Alice in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful. The park is nice, with onsite maintenance.

Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Definitely makes you feel secure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for seniors and families.

Not a place for kids yes there are play areas but 1 swing that works an outdated play equipment they cant play on not aloud to have trampoline, swingset, or pool i have lived here over 15 years have always been told we are getting a pool, then rent has been raised twice to fix playground equipment and never was very dissapointing they dont give the kids much to do and keep taking any options away from them very dissapointing .

Cheap lot rent ($360). Quiet community. Not a bad place to live.

Fairly nice Mobile Home Park quiet nice people have some really nice homes in there and just recently got a new manager so things are looking up for the park and I have a couple sets of my family living there.

Theyre never at the office when theyre supposed to be. People blow through stop signs. Fly through going 45 miles as hour. Theyre own staff blows through the stop signs. They do absolutely nothing about it.

Nice park. Kept up nice. Quiet community.

DONT APPLY TO LIVE HERE! worst trailer park ever! All the 5 star reviews are from current or former employees of sterling Estates. All of the trailer park tenants hate Becky (manager of trailer park) because of the way she treats them and threatens them. The manager, Becky, is a (beep beep) horrible person, horrible attitude, loves to take advantage of the tenants and steal their rent money then say they didnt pay rent. Gives wrong information and talk down to people as if shes better than everyone else. Shes always threatening the tenants with suing them for every little thing that she can, when people dont bow down to her. The management company is no better. They think shes a saint and can do no wrong. They act the same snotty way as her. As if she were their daughter. Everyone says Becky previous stole from the town at her previous job and was taken to court for all the money she stole. The trailers are way over priced. $38,000 for a trailer is too much. For that price you can buy a house. WORST TRAILER PARK EVER!!!!!

Not the best place to liveLol Im glad you work with your residence to make it a better place to live maybe cars will stop getting broke into and as far as paying on time I have never lived there and for you to assume a bad review most come from a evicted resident shows your ignorance not mine

This review was back in 2010 so you can take my review as that under very horrible management so I can not speak of how it is now so this was my option back 9 yrs ago so I can not give no further advice
