So I purchased a van from a used car dealer. It had trans issues. The dealer sent it to New Era. I absolutely dont know where to start with this place. They tell me the the car will be done on a Thursday I call Thursday they say Friday. I call Friday they say Saturday or Monday. He decided to not work on Saturday so they say Monday. I call Monday and its not ready so they say Tuesday first thing. I call Tuesday around 10 am its not done and wont be till 3 ish. I go to pick up car and its making a loud clunking sound when you start the car. Even worse when you drive down the road. I pull over and check out the sound only to find they did not tighten bolts to the subframe. I take it back and then have to pick up the next day. When I pick it up it is still making the sound. I take it to another mechanic they find a shovel wedged in between the subframe and the car frame. The new mechanic also finds the fog lamps disconnected and the engine mounts all lose. Dont take you cars here dont dont dont.

They are the most honest people you could have working on your car. I thought my car had a bad transmission, but it was just the drive shaft. They could have charged me the price of a trans, but they didnt. Good quality work done very fast. They were honest and they earned a lifetime customer. Gracias

You get what you pay for. They changed my transmission for $400, but forgot to the replace the filter (gave them a new one) and overfilled the transmission fluid. Not only that, but they used generic CVT fluid when we agreed on Honda fluid. All and all not the best shop and can defenitly find better.

I took My 2006 altima with the engine messed up and they provided me with a van so I could move around. They had the car ready by the time I needed it and I wasnt able to pay all the money so they worked with me!
