I really enjoyed this place. They have a good selection of cigars. Some were the usual suspects, the ones you can get at any cigar shop. And then there were some hard to find, the ones that required a little searching on your part. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a bar here that served food! Not just finger food, but food food. After we ate, we enjoyed one of our cigars right at the table indoors. The only knock I had was the cigars were not in any particular order, such as the brands were not grouped together. Other than that, I still recommend this place!
Selection is incredible, staff is extremely helpful. Specifically Trey. The owner Kent even stopped by to chat for a bit. Had an incredible Cuban sandwich today. And got to enjoy a nice stick beforehand. Thanks for the hospitality folks.
Must applaud the waitress here last Saturday. She made the drinks, took the order, cleaned the tables and did everything in a swift manner.They cigar collection here is out of this world. It’s everything you need.We had enquiry about the VIP and the guy who sold the cigar didn’t have enough information about the whole process. It was a bit disappointing. Aside from this, food was good, and you can smoke a cigar while you ate your dinner. Drinks are also cheap. A Jameson was sold for $6.50. The margarita was really good, strong and delicious. I will definitely be back here.
My favorite Cigar Lounge in Dallas area. The staff is awesome and they have rewards!! Great selection and prices. The bartender will take care of you with decent prices. Just sit there relax and enjoy a good cigar awesome people around you.
We didnt try the food, but they had a great selection of cigars, reasonably priced bar and great hospitality. The atmosphere is very welcoming!

Cigar Staff/Tobacconists are very helpful - they know their stuff. If you want to sit in the bar/restaurant area and you are not a regular, be prepared to wait to get service or attention of any kind. If you go up to the bar, they are terrific. I hope the servers pay a little more attention to everyone in the bar/restaurant area.
Im new to cigars. Nevertheless, the staff is very knowledgeable and more than eager to help you find your niche. The bar serves some tasty food and has an excellent selection of scotches, whiskeys and other spirits. The customers are friendly and always willing to share their cigar knowledge.Ive been back several times and I have yet to be disappointed. Go check out Elite hopefully, youll enjoy it as much as I do!
Ill give this place 2 stars for the location convenience and cigar quality, but unless certain staff members are working I typically do not feel welcomed. Not sure if it is the color of my skin, but it is definitely not the content of my character... Ill leave that up to you to decide, but there or plenty of quality Cigar lounges in the area that provide 100% customer service. Ill be sure to go to those moving forward.

I visited this cigar bar from out of town. The cigar selection is nice and my cigars smoked great! However, the bar service was non existent, the bartender never greeted us. Great place to grab a cigar but head elsewhere to have a drink with your stick!
Place is ok. But if you go on a Friday or Saturday night be prepared to yell. Its a constant shouting match with everyone talking over each other. They have a great selection of cigars and the cigar staff is very knowledgeable. However, the food is middle of the road. And you can see that the bartenders really enjoy their job.

The bar has a great selection of drinks as well as food.For those of you hoping to get table service or patio service when sitting in the bar you will not get it, because it is bar service. The bartenders will still occasionally come to your table in the bar or out on the patio. But dont bet on it happening a lot.

I just discovered this gem and am wondering where I have been all this time! Food is great (bar type food, BUT tastes like they care! Wings are excellent!), Atmosphere is wonderful you can tell there are plenty of regulars. Everyone laughing having a good time. Wait staff is very pleasant and attentive. NOW the meat and potatoes or CIGARS. Great selection and their staff is very knowledgeable though it wouldnt take much to be over my head, all of them have taken the time to help pick a stick or 5-10. Great place for cigars, drinks, food! I am currently trying to get the regular status
I had a Bachelor party there. The staff was great, with great prices for food drinks and cigars. My partygoers weren’t very knowledgeable on cigars. Thankfully the staff was and helped us find the cigars that best suited our taste, at a reasonable price. We were able to get a back private room. It is set up perfectly for a bachelor party occasion. It had TVs and poker sets. Booking was really easy as well. If you’re looking for a laid-back place to have a bachelor party this is definitely the place.

This place close early. Customers come up to buy cigars and the management still close at 10. Before the Civid virus they stay open until 12. Great place nice environment, good Buffalo chicken wings, good selection of cigars, just need extended hours on the weekend to at least 12

What is there to say...The place gives you an away from home experience. The food is spectacular. Arguably, it has the best Cuban sandwich in the city. The breakfast tacos are on another level. Spring to Fall patio football game watches with a cigar and a beer are great. Oh, and when it is a hair chilly, the patio heaters are nice. Prost!
I just recently started coming because I was recommended by a friend and invited to come up and smoke a cigar with him here. Since then Ive been here at least once a week for the past three or four weeks. I enjoy the ambiance in the selection of cigars in the burying that mysterious to enjoy said cigars. I will be making this a normal and frequent Hangout since I only live the five miles from here. This place is awesome!

