Extremely RUDE staff. My mother and I went there to pick out tile for a guest bathroom.Maybe the job wasn’t big enough, maybe I looked young and like I didn’t have money to spend. We were met with uninterested people both time, like we weren’t worth their time. And one time my mother called to check their hours and she said “ hi I was calling to see what time you were open until” and she was greeted with “ well, that’s obvious”.From someone who has worked retail and customer service her whole life, I was taught to treat the customer with respect no matter how big the purchase was.Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Bar far the best selection and the most incredible staff.... As an interior designer... this is such a valuable resource for my projects! I have worked with them for years and have always had the best experience. The whole gang there are amazing!!!

They have a really good selection of mid-price tile. They also have a good selection of expensive tile (over $50/ft2). I bought tile from Canyon Tile for both of my bathrooms.They are also happy to share with you a long list of installers. I did not use the list, but they offered it.

Rude sales guy wreaking of cigarette smoke with a who cares attitude gave us a terrible experience. My wife and I came in looking for some tile flooring for our guest bathroom, and it was abundantly clear that this store had no interest in helping us. He went out back to check on some tile, came back into the store and continued his chess game on the computer. When we asked for advice, he shrugged his shoulders and said I have no idea. Im not making this up. My wife and I felt disrespected and embarrassed. We went back to our home in Calabasas, shopped online, and took our current and future business to a competitor. So much for wanting to shop local.

They did my bathroom and kitchen in tile and stone and I was very pleased nice people, good installers and I would recommend them.
