I had a 1999 Chevy venture. My dad and I took it to do a oil change. And in a couple of months my van engine was gone. We did not had the money to put a new engine so we had to junk it. That van been in the family since 2001. Now I have no car. The biggest mistake I made. I miss that van so much.

Walmart tires are a great value but once again the installation service was horrible.First of all a 9 am appointment shouldnt start at 9:40. Then at 10 you shouldnt be calling to tell me you dont want to install the rear tires. Supposedly there was rust on my rear chassis and they dont want to risk lifting it. Yet that didnt stop a mechanic from working on the car two weeks ago.I would have appreciated being told all of this by 9:15. I understand Walmart had a bunch of dumb safety rules that no normal tire shop or mechanic has. The mechanic that worked on my car 3 weeks ago never had any issues and he lifted the car to work on the rear tires/suspension.In the past Walmart has just refused to install tires. If the rims are off center or if they come up with some other dumb excuse. So keep in mind great prices and lousy service. Plenty of small shops willing to install your tires and no need to have Walmart install them.

Great service. Got there right when opened and had to wait a bit but they got my tire removed from old bent rim and put on new one balanced and mounted for me as well. Tore center and store was clean and they practiced proper social distancing and everyone had masks and gloves. Courteous employees all around!

Did not have the tools, I had to buy the tools for the employee to take the hub cap off. Then refused to take the wheel off to change the tire because I have off center rims which the dealership installed. Lazy auto department employees, terrible experience. Do not recommend!

Terrible terrible. The hours arent updated on the door says they open at 8, but they dont start getting people in till 930 almost 10. When they have more than 2 people waiting they tell you you need to come back the next day to make an appointment, as if it took a whole day to get two oil changes done. I also noticed the woman behind the counter not really listening to a woman who had a very thick accent. Management needs to look into this because it makes the whole company look bad.

Called them on Sunday morning for oil change and was told no appointment needed. Showed up at 4:30 and was told that they cleaned the lube area and only working on tires for rest of the evening (6PM)I get that people want to go home too but then the person on the phone earlier in the day shouldn’t have said that come in anytime. Waste of drive there.Asked for Manager and turned out the person behind the counter was the manager “Juan”Attitude for no reason. Will call corporate and file a formal complain.

Walmart guys ARRESTED me for 20 minutes!My appointment at the tire center was 11AM and I arrived on time. I was surprised to know at the check-in that I had no appointment. The store assistant Edna took about 20 minutes to setup appointment with a note that they do not find the tires but worry not, we will find it. I also informed the assistant that the rotary tire is installed and the damaged tire is in the trunk with the rim, I want them to dispose the tire.I waited for 2 hours and my name was called for payment. The register did not work at the tire-center desk, I have to go with the agent to electronics cash register. I paid for installation of two tires, disposal fees of two tires and road hazard warranty for the two tires.When I inspected the car, I found that they did not dispose the damaged tire which I have specifically informed and paid for the recycling.I saw the assistant of the auto desk and informed that I am leaving the tire there because I paid for its disposal. She went away without taking the tire.I took the tire out from trunk and placed it on the pile of the old tires. The guy name Christan came and move the same tire behind my car blocking way out for me. He demand that I must go inside and pay for the disposal of the tire. I showed him the receipt stating TIRE HAULER FEES [[email protected]]. He said that it is not tire disposal fees. you must pay 2.50 for it.He and another guy name Yusef came and started demanding the same as Christan was insisting. I do not blame Yusef much because that is usual reaction co-workers do. After all they work together whole day. Then came the auto-desk agent and advised that the Walmart guys are right, let-us go inside and charge the tire disposal fee for another tire.I asked her to read the invoice and the cash register receipt again, I certainly have paid for the applicable fees which is not listed as disposal fee but Tire Hauler fees. She finally got convinced and said you can go.I cant imagine that employees of Walmart will arrest me like this for their own ignorance on the charges.

Went there for two new front tires. They installed the hub cover on the rim incorrectly ended up losing one and you can tell the other one was about to fall off It was never lined up correctly they just smashed it on, they also didnt put the caps back on the stems either. When i asked them if theyre going to do anything about it they said theyd look at the cameras, which they never did, and they didnt do anything about it either. Theyre just changing tires . How can I trust to bring any cars back if they cant do simple things like that.

So, you make an appointment for the installation of new tires 3 days ahead of time, to make sure theyre in stock, then at the time of that appointment you dont have the tires, you knew it the day before, but you dont even bother to let the customer know? Now you say maybe today, but you dont know when and youre booked for the rest of the day......?

For the most part they do a good job the first time, but you might have to wait a while (1-3 hours)for the service to be completed. They are also difficult to reach over the phone. If they could fix the speed/communication over the phone I would give them a 5/5

Bought new tires at a different Walmart months ago. Since day one they were unbalanced. Took my truck to this Walmart a few months later. They were able to fix the unbalanced tires. Very satisfied .

