4.5 STAR. Overall.There are about 4 or 5 ice cream flavors with no artificial colors or flavors added, so we tried vegan chocolate and vanilla bean flavors this time. Flavorful, rich, sweet, yet not sickening. A little heavy for Asian taste, but I can see how a regular customer would enjoy it. More selection of all natural ice cream and gelato would make it a perfect score for me.Priced by cup size $4.95 Small, $5.95 Medium, $6.95 large. Can choose more than one flavor for one cup size. I got a Medium to share with my 3 year old and it was more than we can finish. A small size would of been just right.Line started forming quite long after i checked out, but moved along efficiently. Apparently a popular place.Dominos and chess games on the tables for patrons, very comfortable and welcoming. A cool place to chill and hang out. Wouldn’t mind stopping by again if in the area.

We get gelato every weekend. The Whizin Center has so many great stores and resturants in it.

Good cold brew. Groundwork coffee. One gelato made with Splenda- vanilla. They make the gelato here. The maple cookie is calling my name but today I didn’t answer. Lots of different chocolates. Browse antique shops nearby.. then have a coffee here.

This place is an absolute delight. The staff was so friendly and willing to help us find the perfect gelato, encouraging to try something new. I’m so impressed by the variety of flavours and how creative they are. The strawberry balsamic peaked my interested and won my heart has a delicious, fresh, and creamy blend of flavours. We ended up leaving with some baked goods and chocolates as well- talk about an amazing place to indulge!We got 7 chocolates: dark chocolate basil, strawberry champagne, pistachio rose, vegan lemon blueberry, vegan açai blueberry, hot cocoa, and Mexican hot chocolate.The dark chocolate basil was our first stop, it was soft and light. The basil in the cream was a little heavy handed but the after taste of the basil with the dark chocolate was delicate and beautiful. It makes me want to adventure more into herb infused chocolate!The strawberry champagne was exactly what I wanted: a strawberries and cream flavour that just gently melted into the champagne and danced out on a soft note. It was absolutely delicious and one of my favourites.The pistachio rose was a pistachio crusted milk chocolate truffle with a very light rose flavour, almost so subtle I couldn’t find it. The nuts added a great texture and didn’t compete with the chocolate truffle.The lemon blueberry reminded me of a summer pie filling. You get a great balance of the blueberry and lemon- they compete a little bit as the lemon is very bold but it was delicious and I would eat a whole pie with the filling of this chocolate.Açai blueberry also saw some competition of flavour, but rather than balancing out in the end like the lemon blueberry, the açai overpowered the blueberry to the pint where I couldn’t really find the blueberry. Definitely a must if you’re a bit fan of açai, but if you want more blueberry I’d suggest the lemon blueberry.The hot cocoa was a masterpiece and we felt like we had a cup of hot cocoa after eating it. It was a great flavour experience. The Mexican hot chocolate started as I would’ve expected, but whoa she got spicy real quick! It was VERY intense and expected, but not bad at all!

The dark chocolate was excellent!!!! Cant wait to try other flavors!

The perfect spot to pick up “self-care” supplies at the end of the week. A goat cheese and cranny berries gelato and dark chocolate and sea salt carmel.This little know gem is hidden in Strip mall. The space is a great gathering spot for Mothers who are waiting for the dance studio next door to open up, a lot of first dates or young love couples playing chess, or card games at the many tables spread around the space.The local artists are featured on the walls of this shop. Pick up a eclectic piece of art here and take it to go along with your gelato.

I love the fact that this is one of the only places in Agoura Hills. And Westlake Village that is open late and is not a bar. My wife and I love to come here and play cards or dominoes or board games while sipping on Hot chocolate and tea. We also love the fact that they have vegan options for us. Including oat milk And vegan truffles

3 stars because the barista is a nice guy (a 5 star guy)Unfortunately, the gelato is just okay - theres excellent gelato at Carrara in Moorpark.The coffee is okay - better than Starbucks of course, but often tastes sour (extraction issue) and overall not as good as other small artisan coffee places.Even the nearby Carrara, a 2 minute walk away, has far better tasting coffee with a full body.I go to Tifa only when Carrara is closed.

I Love stopping here when Im shopping on Polk. For some reason shopping gives me cravings for Kookaburra licorice. I am really not even that big of a Tifa Chocolate & Gelato person.Its so yummy. They have lots of other little treats and gifts too. The woman who works there, I am pretty sure she is the owner is always so nice.

