I have been a patient at this Hear USA office since 2009, and have always been treated very professionally. They have really helped me make the adjustment to being someone with sudden hearing loss, and I appreciate the service I have received there.

Hey a great check up!! Took me right in no wait!! This is the place I recommend to have your hearing checked at, fixed me right up!! People was nice!! Have to wear a mask for my safety!!!

My hearing exam visit with Daniel Adams-Aram went perfectly. The results are that my hearing loss for speech sounds is not as good as my last exam. So, we used the results of the exam to recalibrate my sound system allowing me to hear speech sounds more clearly ~ something that will surely help me in the classroom!Daniel is a font of very helpful information about hearing loss and how I need to have my sound system in at all times during the day, everyday!!--mark wenzel

Really disappointed in the recent service we have received. They tell you to drop off your item with your name and phone number attached. A week later we still have not heard anything so I call and am told we need to come in and pay for a wire before they can order it. Um, ok you should have called!!! Nope they let it sit there and then say they called the wrong number.The girl tells me it should be in the following week. I call again today and now she tells me 2-3 weeks. They need the people back that used to work there. These new office girls do not know how to do their job. We are now going on two weeks. Unacceptable!

Hear Usa will be ok with you working to receive a incentive bonus but they take at least a month to pay you that incentive. If your no longer an employee when they decide to pay you for the incentive you just loose out on it. I personally left for a better opportunity and now they are wanting me to either stay another week to get the bonus or loose out on $250. They are a very unfair employer and have lost almost all management since 2020 and there is 100% reason to believe every employee has quit due to the unprofessionalism and unfairness.

Best place to go for your hearing aids. Laura knows what shes doing and is a wonderful person to go see.

They dont help and they tell you anything they want to and its all lies Ive been waiting days for them to call me back
