Above and beyond. After every event i have all the linens go straight to these people. The hard work and commitment to there trade is un matched. I bring them stains and they return like the day i bought them. After 35 years doing business at almost every linen company in dallas. I am done looking and never worrying about what my linens will look like when i get them back. They impress me every time i bring them items that others have said toss them out. Only to get them back looking perfect. Great job. Thank you for protecting my investment in the catering world.

We love that DFW laundry picks up at our front door. Instead of spending time washing, drying, and folding, all of our families clothes each week. We just leave it on the outside porch and the driver comes by to pick up. He returns it the next day, folded and bagged. The laundry smells fresh, and clean. My husband and I were surprised that how inexpensive it.

I had DFW Laundry do my personal laundry. They picked it up at my door and dropped it off two days later and I did it all from the app. So great to come home and have my laundry done and folded. Ive never use a wash-n-fold service before and will definitely use them again.

I signed up with DFW Laundry and never have to worry about having clean clothes now! My clothes are picked up and then delivered back to my house nicely folded. This is the best service!!

I used DFW recently and they were very professional and timely. One of my better experiences for an event.

By far the worst customer service, ordering and CRM Ive ever encountered. First, they charged me ahead of schedule for the upcoming month and I had to bring it to their attention. Second, their app rarely if ever worked so I had to email or call the store to setup delivery. Come on, this is 2019, get it together. Third, it always seemed like I was an inconvenience to them simply because I expect as a customer for DFW linen service to prompt, courteous and on time.Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else as you are surely going to get tired of having to follow up on drop-offs, added payments and discourteous staff. Major thumbs down!

I would say DFW Linen & Laundry Services was fairly clean, middle of the road expense wise, and the there is always someone on site to assist customers.The one big draw back is that you need to purchase a card here and then the money is locked up on this card.