I came to get an oil change at 2 p.m. The young lady said it would be 1 hour & 30 minutes. At 3:21, one of the guys said they were almost done. They finished my car and it sat outside until 4 p.m. There was no thank you for waiting, my apologies for letting your car sit. NOTHING. If I come back, Ill be there when it opens at 7 a.m.

They have two store fronts. And in a slow day they are barely staffed. Come with some time. I had my tire ordered online, still wait. You know how this employees disappear looking for your tire. Not a bad expierience byt definitely can be a better one.

Good luck trying to get someone to answer their phone. This places makes the DMV seem like Disneyland. I will never buy tires here again. I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire under the road hazard. 2 hour wait, the half-awake sleepy-eyed receptionist said. As I write this review, its been over 2 and 1/2 hours. I asked half an hour ago for my status on the repair/replacement of my tire. They said its up next. If you dont mind spending hours and hours waiting or if you have to do shopping, your taxes, and paint your house and you have hours to kill, bring your vehicle here to the bowels of hell called Wal-Mart auto center.

Went there for a battery change at around 12:40 pm and they where turning people away after I already heard them tell the only other person there it was only two people in front of them. Then I walked into the store to look for stuff and started to walk out only to see an other employee handing an other lady a ticket, telling her he was going to get her out of there as quick as possible then he tells me they are not taking any more people also.

Every single person working in this department deserves to be fired from the cashier to the clueless employees in the back. My tire almost fell off when I left this garage. Im contacting the attorney general this place should be shut down permanently. Im amazed at how little the managers care. I will never come back to this store again.

2 Hours for tires and they werent installed correctly. I went back and two hours later they broke all 4 sensors on my tires. Management doesnt care and even Wal-Marts corporate office forwarded me to an insurance company. They forgot to torque my tires and could of seriously injured someone. We will be switching all of our shopping to online services and Aldi from now on. If you value your time, respect and car then do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere.

The customer service sucks! I am standing there without any type of greeting. I had to speak and tell them what I needed mind you is was only the swapping out of a tire. He told me it would take 30 minutes. Suffice to say I have been waiting over 30 while he proceeds to assist other customers who have come in behind me never acknowledging us as we wait to apologize for the inconvenience. We had to ask him if he was the only one working he was like I think so. My husband had to ask until what time and he said until 10 I think. What a horrible inconsiderate experience...oh and it is now over an hour while he continues to assist others. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!

The day before Thanksgiving I had a flat tire & my Kia doesnt come with a spare 😞, so I used the fix a flat type of product that came with the car. Firestone said they cant fix the flat anymore since the product is flammable & that I need new tires. The dealership said the same. NTB said they can fix it but they were extremely busy & if I left the car they can fix it, which wasnt an option for me. Anyways, the following Saturday Walmart booked me for the only available appointment, cleaned the fix a flat material & patched it for $10!!! I asked about buying a spare vs a full tire + rim & they gave me good offer! Im so thankful that I didnt have to buy a new tire right away with all the expenses that I just had to pay for. Chris was very pleasant & very helpful.

So apparently at Walmart it isnt their problem that a car gets a flat tire and arrives at the Auto Center 2 hours before they close but everyone is scheduled to get off at 5, one hour early. Nope, because their technician said he never said that. Nope, because it isnt their responsibility to take care of my kids when if everyone had been scheduled properly there would have been plenty of time. Nope, because even though Abraham and Tony said to me, Justin, Hannah and Matt the tow truck driver that there were 2 technicians only scheduled until 5 by Juan the Auto Center manager, the schedule and Abraham told Bill Savage, Market Manager for that area, that there was only 1 tech scheduled til 6 and he had to leave early. So I guess its my problem that they arent competent to schedule enough employees to cover operating hours. I guess its my problem that before even finding out the issue, Abraham told 2 minors it was not his problem. I guess its my problem that Walmart believes their CALLED OUT ON IT BY ME AND NOT DENYING IT lying employees and puts the blame on customers. And above all, as BILL SAVAGE told me, its NOT HIS OR WALMARTS problem that I had 2 kids stranded 150 miles from home.

WORST THING EVER HAPPENED!! No experienced mechanics and i went there for a engine oil change and fuel system cleaning. After sometime they mentioned they cannot do fuel system cleaning. I went to walmart yesterday and was told that they would be able to see me so i drove there with a flat tire to get it fixed less than 5 min away. I get there and am told that they cant tale my car the girl up front was so ride and had a smirk the whole time. Go there again today and am told the same thing until I asked to speak to a manager (manager and crew member had the worst customer service) then the girl goes in the back and starts screaming at the people working on cars and arguing back and forth for a few minutes. This caused the WHOLE LINE OF CUSTOMERS TO WALK OUT OUTRAGED. We are then told that it will be 30 MINUTES for our car. We go talk to the assistant manager expecting something to get done she seemed like she cared but didnt offer any resolution. We then go shopping and come back an hour later and have to waot OVER AN HOUR MORE AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR. There was a worker sitting in the customer area for about 10 minutes doing nothing. We saw multiple people smoking cigaretttes. What is the issue? You guys lost a lot of money today and I can promise your auto center will not ever recieve my business again. Please get this together. This is a JOKE. I would like to speak to someone from corporate or the general manager of this location. Some reimbursement should be given for this experience. I cannot believe we were treated this way and it had to go this far. Absoltutely ridiculous.

