Mrs. Pamela was so nice, she greeting when I made it to the register and also thanks and have a nice day when I was leaving the register. The guy that was bagging my groceries was also nice he also thanked me when leaving. No other employee did that and I think its amazing!!

Very clean and well stocked store. Service department was well run. Selection was very good. This is a high end store. Pricing reflects this. Will come back. 👍

Nice quiet place. Or maybe it was the time I was there. It was not crowded. The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. The staff is so polite.

Usually well stocked and always clean. Good prices on store brand stuff, other name brand things are significantly higher than other stores. Great meat department and they stock prime steaks!

This store was very organized especially in their produce area. We originally came here for a flower arrangement. The manager at the flower department was very helpful and kind. We loved all of their arrangements that were in display. So many options to chose from. But this occasion she was able to make us a special arrangement, considering it was for my mother-in-laws tombstone. Thank you again on helping us. We will certainly be returning.

Its one of the stores we always shop at, so its good. But I am noticing prices are starting to climb up, top sirloin was about $18.00 lbs, 80/20 ground beef was about $9.00 lbs. Not too long ago I could get Ribeyes for about $12.00 lbs. Its just a bit crazy with prices now.

I love shopping at Tom Thumb, because of the quality of the fruits and vegetables. I had a produce clerk by the name of Roy help me out with finding all the fruits I needed. He was patient and knew where everything was. He did not hesitate to go give a look in the back for more ginger. It’s folks like him that make peoples day just that much better. I have had other clerks there who don’t give me the time of day and walk away.

They have the best meat and seafood market. Always clean and team members are very nice.

There were nice deals and great flowers. But, I would recommend customers to triple check price you are charged and what you receive after checkout. Sale was not applied unless you asked (some did but not all). Some items were placed under spot where you almost missing, and crasher did not hand it to me until I asked to do.

I recently used the curb side pick up (Drive up and go-DUG) at this s location on Marsh and was very surprised that the prices for the substitutions they made were higher than what I ordered. Other places with curb side groceries honor the price of what I ordered or they don’t make the substitutions. I also noticed that Tom Thumb now has what appears to be a third party in charge of the DUG groceries orders. The Tom Thumb costumer serve would not discuss the order with me and told me that was a different department. I will not use this DUG service in the future. And I have been a loyal Tom Thumb shopper for close to 40 years. My drive up and go experience with Tom Thumb with this new third party organization has taken three days so far and I still don’t have the refund

Nice store that is clean and well organized. Their produce section is good and all departments are well stocked. Theres a Starbucks inside if youre looking for a coffee. Employees seem nice.

Nice staff but no name tags? The cashier felt some type of way because I said Thank you honey... Then I told her, well if you had a name tag on, I could call you by your name. She had no comeback after I said that.

Best selection of flowers. I think of Tom Thumb if flowers are needed. I have shopped at Publix in Georgia, They are very similar, very clean, friendly, class acts.

This store doesn’t always have a good selection or will be sold out of an item you are looking for. This happens all the time for me here. I use self checkout because I’ve had some rude cashiers that have a attitude or don’t say one word to you. They throw around your groceries too. Not my favorite store. After so many negative experiences I only go here if I need something quick because it’s close to home. I go to other groceries stores when I can.

This location is very close to my house, but I will never return to this Tom Thumb. I literally went in here for one item and it took me 30 minutes to get out of the store from getting the runaround from different employees who were unsure of where an item was. If you go to target or even Kroger it will take one employee to find the items that you are looking for, and they will be sure to continue searching with you until it is found. There’s no reason it should take 30 minutes to find one item especially when you have the capability to look in your inventory. Out of numerous associates, no one got it right. The dairy section sent me to the meat department, the meat department sent me to the deli, the deli sent me to the cashier, a cashier sent me to another associate and the other associate sent me right back to the deli Only for them to tell me that the item I was looking for isn’t there, without them actually looking for it themselves.I only wonder how much customer service I would’ve received if I wasn’t a black woman dressed in athletic wear and wearing a hat!

The store manager, Cliff is very abusive and discriminating. The store employees are very rude and the managers have very bad attitude and try to abuse our human rights and harass us. The services are extremely poor. The store looks messy. This is the worst supermarket in the world.

Nice enough grocery store with a good selection for its size. High prices for average quality goods, so this is my “I need this missing ingredient quick” or my “quick run to the market” store, not my bona fide regular grocery.Really exceptional beer and wine selection though.

Yall sold me some Nature Sweet Cherubs today and half the container the tomatoes were rotten. I live in Irving so not gonna drive back to Carrollton to exchange. Money wasted in the trash they go SIGH😕

Prices are mid of the line. The place is a bit musky in smell and aura, but it looks clean enough to me. I think its just an old building. They are handling COVID well and their prices arent robbing us broke Americans too terribly. Its not your best option, but its up there for sure.

