerzo echan una miseria, está carísimo para lo que es. En cualquier otro lugar de Aguada puedes conseguir mejores opciones, en cuanto a porción, sabor, precio y comodidades (con aire acondicionado y sillas cómodas). Pedí habichuelas rosadas para el arroz con cebolla que pedí y el cocinero o la dueña dijo que tenía que cobrarse aparte. En todos los lugares las habichuelas la dan sin costo adicional aunque el arroz no sea blanco. Conmigo no hay problema en pagarla adicional, lo que molesta es que tras de que sirven una miseria, quieren cobrar por un mísero “side” de habichuelas. No vuelvo y a nadie se los recomiendo. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Le respondo que en Chili’s las incluyen, no las cobran adicionales. Segundo, yo no tengo que regatear comida y MUCHO MENOS la de su negocio (que por cierto, el sazón no es nada del otro mundo, por no decir malo). Aunque haya personas que no se atrevan a dejarle reseñas negativas como yo me atrevo, piensan exactamente lo mismo que yo. Y fíjese que son bastantes los que así lo piensan. En vez de estar “atacado(a)” por este review, debería sentarse a reflexionar como mejorar su negocio y no creerse que es y que tiene un restaurante perfecto a lo “Hell’s Kitchen”. The place is very Sporty, but delicious and well decorated breakfasts with good prices and very good service from the girls.

Average service, average food, at least what we ate, as I did not try all the dishes.I expected more based on reviews and photos, but it was not what I expected.They took a long time and when they saw us impatient, they went to us to tell us that they had called us 3 times, which was not true, because we are pending and at the first table.

Initially there was a big misunderstanding with the dispatch of the order but later they resolved us in a friendly way. I have to say that although hungry and upset by the situation, once the order was delivered we were very satisfied. Everything in the order (egg, potatoes, pancake, avocado toast) was delicious !! Worst experience. I went today February 14 to order a valentine box brunch from San Sebastián and first of all, they dont let you order by phone, so I got there (at the service trolley) and I was 1:00 an hour and a half, waiting for them to just take the order and they NEVER did. I got out to tell the person who was just scoring up front, that he had been waiting for 1 hour and a half and he said They havent taken your order yet? I said no. And he said ok, send the girl now. Wait 20 more minutes AND THEY NEVER TAKEN MY ORDER. The employee was sitting on the phone. I wasted my trip and time. POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. (It should be noted that the room was not even completely full, there were empty tables) Increase the staff (make them efficient) and thus improve the service. 😉
