There is an employee at the Adrian CVS who deserves all the positive recognition possible...Her name is Ashton...and every time Ive had interaction with her its been INCREDIBLE.No matter what shes dealing with (rude customers...lack of help...and much more) she is ALWAYS kind...compassionate...patient...and constantly exhibits an exemplary work ethic.I hope one day she is able to find a position with a company that appreciates...and adequately compensates her for the AMAZING job performance she puts forthβ£ππΈπ
Tyypically have pleasant shopping experiences while in this CVS store. The staff is helpful, the cashiers friendly, and the pharmsists always willing to take the time to answer questions. The only negative experience has been at the prescripton filling window. This happened twice with the same person. She was unfriendly, unsupportive, and didnt care to offer suggestions or any helpful information. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
The staff was so friendly to me. Helped me with the self check out. Very clean.
The store is fine, but if you plan to get your prescriptions here, Id look elsewhere. The customer service is spotty and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.
I always go here to get my pictures printed and they do such an amazing job!! Ive never been unsatisfied with any product Ive gotten from their photo department. Its super easy to get set up, I usually do it all online from my phone. The quality is amazing and they always have it in a timely manner. I literally wont print any of my pictures anywhere else!!
Prescribing provider. On hold for 1 hour with no answer. Terrible.
Around the corner (somewhat), open all hours. Convenient.
This CVS location provided me with the worst customer experience Iβve ever had. The self service checkout failed to print a physical receipt which I needed to a rebate and I asked the cashier for help and he told me it was too late to get a paper receipt. So I asked to return the items using the e-receipt from CVS.com and he said he couldnβt return using that as he required a paper receipt...which his store failed to produce. So then he returned my items manually at $14.22 (lowest price) and when I paid $18.98 and I asked to repurchase at $14.22 as I just needed a receipt showing the purchase was made and he said no $18.98 was correct. I just about lost it from here, and he told me he was going to βhelp me outβ and reduced the price to $14.98 for me to repurchase...all this for a paper receipt. On my way out the door he told me to remember my paper receipt next time. Only thing Iβll remember is to never come back to this CVS again.
The women working checkout are amazing! They were willing to watch me meet someone while making a sale of a used item to make sure I stayed safe. Great people.
Waited an hour and after I got the window they were so rude they made me cry.
Pharmacy is not that great. Last few times I went was horrible service. Im going to have to give them a 0 out of 5. No more CVS for me.
Pharmacy tech was rude. Acted like I was bothering her when I was getting some prescriptions.
Apparently closes at midnight means closes at 1145pm or earlier, and start sweeping leaves inside the doors. First time this has been an issue for me as I regularly go there on my way home from work. I always only needed one or two items, in and out in well under 5 minutes every time; so not like I hold them up. Thankfully, I still had time to make it to Shell, which also closes inside at midnight, get my one item and was still back in my car by 11:55pm.
Great place and nice staff!
Rude employees.
Extremely rude customer service. Waited over 4 hours and they still did not have script ready. I was told my script was in a locked safe after I was told it was filled and would take 15 more minutes. I pulled my script Walgreens had it filled in 15 minutes. Will never shop or fill scripts there again
I just had a great experience when I spoke to the actual pharmacist (I believe his name was Brent) at the CVS Pharmacy.I was really worried about accidentally taking 2 different antidepressants together, not knowing that they werent supposed to be taken at the same time. The Internet made it seem like I was going to hallucinate, have a seizure, jump off a roof, or worse. Good gravy...Well, he really calmed me down. He asked quite a few questions about my depression history, including medicines Ive taken before, when is my next Dr.s appointment, etc. Luckily, it was not as terrible as the Internet made it seem. Im so grateful for the help of the pharmacist. I am positive that if I hadnt called them (my regular pharmacy was closed) or maybe I called somewhere else, I wouldve been up all night worrying. So, when in doubt, call the CVS Pharmacist in Adrian, MI. I am going to transfer and take all of my prescriptions over to CVS from now on! Wonderful staff. Thank you Brent for your excellence![CAUTION: Do not trust the Internet for ANY medical advice about your prescriptionspm . Please leave it to the professionals.]
Great
Just went there this morning to use ATM and purchased something to break a 20. I just wanted to say that Mark was a rude piece of π©!
I just called. They donβt sell cheese sticks and it genuinely hurt my heart. Customer service lady Courtney was nice though. Cvs 1/5. Courtney 6/5
Always have the nicest, most helpful, and friendliest cashiers when I come! I love coming here, thank you!
They are fast and friendly
Dropped my prescription at the consultation window. Was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Went back 30 minutes later and they said they lost it! Oh but they found it and it would be just a few minutes. That was 20 minutes ago and still waiting.
Would give negative stars if I could. Literally the worst customer service at the pharmacy. Told me 45 minutes for my prescription...came back an hour later, was told with a very nasty attitude 30 more minutes....why didnt you tell me that in the first place? When youre in pain you dont want to sit in your car for 30 minutes waiting. Lets not talk about how annoyed the lady was when I came back the first time, 15 minutes after I was told it would be ready. Got to the window after the 2nd 30 minutes...still not done, asked to pull around yet again. Are you F ing kidding me. Will literally NEVER come back.Changing my pharmacy to Rite Aide...its a farther drive but their service is always exceptional.
I had a very poor experience with CVS regarding filling medications. It is often that CVS staff say that the prescription is not covered by the insurance without even checking with them. Today they claimed that a prescription was not covered because it was written generic and the insurance is requesting brand name but obviously the medication was written brand name !!!! this problem happened multiple times despite me personally calling them and telling them about about the problem.
Havent been there in awhile but staff was always great
Open 24 hours. Employees are nice and really helpful. But they need to put more cashiers out front in the day time.
It is good place to get you r meds
3 and a half hours for a script I went in twice about :) still waiting lolol
The only reason I didnt rate higher is the bathroom at this location is always filthy and always in a state of disarray.
Very slow service. In line over 20 minutes inside just to pick up a prescription that was already called in.
They dont stock meds that are filled there every month and their customer service sucks. We wont be back.
They sell expired medicine just go to Meijer instead.
No mask enforcement as of 7/1/20
Very rude cashiers! Will not shop there again.
Open late, good for boose
Nice people.
Extremely slow service and terrible customer service.
The worst CVS Ive ever been to the Pharmacy department customer service had disgusting attitude
