Coffee is always amazing! Absolutely LOVE the staff. Emily even paid for my drink on her day off when she was ordering in the drive thru and recognized my car. My favorite place to fuel up on caffeine.

Love this place. If going through the drive thru be prepared to wait a little while. But its worth the wait. Very friendly staff.

We got the teddy bear frozen drink. It was not good at all. The coffee taste was so overpowering I couldn’t taste any caramel or white chocolate. Literally no flavor but coffee and their coffee wasn’t good either. We were in line forever and once we got to the window it took them a long time to get us our one drink. Definitely disappointed.

Good coffee. Could be better if they didnt always have the same flavored brewed coffee all the time. Try to use some of the special season flavors once in a while.

Not only do I come here because they are Michigan based, but today (4/24/19), I saw exemplary effort to work as a team and to get orders out very quickly. I highly recommend the Adrian location as staff are super friendly. Daily trivia questions makes coming inside even more fun! Tried lunch 1 time and it was delicious.

Im a veteran with a purple heart I have pieces of shrapnel still lodged in my lung it is not possible to remove my breathing is restricted therefore I cannot wear a mask I tempted to go to Starbucks to get a coffee I was literally told no at you get out they refuse to serve me I come to Biggby not one question was asked come on through we will serve you every time thank you big D for my caffeine fix

I like the drinks and the atmosphere, but theyre highly over priced. I got a small raspberry zinger drink and it was over $6. Thats the main reason I cant frequent. If the quality was like the best Id ever had maybe I could justify the cost. But its not sadly.

Very professional service. Only complaint is that Im not used to paying so much for coffee. However, I do realize that in this day and age these prices are pretty universal.

Hands down, Biggby has the best coffee and baristas in town! My family visits often and the drinks look and taste the same everytime. Their food is great too. Teady Bear and Ham & Cheese Bragel is my favorite breakfast.

Biggby is a good alternative to Starbucks. The coffee treats are decent, the prices are good and the service is friendly. I like the prospect of refills. Their dark roast could be better but I like it well enough. Since there are refills on standard coffee orders, the prices are not bad (otherwise, Id consider them expensive). This particular location is well placed on US 223 and the facility itself feels roomier than the seating capacity of 20 or 25 that it offers. It always feels less crowded and stressed than Starbucks. This is not a bad choice if you need a caffeine fix.

Stop shopping here, their handing out counterfeit bills!my mom received a ten dollar bill in change this weekend, from this location. she went to spend that money someplace else and was told it was counterfeit. we called Biggby and they said to come back tomorrow when the manager is in. guess what, were here and theres no manager. then they tell her (by the same guy who gave it to her) because the bill left the store, theres nothing they can do.yeah there is. were done shopping here. i recommend you do the same. check your change before you leave!our money pays their checks, no more customers, no more checks.updatepolice were called, Biggby has a thing filed where if they hand out counterfeit bills they are not liable. which I dont understand, because if I hand out a false bill I can get in trouble.UpdateMy mom was able to get her money back. Biggby made it right, after a few hours and a call to the police.

I took my son here today and went inside with him because I had to use the restroom, LOL but I waited for him to get his coffee and the three girls that were working today were show friendly and just upbeat, theres no way you can go into that place and not be in a good mood. Their positive attitude was so refreshing that Im not even a coffee drinker but would go back for a smoothie and pay smoothie prices LOL and not blink twice. A friendly attitude like these girls have make all the difference in customer service and quality, Im willing to bet 90% of their customers leave there with a smile on their face

I go here alot but mite stop im t1 diabetic and ask for the same sugar free drink ever time and idk if they dont get what sugar free is and im diabetic but they put the whip topping and chocolate drizzle thats not sugar free ???? I cant have both smh so today i went and the same thing happen she said oh ill take it off .idk just kida makes me mad lol but they are good ppl never been rude but they should be more educated on that stuff i feel

Got a pumpkin spiced latte with a free extra shot if Espresso and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin. All i can say is Yum! I previously had a bad experience in Jackson, Mi., at a Biggby Coffee but i will make sure to just get coffee at the Biggby in Adrian, Mi. Plus, the service was excellent for an early morning.