Been coming here for about 3-4 years now, and seen it go through a lot of change. I have to give a huge hats off to the current staff there. Gary the GM there has done an absolutely amazing job since taking the position. We have a group of guys that go here pretty often, and it’s nice to be able to see a place that is firing off on all cylinders. Props to Gary and team, keep it up!

Excellent cigar selection but the thing that makes this location stand out is the full restaurant that is attached. You can grab a smoke from their well stocked humidor and then stroll through a doorway into the restaurant and have a meal with drinks while you enjoy your cigar. Not many places left that you can do this any longer.
Just found this place... really neat place. Had a bar attached with a covered patio out front. Nice lounge area when you walk in. The cigar room is a little chaotic to sort out and make sense of but friendly staff nearby to help you find what your looking for. HUGE selection in that room which is great! Best selection Ive seen thus far. Staff is always friendly and happy to answer any questions Ive had. Cigars are always humidified perfectly and smoke evenly. Never eaten in the restaurant part but I have smoked here and enjoyed the conversation of the other customers.

Excellent selection with a large walk in humidor. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will not hesitate to help you find what you are looking for or something new to discover. I must admit my favorite thing is that you dont have a constant heavy smoke inside so you dont have to smell anyone elses cigar so you can enjoy your smoke while you watch the game.

I like this place. If you are looking for a good meal and a cigar, this is the place for you. They provide indoor and outdoor seating, are usually not too busy, and a great selection of awesome cigars. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with the cigar choices, and are willing to show you special editions if you ask. The most surprising thing about the place was the quality of the food. It was excellent! Highly recommend the French dip! Great place to chat over a good cigar and great food.
Good spot for a cigar and drinks. Humidor is loaded. Drinks were inexpensive, but its not too shelf either. I didnt like that they take and hold your credit card until you leave. I was there watching the Carolina v. Cowboys game. Food is weak so beware. I had wings and fries. Service was good and folk watching the game were good. Nice crowd.
4/5 if you are simply grabbing a cigar and smoking, great selection in the humidor with reasonable prices. Guys up front are helpful. Ventilation could be better.2/5 if you want to eat/drink something. Might take an hour to get your chicken tenders out. Food quality has gone downhill, seems like they are cutting cost by buying cheaper ingredients. Mixed drinks are not particularly great but overall prices are fine. Service is very inconsistent because of the high turnover rate.With Cigars International in town I expected them to up their game and they havent.

This is really more of a 3.5 star review, but I’ll have to score down.They have a Nice selection of cigars and accessories. The food is good and the drink pours are generous. Service, however, in both the cigar store and restaurant/bar area, has been marginal from time to time. I have also noticed over the last couple of years that the restaurant/bar area is being used more and more by people who want to come in only because they can smoke cigarettes. Although I have nothing against cigarette smokers, I feel as though the harshness of the cigarette smoke takes away from the enjoyment of smoking a good cigar. And, it also seems to bring in a different clientele that are a little louder and annoying.
This spot has just about every cigar you might want at very competitive prices. They serve decent food and while the drinks are pricey they have just about any drink you might want.

They have a very large selection of cigars. Great place to hangout. The draw back is that they do not have enough servers to handle large crowds. You will have to wait a long time to get a servers attention to order a drink. The service is not any faster at the bar. Also, the ventilation system is not good. The whole place will smell like smoke and you will smell like smoke when you leave. This is a cigar bar, you should expect to be around a ton of smoke and smell like smoke when you leaves.The food here is surprisingly good. I have had the burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, and pizza. All were good. The service is actually good when there is not a crowd.The service for getting cigars is great and the staff made good recommendations.
Was in Dallas for the weekend and decided to give this place a try. Humidor is well stocked and taken care of, the staff are friendly and helpful. Had a few drinks and smoked some cigars in the lounge, service was good. Had such a good time we went back a second night. Pretty smoky could use some more ventilation, but they have a patio if its too smoky for you. Would def go back when in Dallas again.

I used to be a regular about a year ago but the staffing changed. THANK GOD!!! A buddy from work said I should give them another chance since I swore I would never go back. Selection of cigars is still AWESOME! The advice from the cigar side is impeccable. But, what I was really trying to test was the staff on the restaurant side. Saw all new people and welcomed AS SOON AS I WALKED IN. The experience that made me not want to come back was that I was ignored for a solid 20 minutes. I even went to the pass, grabbed my food that I had called ahead like I did normally, and ate it without anyone even acknowledging me. Tawny and Nick were just fantastic!

