If you want excellent customer service, quality product, and prices that beat the competition, go to JC Licht! Rhonda, my designer, was the absolute best! Work with her! She visited the house to show samples, and after taking a week to decide, returned to finalize decisions; her great taste and attention to detail helped me select the Trend Sage curtains, and motorized Hunter Douglas shades in Opal and Mocha, which delivered a great custom feel and refresh to two bedrooms in the house. I even bought paint from JC Licht, based on one of the designers, Hollys, recommendation of a beautiful Sherwood Green that compliments the curtains very well. Peggy in the Hinsdale showroom was also very helpful and knowledgeable on my initial visit. The install was seamless, and the workers were very professional and efficient. We used a color consultant from JC Licht for our living room and kitchen walls, ceiling, cabinets and fireplace, and a blinds consultant for our living room window coverings. Both consultants were very professional, pleasant and experts in their fields. They brought the materials they needed and led us to decisions we are very happy with. Everything was well documented and delivered on time as promised. The installer was also great, on time, put the blinds up very quickly and left no mess. The silhouette blinds are really great. Very clean, modern look. We’re very happy with them.

We just had our final installation for our my new roll up Blinds/Shades for our screened in porch and they are doing the job that we thought they would do, keeping out the Sun. We are enjoying sitting out there now knowing that we do not have to worry about the hot Sun any more. They work just fine and look like they were design to be there. I ordered automatic raise/lower fabric blinds from JC Licht. They were made and installed in just a few short weeks and I love them. The windows specialist, Rhonda, was excellent and helped me with quite a few suggestions about my room before I decided. Installation was seamless, took less than an hour and all the professionals I dealt with from JC Licht were top notch! I am only giving 4 stars because my husband thought they were pricey but the installation fellows assured us we will be very happy with JC Lichts customer service should we have any issues down the line with the electronics or the blinds.

All the people at JCLicht are very knowledgeable and professional. Sales approach was comfortable, not rushed at all. Lots of options were presented to us for the type of decor we had in mind. This review is mainly about the company as they censor there website reviews. They emailed asking for a review on the paint I purchased. I was not impressed with it and ended up getting a different brand and repainting. Since there were limited reviews on the paint I wrote a fair, but critical review. Apparently they only post 4 or 5 star reviews on their site. There are limited reviews and nothing lower than 4 stars on all the products. Its their site so they can do what they choose, but censoring reviews so their product appears perfect leaves a bad taste in my mouth. After my review was never posted I emailed them asking about any sort of warranty on the paint and never received a response. They seem to only want to hear good news and ignore complaints so as a company, I will avoid them in the future and also avoid Benjamin moore products.

Best place for paint and more. They have everything you need, and they are knowledgeable about everything they carry.Staff is extremely friendly and eager to help.

Had to grab a specific paint for a next day job and headed to Menards, who claimed they had it, but didnt. Called this store in a panic. They had exactly what I needed and took care of my order right away and then loaded it into my car. Very friendly. Everyone in masks. Will definitely make this my first stop in the future. Fantastic place for paints supplies etc

We added a PowerView Silhouette with a powered blackout shade. It works great and allows us to have light or complete dark with the push of a switch. The installer took about 30 minutes to take down the old shade and install this one over a sliding glass door in our bedroom. He took away all the trash and cleaned up. Perfect service.

Always have great service experience here. They have all of our paint information on record which makes everything easy for us when we need more of a particular paint color.

Great store and great paint.

They have great products but the staff and their abilities coupled with their knowledge makes them stand out from the competition.It doesnt appear that I can reply directly to your comment from my Google account so I need to respond via editing my review.I was installing prefinished Brazilian Walnut flooring and I made my own bull nose for stair treads and transitions. I then needed to stain and seal the wood to match the rest of the flooring and the staff at J.C. Licht took a piece of the flooring and made a perfect match to the stain by the end of the day and recommended a water based polyurethane to complete the process. The homeowner didnt believe that I made the pieces on site and that I stained them because the match was absolutely perfect. Now that is customer satisfaction at its finest!

Great customer service. The whole team at the Addison location is always willing to help answer any questions regarding the products, as well as help coordinate deliveries if we are on a tight deadline. We know we can always count on them. They never let us down!
