My car was ready within 2 days, and Bill kept in communication every step of the way! Fastest car repair of my LIFE.
I always go to this location for my auto body needs and Dan never disappoints. In fact I request him as my advisor. He works hard to make things seamless with my insurance, understandable to a layman, timely and done right- the first time. Thanks Dan and team!!
UPDATE! THEY TORE MY VEHICLE APART WHEN IT WASNT NECESSARY TO DO. MY CAR WAS DRIVABLE UNTIL IT GOT TO THIS PLACE. MY DOOR WAS THE ISSUE THAT I WANTED FIXED BUT NOPE THEY DECIDED MY FRONT END AND OTHER ITEMS THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PASSENGER DOOR WAS TO BE DISASSEMBLED. SO THE OTHER PARTIES INSURANCE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DOOR THAT THEY ALSO DAMAGED FURTHER AND MY CAR WAS DECLARED A TOTAL LOSS
Listen - the owner clearly responds to these Google reviews in attempt to perform some level of damage control, and Im sure hell give some seemingly rational we are deeply sorry for your negative experience with our location, but you must understand things A B and C reply, leaving you scratching your chin, wondering whos the true offender here.Let me tell you a few things about this place things that are not opinions but 100% factual.1. Unnecessary repairs were done on my vehicle in order to charge my insurance company a higher dollar amount.2. The work that was actually needed to be completed was not completed.3. Upon taking my car back to have it rectified, they would not even investigate it because it was too tedious and a lot of work.4. My paint job was not done correctly.5. The manager and the mechanic took my car for a ride to see if they could replicate the problem. During this time period, they unplugged/erased the footage on my dashcam.6. When I got my car back after the ride, it was knocked out of alignment and actually worse than it previously was.7. They agreed with me that there was a problem, however, they tried to say it was wear and tear and tried to pitch this to my insurance company as well.8. I took my car to the dealership to have everything handled. My insurance company opened an investigation and the dealership assisted. They found that the issue was indeed from the collision and not wear and tear. My insurance company covered everything. But you know what the crappiest thing was about how Autonation handled this matter? When their regional manager called me to question me about my experience, they asked me why their shop completed so much unnecessary work (as if I had lied and made them do it?), and they also said oh so you had your car throughout the recent snow storm and now theres a problem?, again trying to pin everything on me.Unprofessional and absolute liars. If they werent, my insurance company wouldnt have discovered the truth and paid for my additional repairs.So. Theyll charge for extra work but wont even perform the necessary work. Then theyll blame it on you. Undebatable. Not an opinion. Absolute fact.If you value your time and your car, dont go here.
AutoNation is my go-to with any collision repairs. Unfortunately, I have had to take my past car and current car there, but its always a positive experience. Everything always comes out in excellent shape. Ive always been very pleased. Dan is great! Hes professional yet friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend them!
I was totally satisfied with the entire accident damage repair done. Right from the initial contact with Chris at the AutoNation Collision office in the Frisco Ford Dealership to the continuous contact by Dan and staff at the repair facility. Seamless and timely. Greatly appreciated their interaction with my insurance company, Farmers. All I had to do was contact Farmers to inform them I was taking to AutoNation Collision Repair, drop off and pick up.DoneThanks to all
Excellent experience. In order to minimize the amount of time my car was in the shop parts were pre-ordered. And the job was done when it was projected to be done something rarely experienced in my use of body repair shops. It was a quality repair as well.
My BMW was taken here after an accident that required major work. They work directly with the dealership closest to me, and I didnt really have any other options as to where it was taken. Ive had work done by a third-party collision center that worked with Baron BMW in Kansas City, and I had an incredibly positive experience, so I assumed most BMW dealerships were the same. Wish I were right about that.My car was in the shop for about a month, and I was ok with the length of time that it was gone. There was quite a bit of damage, so I knew it would be gone awhile, but there was very little communication with me from the beginning. I began receiving (automated) emails about two weeks before it was ready, so that was progress. They were always available when I called and did begin to call more frequently right before it was finished, so I appreciate that effort eventually. The problems started when I went to pick up my car. They, I had assumed, towed it back to my dealership, about 10 miles from where AutoNation is located. When I picked it up, everything seemed to be in order, but as soon as I turned the car on, I saw that my gas tank was completely empty. My driving range was 2 miles, which quickly dropped to 0 miles about 15 seconds into trying to drive off the lot, and I had to pull into a parking spot on the other side of my dealership because I knew I wouldnt make it to a gas station. I let them know, and they were able to find a gas can from the dealership and filled up my tank for me. Not the most ideal fix to a situation that shouldnt have been an issue in the first place, but at least they jumped on it and did something about it.It wasnt until I got my car home that I realized they hadnt even finished the job. There were two lug nuts missing on the wheel they were primarily (if not only) working on, as well as the decorative BMW wheel cap. Not only were the lug nuts missing, but they had even made a note that they were missing ON THE WHEEL. Im assuming that was a note for the repairmen in the shop, but now Im wondering if it was just a warning for me and I was expected to fix it myself.I have no idea who was responsible for making sure my car was really ready to go, but they clearly were not paying attention. I will never have my car taken here again. This is just one issue that I can see, I only hope that the rest of my car is safe to drive and I dont experience any other issues in the future due to this repair. I would have let them keep my car for another month if it meant that they had paid closer attention before sending it back to me.