My wife and I went in for some hot cocoa on a rainy day. The hot chocolate is made with milk and real chocolate. The price was about the same as Starbucks but Starbucks just uses powdered cocoa mix and hot water for hot cocoa so using real chocolate and melting it was a real treat and perfect for a rainy day. We sat for a while and played a quick game of chess while sipping our cocoa and waiting for it to cool. The atmosphere inside was very light and it really felt like the perfect spot to spend a few hours on a rainy day. However, they also have Gelato/ ice cream so I imagine it would be a great stop on a warm day too.

They dont rinse the scoops well between servings so all the flavors start to mix together. My cookies and cream had some other flavors mixed in so it wasnt quite what I wanted. But the ambiance here is nice and the service is friendly. They let you try flavors and also make suggestions which is nice.

This is awesome! My husband loves their dark chocolate and vegan peanut butter gelato. I like to get half straciatella and half cookie butter gelato. Vince is an awesome server. He is always very friendly. Great place!

While Tifa is a bit more expensive than some of the other chain ice cream shops around, there is a good reason for that. Their ice cream is far and away some of the best I have had. They have an amazing selection of staples like chocolate, cookie butter, and peanut butter cup, but they also have a solid rotation of new and creative flavors like caramel with cardamon and passion fruit orange blossom.If you have never been, make sure you go. If you are a regular, go back tonight. They probably have a new flavor waiting for you.

The gelato is fantastic, fresh, high quality and delicious. The home made bakery goods are also great and the home made truffles are terrific. They use the best quality ingredients and make them with lots of love. I have not found better gelato anywhere in the Los Angeles area.

Best gelato around. The lemon curd pistachio is amazing and goes well with other fruit flavors including the lemon ice. Chocolates are delicious but very pricey and the lemon cookies are to die for. In addition to the great gelato, the friendly staff and eclectic decor makes for a fun hang out.

This place is a real gem. They care deeply about the quality of their product and the experience of their clients. We are always treated like family when were here. They have two locations, one in Whizins center Agoura and one in the Westlake center by Target. Both are consistently excellent.

Look... this place is WONDERFUL. We are in here several times a month! I come in with my 3 year old son for a treat when we need something to do. The gelato is out of this world! Some of the best youll ever have! They make it there and they are always experimenting with new flavors which youre free to try. My favorite was the lavender!!! ooh!!!The ambience is great too! They have a kids table, chessboard, checkers, and they even have markers out sometime to color on the window glass in back (where you can watch them make the ice cream)!I know what youre thinking... Its one of your favorite places, youre there every week but you gave it only 4 stars??? Well... the one downfall is that it is pricey. This is easily the most expensive place for iced treats. I could go to Menchis twice for the amount it takes to go here once, and frankly theyre just pricing me out of business. I cant afford to go here as much and I think this up-coming year we wont see them as much. I really hoped they would start a frequent buyer program... but no dice. The servers also kind of vary in kindness. Some are AMAZING! Some sort of have that half-polite yet talk down to you kind of thing.But if its for a treat, I would absolutely try this place and come here as often as you can afford to!

The servings are generous and the gelato is fresh, flavorful and addicting. Once you try Tifa, you will be back again and again. Their shop has ample seating where you can even play a game of chess or checkers as you enjoy your wonderfully decadent gelato. Very family friendly and perfect for a date night. We love Tifa!

They have the best gelato! They make the gelato there so its always fresh. The Strawberry and Balsamic and Chocolate are my favorites. They also serve sorbets. They have a great selection of gelato along with the sorbets, candies, cookies, and smoothies. They are a hidden gem. I always stop for gelato whenever Im in the area for business or pleasure. My friend loves their snicker doodle cookies. ENJOY ASAP 😎

I will never go there again. Within moments after i purchased a very expensive gelato and sat down and began eating it as was a few other people nearby. I, along with the others eating their deserts was asked to leave the premises right there and then because they are closing. We all had to get up with our food and walk out. I guess i should have demanded a refund but i didnt do it. Such conduct is reprehensible. Noone should ever go tgere. Theyre ridiculous horrible people.

This place is adorable and cozy, and despite being a gelato place, its got a touch of Francophilia. The best part about getting gelato here is that you can cram up to 3 flavours in a small cup! This is the best for indecisive fans of frozen treats--you can indulge in lots of flavours at once, without having to spring for the biggest cup they have. And trust me, youll want to maximize your flavours--they have so many and they are all so good, from the classics to the novelties.

Delicious gelato! Always rotating the flavors, but I highly recommend the panna cotta! Like lots of gelato its rich and heavier than ice cream. I usually go for a small or a medium when I have lots of room to spare in my stomach. Also say yes to the wafer!
