The employees were extremely rude and I am back to wearing my old pair of glasses. I had an eye exam by my eye Dr, which I have been going to for 10+ yrs. I have always had my glasses made there but my insurance will only pay for my glasses if they are made at SVS Vision. I took my script to SVS and they made a pair of glasses. When picking them up I was told to call, they would bring them out to me. I called and was immediately placed on hold, after 20 min I hung up and went into the store. As soon as I put the glasses on I told her I was not able to see clearly out of them. Her response was to wear them for 30 days. I told her I couldnt see out of them. She huffed at me, slammed them on the counter, and told me I would have to see my eye Dr. My eye Dr. checked the prescription on the glasses. The bifocals were incorrect, the pupil distance was way off, and the seg was wrong They remade the glasses but I still am unable to see clearly out of them and am wearing my old glasses. I WILL NOT HAVE ANY GLASSES EVER MADE HERE AGAIN.

Scheduled an appointment in a very timely matter. Doctor was very professional, thorough and explained all options. No pressure from the very friendly staff to purchase.

Dana is an awful person to speak to who can’t handle a conversation to make an appointment. Puts it on her other rude co worker they both kept insisting on curbside when I called for an appointment for myChild to be fitted. Laughing saying if I want an appointment I need to be nice??? When they were so rude

Super nice staff. Optician Troy helped fix my rayban aviator at no cost. I walked in to the store with broken rayban frame and extra pair of replacement glasses which I had just purchased from rayban website but had no idea where to drive ce to put those on on frame. Troy fixed those for me in immediately and also refused to charge me for his time. You guys made my day. I didn’t have to drive long way to Ann Arbor or Detroit. I am going to be back again. Thank you

They messed my appointment time up leading them into their defense and explaining that reminders were sent to me via text, phone call, and email of which I did not receive any of them plus I don’t need reminders as I can manage my own calendar. Their next opening was in 2 months and I had already waited 2 months. Poorly handled.

Everyone was kind and helpful. My daughter and I were greeted with smiles and a quick hello as soon as we entered the office. Every staff member was respectful, professional, and friendly the entire time we were there for my daughters eye exam. All of our questions were answered, we didnt feel rushed or like it was a bother to help us. Would recommend this office highly.

Its alright. I dont get my exams here bc I found a better place in Tecumseh but I have to get my prescription filled here. Fast on ordering glasses but staff is hit or miss. A few are more friendly than others.

Everything about it was good. the Doc, the staff, the selection of eyewear. I got the transition lenses after a lifelong want.

SVS has been helpful in seeing again.the glasses are durable, and trendy. They have Candies and bebe eyeglass frames. Nice place.

I went for my first pair of glasses and I thought the prices were a little high but, thats not what bothered me. They were just plain rude. The receptionist went out of her way to tell me that I was 8 minutes late. The optometrist was rude and pretty much everyone I dealt with there was rude. I went back 4 more times over the next 6 months and every time it was the same thing. Just an office full of A-holes

I like this place because they do a great job with my kids. My kids go back by themselves and their not scared friendly environment and friendly staff

Terrible experience. They are dishonest. Dont go to SVS. Your customer service department was no help at all. They did not resolve anything. They did not call when they said they would. We had to call them back and they were useless.

I ordered my glasses last week.. They told me it would be 5 business days so I call today and they were never ordered..how does that even happen? Last time going there

Absolutely the worst experience of my life, 1st visit they ordered the wrong frames so they say they will fix it, 2nd attempt right frames but wrong lenses and again they say they will fix it, 3rd attempt wrong lenses again and this time they tell me itll cost me another $200 even though its all been their mistakes, why do i have to pay for their mistake?? i refused and left with unusable glasses, now ive gotta find a new place and start all over, also was treated very rudely.

I have never been to SVS Vision as a patient, however I did call and make an appointment. I was given a date in May for my appointment and was put on a call waiting list. The receptionist was pretty rude especially when she found out the type of insurance I have. I was called one day because they had a cancellation and I couldnt make that appointment so they cancelled the appointment I had in May and gave me an appointment in June.

The optometrist who set my glasses was short with me and I felt like I was a bother. And why dont you receive a micro fiber cloth to clean them with? Kinda cheap wouldnt you say. They dont have it together. They talk to much to eachother while I sat and waited to get my glasses.

We have used these guys for years. Have yet to have a bad experience.

This was my first visit to SVS, was treated very well by everyone. Ordered 2 pair of glasses, received them 2 days later.

Extremely rude optomologist. I was rushed during the eye exam. Had tears running down my face from dilation, could hardly even see and he still rushed me. Went in April 2015.

They wouldnt let me change my glasses frame 1-10 for me is a 1 😠😡because the frame kept braking and costing me money. :(