Repairs were completed a week ahead of schedule and body work looks very good.
After my Highlander was rear ended, farmers insurance gave me four options of shops I randomly choose AutoNation since it was close to my home...I meet Trevor who did initial assessment and his explanation were thorough....in between update were precise... and work done eventually was so Great....my car come out newer..Thanks guys for such great job..
I just got my Jeep back from them for some minor fender and paint repair. I had dropped it off at their location Monday morning. Yesterday (Tuesday) evening, I received a text saying my Jeep was ready for pickup. Thought it was going to take a few more days, but they got it done *very* quickly. Absolutely amazing! And the detail work was excellent; cant even tell where a dent and scratches were.Special thanks to Jose Linan at AutoNation for his professional handling and estimates.
Autonation worked seamlessly with my insurer to repair my car quickly in under a week! They took good care of me and my car.
Dan was great throughout the entire experience! He made it stress free from start to finish. And my Jeep looks good as new!
I am very appreciative for all the help AutoNation-Addison has provided me with. Thank you team for answering my questions, providing me with fast responses, quick return calls, thorough explanations, and especially your patience. As a first time victim of an accident, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect about the process. You gave me a smooth, easy, and high quality experience. You treated me as a friend more than just a customer. I am beyond appreciative for your service. Thank you so much, Dan. You really excel in setting a good example for what professionalism stands for. Thank you for working with me on the many times I had to change an appointment due to my inflexible work schedule. Thank you kind secretary for quickly returning & answering my phone calls the many times I called to pester you all with questions! Your patience is outstanding. I recommend this business to everyone, including my family members & friends. I am not only pleased, I am impressed with your service.
They repaired my vehicle after an accident. Great service and excellent communication.
We waited 25 days for approval of a new truck paint defect repair. Lack of follow up from this point on. The advisors don’t take customers time serious. I have to contact the General manager and service manager 4 times to get something done. The parts to replace the tail gate felt off the first 2 minutes of operating the truck. The advisor blame Ford poor quality instead of finding another way to fix. Finally I made a few suggestions and the advisor move forward with the idea....definitely not a good experience.
I was in a collision and they fixed my car 10 days sooner than predicted.
This is the third time I have used them. They have good follow-up, good prices and service has been quick.
Dan was fantastic through out my repair. No one ever wants or plans on going to a collision shop, but Dan and his team did a fantastic job of explaining the process and keeping me informed every step of the way. I hope that I never need to use them again, but if I do I will definitely contact Dan at autonation.
Friendly efficient effective
I just wanted to say they are awesome. They kept me up to date with the entire process of my car being with them. If it wasn’t email updates it was phone calls updating me as the work was being done. They were very professional and i would recommend them to anyone!
I am so happy and satisfied with the service I received from AutoNation collision. I had originally agreed to go through another collision center but was less than impressed with the initial contact I had with them. I am was also happy to know they are BMW Certified. I just picked up my vehicle this evening but felt like I needed to leave a review because the communication was great throughout the process, my car was delivered prior to the date given and from what I can tell so far looks amazing. I highly recommend them and Cody.
Quoted at 5 days, done early and to specifications. Great group to work with for body work.
They did an amazing job on my car after my accident. Alex was especially helpful throughout the process and called to give me daily updates with the progress of the repairs and let me know exactly what had been done and what was left to do. He was so friendly and had great customer service. I really appreciate these guys!! Hopefully I don’t get in another accident, but if I do I’m bringing my car here. Thanks again Alex!
