I had to drop off a package at UPS for an Amazon return, and after looking on Google Maps and reading reviews this looked like the best UPS store in the area. All the other 5 star reviews were accurate. Theres short term parking right in front, and the guys who work here are super friendly, nice, efficient and helpful. Definitely better than the other UPS stores Ive been to

I had a very bad experience at this place this time. I realised that a guy overcharged me for computer services which I didn’t even used. I would not recommend anybody to give business to them as he was very rude and try to overcharged me, and even behaved weirdly when I asked for my receiptPoor serviceLost a loyal customerWould never go again

I dropped off packages there a few times and the guys behind the counter are always very nice. They greet you when you walk in the door and always are just really nice. I feel bad that I only have stuff to drop off, but I would definitely use this location should I need any other services they offer.

Last 2 years I have had a mailbox at this location. Jeremy the manager is great ! Every visit without fail - I have received courteous and professional service and always with a smile from all the staff. Because of how well they do their job - They make my day a little easier each time I visit.

The best UPS Store ever. You can park in the front and drop off your Amazon return and be done in like less than two minutes sometimes. The staff is friendly and they go out of the way to get you in and out which I appreciate, because Im a man on the move and got place to get to.

So happy there is a UPS store in my backyard! I used to go to the one in Calabasas but the customer service is exceptional and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. The store is always clean and I look forward to shipping more packages at this location!

**GREAT customer service!!** Jeremy is the new owner of this new store, and he provides awesome help and convenience. There is ample parking in front of the CVS store, and his hours of UPS pickup exceed the standard drop off of 4 pm. I was impressed by his ability to quickly help with postage rates and for those who ship occasionally, or more frequently ( Im an Ebayer!!), this location and hours are great! Also offers printing and other service needs as well!!! Please support this local business!!!
