If you know exactly what you want - they are wonderful and very helpful. I got many old engines back and running because they had parts other retailers didnt have. Pricey? Yes, but they need profit to stay afloat.

LOL, went to The Power Barn real nice guys up there and spent over 5,000$ on a place that actually cares about a customer. Congratulations, terrible business STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Friendly, knowledgeable service! They sell higher quality products than the big box stores and they stand behind them. Having a place to get the mowers serviced locally in the future is a nice perk as well, plus we’re supporting small business! Assembled, serviced and delivered quickly. We’ll be going to Gallant for all our lawn care needs. Can’t wait for it to finally warm up to start using our new Columbia rider and push mowers!
They where nice and did a great job repairing my tractor
Local business, nice people and have used them in the past with no problems so decided to take in brand new mower blades for a professional sharpening. ha ! when I picked the blades up a couple days later, the blades looked like a child had attempted to play on the bench grinder with them. not a professional job at all or someone really needs glasses there. many missed spots along the blade and no uniformity. better to do your own.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They are the worst. Over priced, they sell defective parts and mowers. I do not know how they are still in business. Any other place would be better than them. They do not stand by what they sell, new or used. Buyer beware.
Im pretty sure they didnt check their work because I had to buy a new battery to start it when I got home.

Its a convenient place to get parts if you cant wait for your parts on the internet, but be warned its not a cheap place to have your lawnmower serviced!, as only the professional lawn care companies go their.

Very helpful, family owned business. They carry a wide variety of equipment and parts for many different brands of lawn equipment. I always get my lawn mower blades here and today purchased a new Stihl brand weed wacker. Theres a reason they have been in business so many years, the service is second to none.

TERRIBLE experience. I called and asked how much it would be for a new carburetor on a specific weed wacker. They told me $80. I thought that was reasonable so I took it in. I got a call and they said it would be $120. I questioned that and told them that I had spoke to someone and that it was quoted at $80 and they got snotty. Since a new weed wacker of this particular model was $129 I opted to not have the repair done. When I got there I had a $25 bench charge. At no time did anyone mention a bench charge fee prior to this. When I tried to explain that I didnt feel that was right since I would have never taken it there in the first place if I had been given the correct quote of $120 I got a rude attitude. I will NEVER make the mistake of trying to give them my business again.

Stopped in to get information on a stihl pole saw. They explained all the models and updates stihl has made to the new ones. After picking out a model they explained all features of saw and made sure I understood how to operate it before leaving. Was patient with my questions and my time spent figuring out what model I wanted. They took saw out back and made sure it started up like it is supposed to and made sure I didnt need any other stihl products that compliments this saw. I appreciated the customer service I received at store.

Rude rude rude! I told them what I needed, they sent me back home for specifics to tell me they are not able to convert numbers over. They seemed too busy for our money, bad thing is no one but us where in the ship whole.
Charged me 64$ for a pullstart that is 17$ online i dont mind paying a little more but come on. Parts counter employee was rude and un professional i wont be returning

Absolutely terrible customer service. I will NEVER go back. Ive been there twice and both times they acted like I was bothering them because I needed a part and didnt know EXACTLY what size, and they had to help. Save your time and go somewhere that cares about having customers.