Great customer service and very accommodating to their customers! I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle at all times. I had my car returned to me in a few short days and it looked good as new!
My dad had his car towed here after an accident. Although he didnt end up fixing his car there, the people were extraordinarily nice. I cant speak to their repair abilities, but their customer service and kindness get 5 stars. Thank you, AutoNation Collision Center.
This shop did a wonder job on repairing my car. They have great customer service and pay attention to your needs. I didnt need a lot of paperwork when trying to get my car into the shop. Theres an Enterprise car rental in the same location so it was extremely easy to get another vehicle while mine was being repaired. My repairs were completed within the time they estimated. They also work well with the adjusters to get all of the needed repairs done, even if they request more items need to be repaired. I had a great experience with them and will certainly be using their services again.
To so long I had to go without a vehicle with no rental, unless I wanted to pay for it.
After wreckimg my BMW, Dan and his team got my car saved from being totalled and fixed my car in 8 days which is pretty amazing considering the damage. I was treated with respect throughout the proccess, and received constant updates on my car. I truly beleive they went above and beyond for me, i cannot say enough good things about them.
Jason is worst manager over there. He is unprofessional and not helpful at all.He played a game between us and Insurance people.I will never recommend anyone here
Its a good place to get repair of your damaged car either in an accident, collision or natural calamities like hail etc. This place has a tie-up with enterprise-rent-a-car, so that customer can drop their car and can pick a rental car and can relieve there itself. The service offered here is appreciated.
I took my SUV in to be repaired and the service was top notch. Dan and Scott were friendly, quick, and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommended!
Very smooth repair and I was kept informed at all stages. Good experience and Ive used body shops over 10 times
The people at AutoNation are experienced and always communicate exactly what is happening on my car both by phone and email. Excellent workmanship.
My car was damaged getting an oil change and I went here to get it fixed. Cody was very friendly and professional from the estimate to dealing with the insurance people on my behalf. My car looks great and the rental place around the corner picked up the car for me so I didnt even have to drop it off! Id go here again if something happened in the future.
My experience having my car repaired here was completely painless. From the very beginning Scott communicated every step of the way and when I got my car back, you couldnt tell it was wrecked at all. I would recommend NOT being in a wreck, but if you are....take your car to these guys. They do great work!
Very positive experience. Chris was so helpful. Work was done quickly. Thanks.
The assistance I received at Auto Nation was outstanding! I received updates on the progress and there was open communication via email and phone calls. Hopefully, I will not have to use Auto Nation again soon, but if I do, I know it will be a stressfree process. (Thank you Carolina for answering all of my questions and emails!)
I was in an front- end accident late month of June. Minor damages but certainly an eye sore. I drive a 2011 Toyota Camry. I was referred to AutoNation Collision in Addison. I have State Farm Insurance and already had an estimate from a previous dealership. I finally took my vehicle in July 20th. I too worked with MATT GRACE and he was WONDERFUL! He took customer service to the next level! He examined the car and did another estimate which showed more damage then what was quoted. Matt gave me a reasonable time (2 weeks) that I would get my vehicle back if the parts were not late. I got my car back the next week, and it looks brand new! The staff is very friendly and Helpful. Thank you Matt Grace and Thank You Auto Nation!
AutoNation service was excellent. They scheduled my appointment and were there waiting for me. The representative was courteous and professional. They provided updates via email throughout the whole process. I will recommend AutoNation collision to my friends and work colleagues.
Same-day service, professional staff, exceptional timeliness. Working with insurance and AutoNation took away all of the negative aftermath that comes with a vehicle collision. I would recommend this company to my closest friends and family.
Excellent company. Gregg and his team have taken great care of my car, and I was very well treated the entire time. I had a work warranty issue on my wheels and they immediately took responsibility and took care of it to my satisfaction. Sometimes things come up no matter who you choose to do your work, but not every company is as willing to help and go the extra mile like these guys. I would definitely use them again.
Great job!
Body work was great but gave me back my Explorer with extreme torque steer issue that made vehicle dangerous to drive. Shows lake of Quality control. QA inspection should catch things that could cause safety issues
This review is for the now gone, shop in Lewisville. It was not very good. I expect 5 stars-work when it comes down to body and paint for my cars. That was not delivered.
They did a fantastic job repairing my 2016 Mustang. Best paint and body work Ive ever seen. Impressive office and shop, too.