This location is completely hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are friendly and competent. At other times, they are untrained, improperly masked, or nowhere to be found. I tend to shop late at night, and often times they have only the self checkouts open, which is insanely inconvenient when you have a basket full of groceries. They have the best ice cream selection of any store in the area. But if you’re looking for a decent selection of vegetarian items, you’re better off at Sprouts or Whole Foods.

Prices are out of control. I bought food for 1 person and only 1 weeks of essentials. Plus fruit. $368.29. I almost stroked out.

Its good for necessities but by all means avoid buying meat or seafood there.Have seen them leave rancid meat on display for weeks at a time, their butcher dpt staff do not care about the quality of their job: badly wrapped meat leaking blood over everything in the display, barely acknowledges customer needs and will humorously deny and delegate their responsibilities other members of the stores staff.The three stars are for everyone else working there.

This is a very clean, small, but well stocked Tom Thumb. They have plenty of vegan products that allow my boyfriend and me to maintain our diets and lifestyle. Delilah is always a delight. She is helpful and friendly and makes sure to greet us every time we stop in.

It was a good experience until I got to the cashier. Sorry I didnt catch her name. Wont waist time complaining but it would have been nice to have seen some friendliness especially during this season. Not a smile, acknowledgement, thank you, nothing. Idk, people are funny but when our family spends hundreds of $$$ weekly there, it would be nice to end the process with a little courtesy. Customer service is a big part of why consumers choose a particular business. And there are LOTS of grocery options in this area. Oh well, God bless her and Merry Christmas.

Went to the Quest Diagnostics in TomThumb. The tech was awesome

On the 23rd, I ordered shrimp Jjam bbong as usual.I requested spicy one, and it came with plenty of seafood and meats. Of courseIt was so spicy and delicious .I asked waiter to put left over soup in the container so that i could enjoy the taste of hot jjambbong at home as well

Clean, they were actually telling the customers without mask they need to put them on. Lot of choices, only went to produce and to get Arizona tea(great price). Front end cashiers not busy actually standing at the entrance of registers to bring customers in. Not sure if it was the supervisor but, he actually directed me to register and helped her with my purchase of tea and heirloom tomato which was $4.99 lb. Just wanted to try. Really good, almost like right out of the garden.

They will bring in my favorite items or stock more if I always get the last one. The associates are very polite and helpful. The meat and fish are fresh and vegetables taste very good.

Beware if you get batteries from this store as it leaks. Duracell Optimum batteries leaking !!But good customer service as the store staff is quite helpful. Excellent customer service.

This is my favorite grocery store. They carry more items geared toward a healthy diet than surrounding grocers (except Sprouts and Whole Foods which are higher priced)-They have the best selection of healthy options like low sodium foods, lactose free options, reduced fat/fat free foods, more dark chocolate options - like the swiss miss dark chocolate for those with health aversions to milk chocolate. The organic spinach is the best around and only $5 versus $6 at Walmart and stays fresh longer as not overly rinsed which makes it rot quicker. The meats are top line generally- except right after Covid started when the pork was rancid. The prices are not always great compared to other chains, but still giving this location a 5 star as you get what you pay for. And if youre a member there are always sales when you can stock up on favorite items.

My family & I came in today to grab a few groceries because we were passing by & its easy to say that we will never come back to this Tom Thumb again. The employees were extremely rude & do not know how to talk to people. No one wanted to check us out or give us service to buy a tag. Ive never felt more uncomfortable while shopping just for a few items but I do not expect anything less from a racist company.

I have never gotten so many bad products from a grocery store. Over a course of a few months, I bought a box of coke cans that turned out to be punctured, sushi that turned out to be rotten, and now tomatoes that turned out to be moldy. Something is just bad in their supply chain, no idea why. Other Tom Thumbs are fine, but this one, dont risk it. The Kroger just up the street has never sold me rotten food.Edit: Bumped up to two stars because they do always let us return the bad products.

Jane doesnt really acknowledge customers during customer service. I stood there for 2 minutes then I greeted her and said, hello (: She continued to look at the screen and said Ill be right with you. Then waited 2 min and said maam what could I do for you never bothered looking up, and got me on my way. Just bad body language, & not so friendly.

They have good produce but I dont buy meat or fish there. The pharmacy is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. I do like to pick up one of their roasted chickens in a package. The rosemary and garlic tastes great and has only 140 mg of sodium. If youre too tired to cook this a good substitute.

It was an great experience and Mondays are chicken madness And everyone was wearing their mask.

When my doctor sends over prescriptions I dont have to call to make sure they received them they send me a text and they send me a text when it is time to refill which I always forget to do and have to go with my Prescription for a few but not any more since I transferred to them keep up the good work I will never leave this pharmacy