I dont know who trains this department in service and/or efficiency, but I recommend saving yourself some time and take your car somewhere else.Went in to just get a tire rotation. Typically this would take an average person 15 minutes to do in their garage, but I didnt have one available.I came in, stood at the counter for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence, even as several employees went back and forth from the counter to the shop. No, Ill be right with you, or Sorry, Itll be a few minutes. Just straight up ignored for 20 minutes. The line was backing up, and people were starting to get frustrated as they would come to the desk to answer the phone about someone calling about batteries, then go back to the shop. One person in line says he has been waiting for 3 hours for his service to be complete, and said the money he saved on tires wasnt worth the wait. I should have walked out at that point.Finally, someone sat at the computer and decided to help me. He said it would take about 30 minutes to do a tire rotation since theres only one car ahead of me, so I said ok. That fits perfectly into my lunch break.2 hours later.. my car is just getting driven into the bay.Another hour waiting.. This shouldnt take this long to just remove 4 wheels and put on 4 wheels. Im not asking them to mount or balance tires, just rotate the tires.30 minutes later, I see that my truck still doesnt have wheels on it, so I tell the service writer that the wait has been very long for such a simple job that was quoted at 30 minutes, and I need to get back to work. He apologizes and says that some of the techs took a lunch. For 3 hours?! So I decided to take an Uber back to work and come back later in the day, because the wait was getting ridiculous for such a quick job.I come back 4 hours later, and again, Im standing at the front desk for almost half an hour before anyone even acknowledges that Im there, even though the techs are constantly in/out of the shop passing by me. The line gets to be 5 people deep before anyone even comes up to the service desk to address the customers.I highly recommend taking your oil/tire business ANYWHERE else but here. I havent had this kind of wait or frustration at any other shop.

Ordered tires online. Your order should be ready at 8:00 am Go to store at 8:08-Go to the other dept for your tires. Head over to Auto dept. Ask guy how long for install and he says 1hr 30 mins. I decline and say I will take tires with me. Goes to computer Your order isnt processed. I ask What does that mean, They are supposed to be ready He Replies That means that someone is not doing their job Finally he calls a manager.Manager comes up and helps other person instead of me. While I am waiting 7 more people come into the auto section. 30 mins go by. Manager walks back by and I ask her What is going on with my order She says I am working on it now. Then a guy is getting checked out and the printer stops working on the register. So they call another manager who opens/closes/smacks/and grunts at the printer to no avail. I talk to her about my order and she says You should pick that up at the front, you are in the wrong place I was like Nope nope nope I was told to come here She checks with the other manager working on my order and they say We will be right with you sir.Time:8:53. Finally they come to me and try to check me out on the broken register. I tell her that it is broken and she says No it is fine. After a minute of smacking/cursing/and reprimanding the printer she says Awwww the printer is broken. She takes me to another register and the register says SYSTEM ERROR while she is talking to another associate about awesome slippers that she found. Finally order goes through. She walks me back to auto and says You are all set (Still no tires) I say Where are my tires? She goes in the back and walks right out with 2 tires and I am finally on my way.Total time 58 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready at 8 am. Of course I was late to work. Lesson of the day-Never expect to get out of Walmart in less than an hour and expect to be disappointed

I usually go to mom and pop places. I was short on cash so I figured Id give Wal-Mart a try. This place just saved me a few hundred bucks based on the 4-5 other quotes I received for the same tires. Their installation fees are more than reasonable - especially the option for free balance and rotate for the life of the tires. The taller gentleman with the shaved head at the counter was knowledgeable, had a good attitude and was happy to help me despite me being there the minute they opened. The individuals working behind the scenes that I did not interact with did high quality work in less time than was advertised. While I have moral objections to shopping at Wal-Mart - the professionals working at THIS store on the morning of April 29, 2016 exceeded my expectations and were polite doing it. Im the owner of the white GMC Sierra if any corporate staff is reading this review.

Bought two tires online, they had a requirement to change it also at their auto center, after the tire change I took the car, the break sensor light came on, I went back to them which they flatly denied any wrong doing.. went to another local auto shop, they found out during wheel installation, they broke the break sensor socket causing the break sensor not working, had to pay repair cost. Not going back to them again.