Jack did a great job on my BMW 320 repair. He kept me updated with timelines for completion of repairs. When I received my car it looked new again. They even did a detail of the interior. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did and the communication through out the process.
I had my car repaired here after a collision. I had to take it back multiple times and “teach” how the repairs should look. There is zero quality check - side camera wasn’t working, speaker not plugged, door guards installed over the door seals etc...The manager was apologetic and my repairs were finally completed to the correct standard after taking it back several time. I also got a nail in my tire while my car was being repaired so my flat tire light came on upon leaving.
Dan is awesome here. Keeps you updated on everything that is going on with your repairs. I would definitely use them again.
They are the Best Fernando do great job always I take my car twice here and amaizing....
My car got a good wash after it was worked on. I appreciate that
I dont understand all the negative reviews at all. We have taken all of our cars here for over 10 years and NEVER had any problems whatsoever. This time our service rep was Kevin and he was very professional. I never even had to call them for any updates because he would call and give regular updates. We even got text messages giving the status of the repair as it went along! Our car was fixed in a very short time - just a few days. The manager Gregg was awesome and so very nice, respectful and you could tell he ran a tight, but fair ship, by the way he talks to his employees - just very nice! We have had about 15 cars over the years, including company cars, and just have never had a problem - not once! I would highly recommend this collision center.
Service was quick for what they had to do, and all the repairs on the car were done flawlessly. There are no tell tale signs that the car was rear ended at all. Would recommend over LOTS of body shops.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I really appreciate Dan and Julio for helping me with a repair fast and efficiently.
Took my car in for some minor work and they were able to handle it on the spot. Excellent workmanship and customer service! Far exceeded my expectations!
I was pretty skeptical about going to this Autonation location because of all of the bad reviews, but Dan was very professional and responded to every one of my emails right away. My car was hit the day after I bought it and they have restored it to the way it looked when it was new. Quality of work is good and they finished ahead of schedule.
I picked up my car after the body damage was repaired. The car looked fine, so the job was good visually. As soon as I sat in the car and turned the AC on MAX to cool it off (as I always do). The most horrific sound was made. I was still in the parking space at AutoNation and had not moved the car one inch. At first I thought maybe it was background noise of the wrecker parked nearby or something else. NO, my air conditioner sounds like a boat motor and hardly any air comes from the side of the car that was hit (drivers side). I immediately informed the receptionist and she let the advisor know about the incident. I ask him to sit in the drivers seat so that he may hear the noise and all I was greeted with was we didnt touch the air conditioner and maybe your settings are off or a vent is closed. No one said that the AC itself was worked on, but the hood had to be repaired because it was bent and peeled away and there were lights that had to be replaced on the drivers side. Mind you, I just had an extensive $4000 service and repair at the dealership two weeks prior. I was left paying a diagnostic at the dealership to be told there is debris causing the loud noise. The engine/dashboard must be taken apart to figure it out exactly and the repair is $450! Body shops are notorious for causing damage/not putting your vehicle together properly and then throwing up their hands as if to say theres no way they didnt do something properly. My insurance company paid them more than $7600 to repair my car (BMW 5Series) and this is unacceptable work and Ill never take any other cars there and recommend no one else does the same. USAA is no better assisting with getting the car put back in working order for a claim that was the other drivers fault (hitting my parked car).
AutoNation Collison did a good job on my repair work. They were a little slow in getting the claim processed through my insurance company and scheduling the work. Overall, I am very pleased with the repairs.
Great service!! Scott was AMAZING!! I was constantly updated on the progress of my repairs and my car was ready when they said it would be.
REVISION: Unfortunately, despite excellent customer service Im now finding several errors from a different mechanic only 3 days later...hoping bankston will correct asap.If you are ever in an accident, I HIGHLY recommend Bankston Collision. Dan was absolutely amazing throughout the ordeal of getting my car fixed. He returned calls quickly and kept me updated. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!
Outstanding!!! Beautiful workmanship, Professional Service, and timely repair. Again outstanding representation of USAA by Mr Dan Haefs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Kevin was helpful and easy to work with and is the only reason its 2 stars and not 1. However the quality of work was terrible. I got a new front bumper. Which when returned to me didnt align with the hood and the paint finish was like someone had gone over it with sandpaper. They took it back and replaced the hood completely and were supposed to polish the swirl marks out. When I get it back there are still tons of swirl marks. Either their paint shop is the worst ever or their detail guys use filthy rags to clean it. Either way a brand new body panel with brand new paint should be flawless. Would never recommend this place. Ever.
