The front was one man in line. I waited 20 minutes for the end result, I went and didnt get a consultation.

Lack of service. Walked in and not even an acknowledgement. Granted the person behind the counter was with a customer but she could have at least said Hello..Ill be right with you Nothing. Waited 15 minutes without her even saying a word to me before I left and took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Went in to make a payment on my bill was waiting in line and someone just walks in and gets taken care of right away before me, not happy at all, never got a hello or any acknowledgement that I was even there, I know Im not invisible as I am 63 and 300lbs and my boss clearly saw me show up late to work today
