The Agoura Hills store was beyond friendly trying to sell us a phone, and whatever else they could. When the time came for technical help... ineptness. I had switched my plan for the Canada, USA and Mexico plan. Had to go to Mexico for work, and once there could not use my services. I could not call, nor receive calls. Tried the 611 number for customer service to no avail. There was a 45 minute wait, or have them call you back. Never received a call, and if I did, didn’t know since I wasn’t receiving calls. Called the Agoura Hills branch for help. I was attended by Rodrigo. The lack of customer service was astonishing! Had me on hold for awhile, and never got back to me. Called the store, and he answered with no apology as I stated that he had left me waiting. I suggest NOT to go to this store. They should hire people who are knowledgeable, and better equipped at customer service.

I have been at this store over three years and the personnel, the store. the plans and location are all great! I will keep all this in mind and not judge them hard but not all things go my way--I do not agree with restocking fees when verbally in explaining the service of a phone is not what was told. I still plan on using this store becuse the problem I had was also my fault for not verifying what was told me verbally. They have been a great help in the past --approx 14 visits with a big smile and only one with a disappointed frown.
Dreadful, slow, didnt solve problem
Good luck getting any service from the staff. Called at 6 pm to see if they have a samsung tablet in stock. I was told that they super busy helping a few other customers. I stopped by two hours later, store was empty. Asked if they had a samsung tablet in stock, the manager said he has a lot of paperwork and referred me to another associate. The associate could not answer any basic questions such: what promo do you have for a samsung tablet. Store manager told me I should look online at Tmobile site for any info. Very rude distracted. I am considering changing career all together. The staff are inexperienced, rude and distracted. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone! Stay away unless you are ordering online to use them as a pick up center. Hopefully they wont give you a hard time for that!

I WENT HERE YESTERDAY WITH THE ATTEMPT TO UPGRADE MY PHONE AS MY CURRENT ONE STOP WORKING OUT OF NOWHERE (IPHONE 6S PLUS) ALTHOUGH I KNEW MY CREDIT SITUATION, THERE REALLY WASNT AN ATTEMPT TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY TO HELP ME, i WANTED THE IPHONE 8PLUS, AND I WAS GIVEN ALL THE REASONS NOT TO HELP ME, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT SOMETHING. THE STAFF THERE COULD HAVE OFFERED TO JUST ASSIST WITH GIVEN ME ANOTHER IPHONE 6PLUS. I DID ADVISE I HAD INSURANCE AND THE JUMP PROGRAM, BUT INSISTED ON RUNNING MY CREDIT AND LETTING ME KNOW SOMETHING I ALREADY KNEW. AND TELLING ME THE OFFICE IN NEW MEXICO DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS ON A TWO HOUR DRIVE HOME IN THE POURING RAIN WITH NO PHONE TO USE, NOT EVEN TO DIAL 911, LOL SMH. THANK GOODNESS I MADE IT HOME SAFE! I GOT ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE (IN NEW MEXICO) BOOM, PHONE MAILED OUT TO THE STORE NEAR MY HOUSE, AND I PICK UP TOMORROW. NO MONEY UPFRONT! I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE.
I bought buy one phone get another free and was told that I could cancel the line a month after. After going into the store and being told it was canceled I found out it was never canceled and it is not possible to cancel the line.This shop is not to be trusted!

Ive been here 3 times in the last 5 years or so: twice to get my screen fixed (after that second time I finally broke down and started buying cases) and this latest time to get a new battery.
They put me through a terrible situationMy intention was to join T-Mobile, he asks for a quota of how much more or less I was going to leave to join T-Mobile because he wanted to finance my phones, the boy told me that to do that I needed to be sure of what I was going to make clear that I was sure if I was not, so that I would go first, he answered me that to do so I had to be a member, I activated 3 lines so that in the end, he could not help me finance the phones, he left me with 3 activated lines and the worst thing was as if only I would have gone to a gift of my 100 dollars that they charged me for activation because until that time they wanted to return it to me, terrible service, I ended up switching to Verizon
