Beware of purchasing vehicles from Addison Auto Liquidators. They tried to lie and hide major issues with their cars and then get angry when you bring them up. Highly encourage any buyer to request a prepurchase inspection from an outside automotive repair facility before you end up with a vehicle that has major issues! John Bradley, Mandi, and Nate we have enough shady car dealers out there we don’t need another one!! Change your business ethics and hopefully you’ll become a Quality used car dealership.Vehicle Issues noted before I gave up: a full puzzle of strings on undercarriage and radiator, main frame radiator bracket gone causing the radiator to wobble around, valve covers leaking oil, a/c not cooling, keys didn’t read, and I’m sure there was more but we stopped looking at that point!

Called to check on the availability of a car in which I was interested. The owner told me right up front that the vehicle had an intermittent valve problem (he added that that is why he was offering the car at a reduced price). I greatly appreciated his candor because it saved me about a 60-minute round trip.

Inquired about a car and was quickly yelled at and repetedly called the n word (yes that one) many times, despite the owners not knowing my race. It began when I tried to ask questions about a specific vehicle that apparently the owner didnt like me asking. Then when I said I think its best I passed on the car, they made sure to tell me about all of their precious time I wasted and how [insert n word here] always wasted their time. Go ahead and call this review slander just like you do with all of the other reviews calling out your pathetic behavior, but I have the texts to prove it, and will be posting them soon 👍

I had an incredible experience with John helping my daughter buy her first vehicle. He was very honest, upfront, and straightforward with us. He identified that the car we were interested in had a minor mechanical issue that needed to be fixed before we even came to look at it and made sure it was taken care of. The owner was extremely unprofessional with a potential customer and sent messages including many deprecating remarks. Any business owner who would treat a person in such a way due to offering a price lower than stated is completely outrageous. Owner now has friends leaving 5 star reviews to cover his bad behavior. One can see the reply from this guy how rude he is and trying to justify his worst behavior and also his data about vehicle is also not correct, the car he was selling accidental and he dont show it online, Surely he is a waste of time, I want to give negative star. The owner is completely rude, even for first time speaking. Rude behavior, very negative and always say you wasted my time. No warranty at all but if you ask he will be very angry and give unnecessary lecture. Not worth to look even.

VERY unprofessional! I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE I care about!! Might send someone here if I want to ruin their day. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that it’s frustrating to deal with people sometimes. HOWEVER, at the grand age of 18, I learned that you have to get over yourself sometimes. If you want people to continue to return to your business, you MUST be professional (and put your rude comments to yourself, which is something these people NEVER learned). My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from here and feel victims of fraud. We were unable to test drive the car fully as it was in a garage surrounded by vehicles. However, there were no codes. The next day I get 4 codes pop up! So even if we did get to drive it before buying the issues didn’t come up until the next day! Check engine and tire pressure being one. Got the tire checked out and there was a nail that went straight through. Yet to find out what the other issues are with the engine and other 2 codes. The codes must have been cleared right before we checked out the vehicle. Another issue not quite as imperative is that it was advertised to have a DVD player, Bluetooth, and power doors. DVD player does not function, Bluetooth doesn’t exist, and power doors are malfunctioning. Be careful. Do not recommend buying from here!

Not your typical dealer. All cars are inside of a warehouse. They took great care of me and now I am buying a second car from them.

Where to begin, I knew it was time for a new car and I began looking on cargurus for guidance. I came across a honda accord coupe that I liked and figured I would give it a shot. I emailed John and got an immediate response back from him. He told me he would run numbers and get back to me and he did that same day. The car was purchased for cash and I let it go and told John that I appreciated his time. The next day I get a text from John saying he purchased another accord coupe and would see what he could get done. Needless to say that one didnt work either. The same day I get a text from John saying he had bought a 2010 honda accord coupe fully loaded that he knew would work out. I immediately loved the car and allowed John to do his work. Needless to say I have never had a car salesman have so much dedication and commitment to ensuring his customers are well taken care of. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend John because he goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. Thank you for everything you did for me John it is highly appreciated.
