Do not recommend this pharmacy. Told us 15 min wait and when I came back they not only didn’t have my prescription ready, but it was out of stock till Monday. They assured me they had it in stock. I even called before coming to make sure they had it.

Horrible experience! Called them and they said my medications will be ready in 1 hour and when I was there (after waiting 30min in line), they said they maid a mistake putting on putting right medication in system and I have to come back in an hour. I was in a lot of pain!Bad customer service

Cannot rate the in store experience because I was picking up prescriptions through the drive through. Service was horrible. We were 3rd in line and it took nearly an hour to get to the window. Maybe they should hire additional people as there was only one person at the window servicing two lanes.

Very conveniently located and has a drive-through, but the pharmacy is the absolute worst if your prescription needs any additional work (insurance issues, etc.). Literally will not lift a finger other than to do the absolute minimum required .. Im livid as my son went to pick up a prescription that they had said would be ready and he waited more than 30 minutes just being ignored.Moved my prescription to Walgreens in Elmhurst and have no regrets. Can actually speak with people who genuinely want to help you at the Elmhurst Walgreens. I will avoid this Addison location at all costs!

The Pharmacy is always busy, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is my favorite Walgreens location (Corner of Addison & Lake St.) even though I have one closer to home. The Pharmacy Technicians always ask if I have any questions for the Pharmacist. The Pharmacists I have encountered are respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The Pharmacy Technicians work as fast as possible while being accurate and following laws and procedures. Dealing with insurance is awful. Pharmacy Technicians are angels to deal with insurance companies all day. Thank you for being so customer friendly in a time when kindness is needed more than ever!

Took to long to be atended, the pharmacy personal dont care about costumer fast service

After having a stressful nite uploading photos from my phone, I decided to go in store. Thanks Joe in photo dept. for helping me create (3) Perfect and most memorable Tapestry photo Collage blankets. Joe was Very patient and Has Great Customer Service!

Went to the kiosk at the photo department and the clerk Joe is the best. He went above and beyond his duty, what great customer service I experienced. Thank you Joe for being a very unforgettable clerk.

Had a great experience and always do at this Walgreens! We were especially grateful for the help from a pharmacy technician named Sufyaan A! He has great customer service skills and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get all our medications in a timely manner and reasonable prices. I highly recommend if you ever need help to ask for Sufyaan, he is wonderful!

I have only been here once but 2 separate employees were very rude when I asked for help. No need for that. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and things got better for them.

Drive through took us 40 minutes and it was only one car in front of us. The other line was moving quickly. Very unorganized

Covid testing here is a joke. Sat for 45 minutes to see 2 of the 4 cars ahead of me move before leaving.

Walgreens Photo worst for passport pictures, especially with Asif. ASIF is a very difficult person to handle, especially children!

A terrible experience with this Walgreens! I picked up the bottle of prescribed medicine yesterday and found a few pills stuck at the bottom of the bottle (one pill seemed melt there). Obviously, the quality is in question. I went there and asked for a change. I was refused by a no-brain pharmacist. She said because I sprayed the package with disinfectant. The bottle was closed, how could little spray got inside the pill? I had Ph.D in Physics and I know what I was doing would not cause pill damage.

They force you to go behind the counter where the employees work to go through the line even if theres no one else in the store. 🤷‍♂️

Worries place I ever went to get medication. I never go to Walgreens to pick up medication in a long time never seen a such a bad customer service

If I could give a no star rating I would, speciallye when it comes to the pharmacy. Took over a week for a prescription, spoke to 4 different people including the distribution people. All of which told me that the time frame would be the next day. Fast forward 9 days and finally someone told me it was on back order.Also asked if it was covered with my insurance, they looked into it and told me yes. When I asked the price when I found out it was on back order, go figure, it was the same price without insurance as the number I was told.They really should do something about the pharmacy. Ive heard so many local people say to never go there and now I realize why.

Well stocked and clean, but pharmacy is not staffed to handle volume of customers. There is always an extensive wait, but employees are always helpful!

I don’t mind the wait when it’s obviously busy and could understand the situation of being understaffed.What I do not find acceptable is having someone saying all my private information out loud when it’s busy. Good job your reading the label on the prescription. I could have done that myself.Any other normal pharmacy asks first “ do you have any question about your prescription.”To show common courtesy.

I went to this store to buy a product for my wife. The product on the shelf was shown as $29.99 when took it to the cashier she scanned it and the price was 49.99 after the cashier called the store manager and the manager said that it the price we go to Walgreens site and fined the product by the barcode and the price was $29.99 and the manager said well buy it online here it’s $49.99 at that point I asked why is she being so rude she said that she will call the police if I don’t leave. Really bad experience I’m attaching the picture off the product you can se it’s $29.99 but if you go to this store it will be $49.99 I ended up going to the store in Wheaton and the price was $29.99

Helpful staff and the pharmacy is open late

The employees are nice enough and the store is clean but the wait at the pharmacy is ridiculous. Last time I was there, they had my prescription for over 2 hours and I had to wait another 90 minutes and only then did I get my medication by complaining. It wasnt busy at all so I dont get what their problem is. Ive gone there several times and my wait time is always at least an hour

Staff at pharmacy was very helpful with getting answers from my insurance company.

The pharmacy sucks. I tried going through the drive thru because my foot was in pain. There was two cars and nothing happened for 5 minutes so I reversed and went inside. There was a gentleman helping out a lady and the pharmacist was finishing up the same cars at the drive thru. They never acknowledged me. Not even a, “We’ll be right with you.” When the pharmacist was done, she looked me right in the eye as she proceeded to walk to the back. I waited another 10 minutes and had no service so I ended up leaving and had to come back again later. Not to mention the day before I had to get other prescriptions and it seemed like they didn’t even know where they were. The girl took 10 minutes to come back with them.

I needed to get my child’s prescription filled because tomorrow they are closed for the Fourth of July and the drive thru was closed and my boyfriend went in 20 minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to fill the prescription. Thank you.

Dont get your immunizations here or if you do save all your records of it, because if you lose it the pharmacy is worthless. I needed records of my tdap that was just a year ago and they couldnt print them all they could print is a blurry picture where you cant read anything on the document and a sheet that says it was paid for but doesnt say it was administered. They couldnt print the actual paperwork I signed, only a screen shot of it. The pharmacist said he was going to write something for me, he took forever so I assumed he writing all the information but when he gave me the sheet it only said the date. I will never get immunizations or even shop at this Walgreens again, they are worthless and no help. I should be able to get my own medical records, especially when my chart reviewer said Walgreens has done it for everyone else they have seen if they say they cant they are lying and just dont want to do it.

Pharmacy is so inneficient! Poorly staffed, very slow service . Wether you are in the drive thru or in the store you can expect a long wait for your prescription . Only one person was in front of me, I waited 25 minutes before I was able to pick up my prescription and 1 of the prescriptions was not in stock and I’m supposed to wait 48 hours for it . Service should improve or they will be losing customers . This is the worst pharmacy I ever encountered!😠

Always a long wait. Friendly but ineffective to move people through the pharmacy in a timely manner. Im moving my scripts back to cvs....worth a few extra $$$

The staff are great, helpful and courteous especially Yunus and Maha. I went into Wagreens again today and Phyllis in the cosmetics department was extremely helpful and knows the true meaning of customer service. Thank you for employees like Phyllis.
