Whitcher Plumbing & Heating went above and beyond helping me. My water heater had been red tagged by Citizens gas. The office girls helped me so much (thank you Shari) and the service tech (TJ)did his job as quickly as he possibly could. You have no idea how much your kindness helped me calm down. I had problems with my furnace at the end of December. Whitcher came out and looked at it and told me I would need a new one. Mine was forty years old so it was time. Within the next week, I had a new furnace and air conditioner.Dena was the first person I spoke with. She was extremely friendly and efficient with getting my information to the right person and scheduling appointments for me. Andrew helped me with the financing, he was awesome. He was efficient, patient and timely due to me needing a new furnace quickly in the beginning of January. Nate was the technician that installed the unit. Our garbage disposal didnt work starting last night, and that side if the sink didnt drain. Called Witcher and was told they couldnt schedule us until next week. I asked to be serviced sooner if possible. Laurie said (thank you!) she would try to get us in if a slot opened. It did and by 10:30, CARLOS arrived. He found a clog and fixed it fairly quickly. We contacted Whitcher Plumbing to run a new gas line for a dryer. Keith came out and was on time, very proffessional and came up with the most efficient way to run the line. He did an excellent job. He was quick and very thorough. We will use their services again.

I called at 2:30am for emergency service and I received a call back from a technician very quickly, I had tried atleast four other companies that promote 24 hour service and Witcher was the only company who had called me back! I’m very very pleased and satisfied with the outcome, not to mention it only took about an hour for everything to be replaced and fixed. Whitcher Plumbing was professional from the time they answered my phone call until the technician left my property. I was greeted by friendly professionals on the phone who were able to send someone the same day to fix our leaking pipe. Jacob was very professional and showed up on time during the three hour window they gave me. I didnt have to wait around wondering when someone would come out. He was professional, wore booties over his shoes, wore a mask, and did a really wonderful, competent, job of repairing the pipe. I would highly recommend TJ and Whitcher Plumbing and Heating. We have used them for years and they are our go-to when we need something done. We are doing a remodel and needed a water heater installed as well as a lot of heating/duct work corrected. TJ came out to the house several times over a week to get all the work completed. While I have said this elsewhere, I believe it best reflects my feelings about Whitcher Plumbing & Heating: We have been dealing with Whitcher for a number of years since our former Boiler man retired. And I can tell you that over these years, Mr. Whitcher and his crew have been the absolutely finest! I cannot think of a single area of their service that I have been in the least bit displeased. This month they did a full replacement of our Boiler (furnace), which was a real bear given how old the original boiler was, and Mr. Whitcher threw as many of his crew into the job as was needed to complete the installation in the pre-stated time frame! WHITCHER PLUMBING & HEATING is absolutely Excellent any way you look at it and I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation OR qualification; they are just plainly the BEST!!!

We have a boiler and was having some issues with the zones. The technician that came out was very personable and experienced. We are new to the area and just bought our home back in September of 2017. I was very satisfied with the timeliness of the service and the level of professionalism. I am a former contractor and would recommend this company to any homeowner or business.

Great people from office to service. Technician Keith, who has serviced my furnace since it was installed and is personable, very knowledgable of the equipment and can easily answer any questions asked. No problems and especially like the detailed online invoice after service.

I wish Whitcher would give lessons to many other companies on customer service. Jacob has come out a couple times recently (and another time a couple years ago) and is always very pleasant, and always asks about our previous problems that hes fixed - making sure everything is still working well. Were always pleasantly surprised at how soon theyre able to come out and get us up and running. My review of Whitcher, in one word: Excellent.

A/C went out. Whitcher did a service call, got it going but said it would eventually go out again. Which it did a month later. So I called to set up a time for replacement. They did not call back to set a time. So I called a second time and again they DID NOT CALL BACK!So today I called one of their competitors. Whitcher is 2 miles from the house. Do you think Ill ever call or recommend them again?

5:30AM today discovered water heater leaking in basement. Called Whitcher at 6:30AM, employee answered!!.. and put me in system. 8:00 received call from office. 8:30 crew arrived. 11:30 new hot water heater completely installed. Crew careful not to track up our carpeting, cleaned everything up, and out the door. Hows that for service? Why would I ever use anyone but Whitcher??

Plugged washer drain pipe. Small problem but symptom seemed to show large problem but the repairman found was quick in finding the issue and solving it.

Our furnace needed to be replaced during the pandemic. The office staff and technicians were very professional and responsive to our needs.

I called them about an a/c problem one afternoon and the next morning a technician arrived, right on time, diagnosed the problem in less than 45 minutes and ordered the parts. Installed 2 days later. Ill call them again for any other problems, PERIOD!!!!!

Excellent crew came to our home, they worked through lunch till the job was done. Cleaned up everything.

Plummers came out and present a verbal quote and after accepting the quote and repair was done they decided to charge a additional fee for being on a phone for a 1 hour with the warranty company plus was not explain the charge until the next day after we payed the bill. Had a conversation with the company and was not happy about how it was handled. I wouldnt recommend this company because of charges that a customer shouldnt had to pay let alone no signed contract just a verbal agreement for the service then change it after because being on the phone.

Unbelievable!!!!! Just called their 24/7 emergency number, this is a Saturday afternoon, and was told by the service guy that human waste backed up into both bathtubs, two toilets that wont flush, and 2 bathroom sinks that cant be used is NOT AN EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!! I was told to call them back on Monday!!!!! My husband and I are both seniors living alone in a rural area. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They promised us they would do some work for us then they backed out of it and didnt even contact us. They left my mom very upset, and we still really need the work done.

The young man that showed up to repair my water line that had split about 6 feet below ground arrived quickly understood my problem called his office want to his office came back and had it repaired with 30 minutes, we needed the repair to open our businesses that following day so thank you!!!