This location took real good care of me and when I had a question there always gave me a good answer and finished my car and did a real good fix in it, I would recommend this place to anyone.
After being VERY frustrated by my insurance company, who dragged me to Plano for an assessment (I live in Carrollton), the adjuster mentioned Auto Nation Collision in Addison, much closer to my home. I drove over, and it was the most pleasant experience I had all day. Here ya go, fill this out, WELL take care of it. Terry and Matt were extremely helpful, and put me at ease in an otherwise infuriating claims process. They got my car in, I was able to obtain a rental from Enterprise on site (Sebastian with Enterprise is fantastic, too), and FINALLY I can stop worrying about this repair. Thank you!
Certified BMW service and body work. Great people in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for BMW body work and any other vehicle you might own.
I went to the Collision Center at remote BMW and heard talk of getting pay cut and unhappy employees. They have a survey that cuts their pay. My car came back with problems and I am very disappointed. Maybe if they would pay them what they are worth, they would be better at their job or hire better body shop techs. You are as good as you pay them. AutoNation is getting so greedy. As our country is.
Cody was great! The service was excellent and my car was ready on time.
Great service. Very fast and helpful with repairs and getting a rental car for me.
What a great experience. Please come here! I had an incident with some apartment poles recently that left my front fender and rear passenger door deeply scratched and folded. USAA, my insurance, recommended them first and as someone who is not knowledgeable about cars, I took their advice. AutoNation provided me a quick estimate and point man in Dan, the wonderful man who alongside standard issue email updates, would personally email and call me describing each stage of repair and ensuring all paperwork was understandable to me by showing me exactly what would be replaced, what would be painted, etc. The receptionists were wonderful and efficient. and the Enterprise agents were so fabulous. I would recommend this location to everyone that values customer service and quality care for their vehicle. thank you autonation, for making a scary experience a smooth, timely operation!
My experience here was the worst Ive ever experienced. If you are looking for a collision center or body shop that will be helpful, resourceful or guide you in the right direction this is NOT the place to go. The moment I arrived the receptionist was not welcoming. She simply asked what I wanted and flowed with insurance or not. I let that go maybe shes having a bad day. Then Ian arrived. He seemed to be in high spirits but the moment we got outside to look at my car he simply said, Oh wow, thats 8,000 dollars. He didnt walk around my car to see the full amount of hail damage. He didnt take around back to actually give me a complete diagnostic or anything. I asked if I could simply have the hood replaced. Without hesitation, it was no we dont do partials here at Automation. No its and or buts and directed me to another shop. He didnt try to help me or explain why or give me other options. Despite me having talked to another colleague of his at another location, that said they could and gave me an exact price. I had high hopes to take my business to a reputable or so I thought auto repair place. But this Automation. Failed miserably. I will make sure to review them on every site and guide people NOT to come to this location or any AutoNation center. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
They were really nice and helpful. Had my car finished in a every reasonable time frame.
They argued with the insurance company for two weeks, trying to raise the amount of the repairs. During this time, the representative chosen to help us, K., went to training for a number of days while he was supposed to be working on our case. No other rep took over the handling of our case. We only received communication after leaving multiple messages for the rep via email and phone. He felt that updating us once every week and a half was more than sufficient.During the time that our car was in their shop, there was a hailstorm, and our car was damaged again. I know that, as he insisted, theyre not in control of the weather, but a call notifying us of the damage so I could file a separate claim would have been nice. He didnt even see the hail damage (because he wasnt paying attention to detail) or tried to pass the vehicle off to us at handover without mentioning it. He argued with my husband in the parking lot for about a half an hour about whether or not they should have called us.There were smudges of compound remaining on the car, and the gas tank shield was not properly placed. Shoddy service, shoddy everything, and an argument and hail damage during the time my vehicle should have been in my garage to boot. They didnt even bother to wash the car for us. This all sounds like tiny petty stuff but it added up real quick.I wont go back to them if at all possible, and I recommend that anybody else who wants their car to be repaired be prepared to hound their rep and carefully inspect the vehicle afterwards, and prepare to rent a car for two weeks while they try to get more money out of your insurance company. He actually had the gall to say we should remember when reviewing their customer service survey that they gave us the car back a day early. In actuality, it was ready the day *before* that but the rep neglected to call us until after it was too late to pick up the car. As for the actual repairs...who knows. Time will tell.
