They could not provide the service I needed, but were very helpful in suggesting where I could get it done. That was uncommon and very special.

We came from out of state and brought a Jeep we were looking at buying here to get an independent inspection. These guys are awesome! Jeff did a fantastic job and the lady at the front desk was also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I wish I would have written down her name so I could thank her personally as well! These folks are everything you dream of finding in an auto repair shop! Honest, friendly, and - GET THIS - proactive in helping you save money. After seeing that our rear axle was shot, they could have charged us $1,100 to replace it. Instead, they did some research and found out that a recall covered the cost. The replacement had to be executed by an authorized Ford dealer, so we had to have the vehicle towed to another town. That Ford dealer did the recall work, but also wanted to charge us more than $700 for another problem they found. I called Continental back to see if they could do it. They quoted me HALF the price of the Ford dealer. THEN, just by looking closely at the new damage, they determined that it may have been caused by the towing company. That saved us another $200+. I could not be happier with how the Continental team went to bat for us. I REALLY appreciate their efforts. No wonder they were SO highly recommended. Thank you, Continental Service!