Not the worst place in the world. By it has terrible Service. The only reason I come here is because of magic friends we usually come here after we attend the Dallas magic club meeting. It takes about 20 minutes to even get served it takes about another 30 minutes to even get your food Out. With all that said The waiting staff is very accommodating, the environment is very nice and a good place to have your Cigar.As I said if they could speed up their service I would gladly change Rating to a 5. The food is Not bad.

Good food and cheap drinks.I was in there two weeks ago, Gary, Travis and Cory had a plethora of cigar knowledgeTo the people complaining about having to smoke flavored cigars on the patio, get over it. Smoke a real cigar that doesnt stink. And to the other ones complaining about the bar staff keeping your card till you leave, if you read the sign that says 30% GRATUITY ON WALKED TABS obviously these rules were set in place for a reason.

Staff was extremely helpful as this was my first experience with smoking a cigar. I told the staff that a hated the smell of cigars and he suggested Sweet Jane. It had a sweet sugary taste. Needless to say I was impressed. And I like the fact that there was a huge patio and the food was good.

Kristina is an awesome bartender and very welcoming. She alone will bring you back. As an amateur to cigars, Lou walked me through it all without being condensing in the slightest. Massive selection of cigars and good tap selection. Food is decent... if they could steal the cooks and food quality from Holy Grail Pub, this place would be epic. A great place anytime.
I went for the first time about a week ago. I wasnt very excited at first because I dont smoke cigars. I walked in and got greeted by a man right away. My friends and i sat at the bar. A girl introduced herself, Nikki, and told us about the specials for that night. I ordered a $3 flavored vodka and soda water. I ended up ordering an omelet which they serve all day and it was amazing and very reasonably priced. The same man that greeted me at the door came by and introduced himself as Adam, one of the managers, and asked if we were doing ok.... I soon met some of the other patron sitting at the bar and before you knew it my friends and I were on the patio with them laughing and having a great time! ! This place has great daily specials on drinks and a great variety on the food menu as well(a couple hours layer I ordered mozzarella sticks!!) AMAZINGThe service was great, you dont go to many places anymore and get such a personable experience. I will def go back to try more menu items and for $3 vodka night!!!
Gary, Jay, and Travis were all excellent and very helpful with Cigar information. All three made me feel at home and fostered an enjoyable experience from the start. Bar staff was excellent and timely. Very good atmosphere and well rounded in the customer experience!
This place has come a long way since I first started smoking here. There is an increased focus on service on the bar side with Angela and Jasmine. The humidor on the cigar side has always been on point. Keep up the good work guys.
I come for the snus although they seem to have a huge selection of cigar tobaccos and a bar where you can sit, smoke a drink. Cool place but ehh...smoke. Smokeless is the way to go! ;D

Would give zero stars if that were possible. I am visiting from out of town and stopped in to buy some sticks and look around between business meetings. When I walked in there was a bald headed guy working there. He was covered in tattoos and had an air of superiority about him. He never acknowledged me as I walked to the humidor. The humidor is small, and though well stocked, very difficult to find anything. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the way they organize. I stepped out to ask if they carry the Rocky Patel Fifty and was completely ignored. I waited for a moment (there were only a couple of customers besides myself but this guy couldnt be bothered to look up from his phone) and decided to take my business elsewhere. Google maps says theres a cigar international not far from here. Im sure theyll be happy to help me.
This a great place to sit down, relax, have a drink and smoke one after a long day. The staff is great, the bartenders are caring and beautiful. (Nicki is my favorite) These folks take really great care of you here. The ample humidor assures they have the right smoke for the right time.PS- If you rap Dr. Dres Forgot About Dre, or sing Led Zeppelins Ramble On, the manager Adam will give you nifty shop gifts.
If God exists, this place will never die. Excellent selection. Superest of the cool guys to walk you through things. Never take advantage of a cigar idiot (which is the majority of us, even if we think we know). And damn! There’s a bar! 👍🏼
Massive humidor with an excellent selection. Staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend new cigars based on preferences. That is a big plus to me as I may only have a few cigars all year it is hard to get away from the tried and true and expand your horizons. The bar was well stocked and I had a great scotch to have with my smoke.
This is a spectacular place. Its like walking into a modern day Cheers. Everyone is down to earth and remembers your name. The owner Kent is friendly and takes care of his customers. Ask for Adam to give you pointers on cigars. The bartenders are great especially when Nikki and Ashley are working. Hands down the best place in DFW that has a full bar, a large selection of cigars, and good comfort food. I highly recommend.
