My elderly dads alarm was going off today due to widespread power outages in Texas. Greg was so quick to help and called my dad personally to talk him through resolving the issue. Great company and even better customer service - would highly recommend to anyone.
I have been with this company for a few years now. Downside with this company is that they charge more than $100 every time they send a technician over. Even if it is for the same issue which was not fixed during the prior visits.This company says no matter what, everytime they dispatch someone, they will charge a minimum of $100 per visit. So please be aware of this before you proceed.
