I was able to get a RX filled here that my usual pharmacy couldnt fill. They were very fast & professional.

I really like this Rite Aid. I go in, Im greeted with a hello from the ladies behind the counter. The pharmacist is always helpful when I have a question. 👍

I dont ask much of a pharmacy really, all I want is the medications that I get every month to be ready for me to pick up - every month. This location doesnt care if you come in every month for over a year. They do not care to think of their customers needs for the next month coming up either. When they run out of something they put no thought into perhaps ordering more for the customers who, can you guess? Come every month. Twice now in a row I have had to go elsewhere to fill my prescription. This time was the last and I going forward I will be a customer at Meijers.

I understand being understaffed, however you can still maintain a certain level of decent customer service. Not answering the phone AT ALL, because you are all alone in the pharmacy is completely unacceptable. The simplicity of picking up the ringing phone and politely asking the caller to please hold is so basic, not stopping you from handling the customer at hand or the customer on the other end of the ringing phone. And yet that didnt happen today. I called the pharmacy to refill a medication, however the ringing phone went unanswered for so long that it kicked me back to the main menu not just once BUT 3 times! Finally, the 3rd time I decided to call through to the general information prompt and asked if there was indeed someone in the pharmacy today to take my call.... The worst part is that Ive actually put my things down on the front counter and walked out after waiting WAY too long for a sales associate to show up.(so long in fact that Im quite sure I could have easily walked out with the things I wanted to purchase without ever being noticed. Sad)..with others in line well before I got there. A smile, simple acknowledgement and polite interaction with the customers goes a long way too...(front end cashiers)
