I am located in Michigan and wanted to buy a Texas truck. Carsadpickups.com happen to advertise onautotrader.com where I found them. They had a great selection And I found a diesel pick up that looked good. Seth, my rep, Was very courteous and helpful. He went beyond the call of duty by providing a video walk around, crawling under the truck, popping the hood and sending pictures. He pointed out all the defects in the finish. On a gentleman’s agreement, the business changed the oil in the truck before I picked it up. It uses 11 quarts so it’s not cheap. I am very happy with this company and I am recommending to my colleagues in Michigan to purchase from this company if they want to Texas truck. I rate the company 6/5 stars!

I highly put into question any sort of inspection done on these vehicles. Reason being my vehicle had electrical issues, suspension issues, and mechanical. From dash cluster shorting, missing suspension bolts, to truck straight up shutting off. With a used car I get it, but some of this stuff puts my family at risk. Had a similar find at their other location that I passed on. They make them look clean and cool but buyer beware.

Showed up from out of state to purchase of vehicle. When we test drove the vehicle we noticed the AC wasn’t working. They told me possibly could be fix before the days end and we could be on our way. The part to fix it came in and they replaced it. Then they realized they needed another part. But it wouldn’t be here till the next day. The salesman put me up in a hotel which was awesome. A few other issues came up while fixing the AC the next day and I had to wait longer than expected. Turns out they ended up fixing the entire AC components in the truck. Again, AWESOME. Although it wasn’t the smoothest transaction as one would want, in the end they took care of me beyond expectations. And I truly appreciated it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a diesel.

Im glad everyone else has had a great experience with this establishment because I have not. Bought a 2016 dodge 3500 in December and since then it has stayed in the shop more than Ive gotten to drive it. While I was completely understanding that it was an as-is vehicle I was not betting on having to replace a transmission and an entire turbo setup within a 6 month timeframe. Of course nobody will answer my call or call me back. Im aware buying from used lots is a gamble but when you have to pour 15k into a truck right after buying it, it rubs you wrong.

Definitely recommend! I came from 3.5 hours away and Im extremely busy, I wont go 30 minutes to buy my truck unless Im pretty sure Ill buy it, so that should say a lot for these guys. Edson Miranda helped us and got us out quickly again.

I bought my truck over the phone about a week ago and received it this Thursday. Truck is as the video shows. This was the first time buying a vehicle without test driving due to my busy schedule and a tough market. Marcus sold the truck to me extremely easy. His performance was par none. What I will say is this. I bought the truck with an understanding from my salesperson that this truck had been serviced fully in the shop. This is a diesel truck and after about 50 miles driven so far the change oil light is now on and the DEF is at 25%. The add for this truck was “ready to put to work”. When you pay this much money you kinda expect that a dealer with such high praise would run a good service on the vehicle customary. Truck came about a day and a half later than expected. That’s on the delivery service not the dealer. Well on the way to my destination in Virginia something hit the larger cab light on the truck and broke it. The driver and I made note of it on the receipt and I contacted his manager. At this moment I’m still waiting for the problem to be solved. Marcus did a good job the one thing I would say is don’t ask for a review on a product until the consumer had used this said product. That’s like buying a pair of pants on amazon and amazon asking how they fit and you haven’t tried them on yet.

Online business that sells cars and trucks, online only! When purchased truck, we found dents that were not in pics nor mentioned at all. They dont know anything about the vehicle because they buy them from auctions. No service done on vehicle, and hardly no fuel in tank as fuel light was on. Deal with them at your own risk!
