Great place and atmosphere for drinks and cigars; however I was disappointed when we were charged $2 for every large ICE CUBE. I have been to many very nice places and never have I experienced this anywhere else. Word of advise, don’t charge for ice.Update to 4 stars. So apparently the $2 was an up-charge for the 2.5 oz rocks pour instead of the standard 1.5 oz pour. If this is true it was not transparent or communicated to us at the time. The menu does state $2 extra for a 2.5 oz pour; however we never asked for larger pours and the wait staff asked if we wanted a “large cube”. To me this means the ice cube, not the pour. Making this clearer to your customers would be helpful.

We recently celebrated our engagement party and rented out the Atrium & Member’s Lounge. Unique interior design. It reminds me of the business when it was a newsstand, tobacco and confectionary shop. I’ve always had a good experience here. Top quality all around.

Chaloners never disappoints. For the past two years, this has been our go-to haven. The popcorn is better than any movie theater youve ever been to, the atmosphere is calm and inviting. The second floor has a few areas that make them seem like their own worlds. The bar area is upbeat and staffed with the most incredible people. The area just behind, with the fireplace, houses comfy leather chairs in little seating sections. The space behind the second floor humidor is quieter and just for your group.The third floor is my jam. The waterfall in the non smoking atrium is the perfect getaway. Should do yoga in there or something because it just makes you want to soak it in. The members lounge is often a bit more chill than the second floor and has the pool table. The service on the third floor is just as amazing and attentive as that of the second. Its just am amazing place to pass a few hours and have amazing staff take care of you. Its also a great place to host a mid-day work meeting, and devour a charcuterie board.Spend your time here. The drinks are good and the company is great!

Has to be the best Cigar Lounge in Michigan. It a must for anyone who enjoys cigars and great drink selection. Make sure you take care of the bar staff when you go.

Chaloner’s is three floors of magnificence architecturally, and the finest cigar lounge experience I’ve had anywhere in the country. The dime store on the first floor (a unique touch) has a wide selection of cigars, candy, popcorn, soda, and other retail items. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Chaloner’s is definitely a destination spot worthy of a visit no matter where you live.

Went in to buy a cigar. The service from the employees was great just offering to help choose from their selection. I knew what I wanted and declined, but I was impressed nonetheless. I was very surprised when they ordered to cut it and I was informed they have a smoking room upstairs. I decided to try it out and was not disappointed in the least. There was a robust selection of drinks to include single malt scotch, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Throughout the floor there is ample seating. Comfortable chairs and plenty of cutters and ash trays. Service was impeccable. I truly wish to find an excuse, any excuse, to make the nine hour drive again just to visit this establishment.

This place is heaven on earth, sophisticated, contemporary, classy, unmatched, and every attention to detail was thought of!!! Loved the upper 2 floors. I liked the downstairs, I get the candy and sweats I feel like some of that space could be better used for more of men’s accessories, men’s shoe shine, books or resource area for cigar accessories. Books, coffee table books, leather goods or something. I get the candy but it seemed a bit much

Where to begin... amazing (strong) drinks with an atmosphere that you would be more likely to see in a large city. The cigar selection is great with something for everyone. Not too smoky for being a cigar lounge. The remodeled building looks awesome, definitely check it out.

Disappointed! Usually top notch service, but something different was happening today!! Only was offered 1 drink with 5 people in the place and that was including us 2!!! We bailed!!!!! Come on girl, I liked you but you had a job to do and it wasnt to much to ask! Someone need to figure this out! I would never do this but it was insane!! Much more I could tell but Im not going there!!! 🙄 We usually like this place!! 🙉

Had a wonderful time last night, the service was awesome and the whole experience was very nostalgic. The workmanship and the refurbishment was beyond expectation. I was so so impressed. A must see .well done gentlemen.

Beautiful lounge, great selection in a 300 square ft. humidor. Fully stocked bar, great ventilation system and a non-smoking room for patrons that just want to visit the bar. Lots of seating, very comfortable. This is a must visit for cigar lovers.

Took our daughter there for her 21st birthday, we wanted something a little more adult than a average first drink. Chaloners delivered a wonderful experiance. Thank you Jo for making her birthday her best one yet.

Chaloners Cigar House, Atrium and Billiards are the places to be. Well decorated and great lounge spots, well be regulars. (Although you should know, the cocktails are outrageously priced)

The whole layout. The friendly staff upstairs and the young man at the front counter actually spent time with us in the humidor answering questions and helping us select some new cigars.

The most beautiful cigar lounge Ive ever seen in person, or in magazines. Jo the bartender makes it feel like home!
