Excellent customer service 👏I found what I needed a little cheaper somewhere else but it wasnt worth the risk compared to the Unlimited warranty. I have bought from unlimited for 2 years now, and I am very pleased with the professional service and knowledge.

They have attitude .and will give you different price on phone.

They sold me a bad battery with ninety days warranty on it. I went back to them within a week they told me that battery needed charge. So, I asked them to charge it and they asked me for more money even though it was under warranty. The lady and another man were extremely rude, I will not recommend anyone to do business with these people.

Amazing service. I reached out and contacted them and they were willing to help me on a day when technically the store was closed. It was a Sunday. I needed a battery and I decided to try my luck and reach out. Timely response and met with me even though I had no hope of getting in touch since like I said it was a day they were closed. Great battery as well.

These guys do a good job. They have lots of NI-CAD batteries for computer UPS systems and also emergency lighting systems. They have always done great for me.

Our shop buys a lot of used batteries from this place for many years, but lately they havent been lasting very long AND they have been giving us problems with warranty exchange. The last battery we bought was repaired with melted plastic which fell off, and now theres a hole in the battery. She told me they dont sell batteries that way which is a lie. VERY unprofessional to yell at a customer while shamefully not honoring the warranty. I wont be buying from them again if they dont do whats right.

This place is just a scam, they quote prices over the phone and charge you more when you get there. You can’t trust them. Beware!

Stay away!!! I tried taking 82lb batteries (25 of them) and they tried paying me 40lb per battery instead of 82. They will rob you if you try and sell them old batteries.