They go above and beyond. Their work is quality. When they car was done, they pulled it to the front, left the ac on and helped me get all of my stuff into my car. There was always someone right there with me.
Great customer service!! Very helpful with all my questions and concerns.
Took my car in for a panel alignment and the work was done quickly; I had my car back the next morning. However, the alignment still wasnt perfect which is why I left 4 stars. Thanks
I was blown away by the level of communication and service. I highly recommend.
I recently had my car serviced at AutoNation Honda from a minor fender-bender right before Thanksgiving. They helped me get everything set up including my rental car, called me several times to keep me updated on the progress of the repair and anything they had found in addition to the original claim. Would highly recommend them and use them again.
Alex Burgos (Asst. Collision Center Mgr) was excellent. The repair to my BMW X1 was completed very well and they exceeded my expectations.
Very good customer service.
Car looks great, done in the time quoted, and for the price quoted. Dan was helpful through the entire process.
Excellent Customer Service, Completed the repairs in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience.
My car was smashed badly on the rear side, it required work with many minute details. Great job in very timely and professional manner by AutoNation brought me confidence of driving the same car.
The job on my bmw was real good but customer service sucks had my bmw for 54 days and was barely keep inform on what was going on even when I called was barely getting call back was keep in the dark the whole process
They did an awesome job repairing my car after the hail storm. I loved that I could receive updates about my car via email.
Cody Mashburn is the absolute best in terms of professionalism ( ie. keeping me updated throughout the process, working with my insurance claims representative, honoring the timeframe he gave me even when my insurance company didnt make things easy, and making sure that all went well with my loan car with Enterprise). Additionally, my car has never looked so clean! Cody made sure to do a thorough wash and vacuum. I never felt that he was talking out both sides of his mouth... when he spoke about my car, I knew he had actually laid eye on it before filling me in on any details. Cody deserves a raise and a promotion!
Fast, great quality workmanship and great at keeping me informed
As we all know, having to take your car in to get it fixed can be a huge hassle and very stressful. autonation exceeded my expectations and made the entire process painless. i worked with dan and he was a great communicator, honest, and efficient. i will use them for anything in the future... thank you autonation!
Excellent work and communicative throughout every step of waiting on my favorite car to be repaired. Thanks!
Best collision center in town. Our BMW has been there twice and and back looking brand new both times.
Very good this time . Not so good in the past. There seemed to be all new people in the service dept.
Good body shop. Does good work
Dan From AutoNation is a piece of garbage, worst customer service, my wife felt extremely uncomfortable after he stared her up and down. Weird guy, gives the company AutoNation a bad Rep.
Stay away from this body shop if you plan on needing you car back quickly. My car was towed here in December 2016 after a front end wreck. We asked to have it towed to BMW In Plano however the tow guy suggested BMW Dallas (Autonation dealer) because he had a good relationship with this dealer (probably gets paid for each car they take in). The initial call was quick to let us know that they had received the car.We didnt get any weekly updates or anything so I called about a month later and nothing was done to it yet. They made up an excuse about someone quitting and someone else had to take over the job (so I gave them the benefit of the doubt). They were dealing with my fiancé since she was the one that got hit driving it. I called Robert and of course he doesnt answer so I left a message. He eventually did call me back and said he would give me weekly updates via text/email so I provided him my information. Of course he didnt give me any updates throughout the process. We would call every few weeks and leave him multiple messages each time until he would call back to give us an update. We eventually had to call and speak to his manager Richard to get updates, he would at least try to get us answers.Come March we finally got promised a date of middle of March. Well, as you expect there were problems so had to be pushed back and back until April. We told him we would arrive around 830-9 to pick up the car. And of course another delay because Robert could not balance the books on the project (which I was told he had been working on it for 2 days). Shouldnt this be done each time they received any payments from insurance companies??I sat there for about an hour and a half waiting because I cant get my car back until everything is balanced. I finally got fed up and asked to speak with Richard. He was a bit more understanding and allowed for me to take my car. Finally home free.Maybe we should have hounded them from the get go about it and keep calling for updates. Who know maybe it would have been completed earlier. All I know is if something wasnt fixed correctly I will not be bringing it back to them. Horrible doesnt even explain their customer service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST and DONT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO BMW DALLAS.And NO I do not want to speak with the GM theres nothing to fix about this issue except maybe training your employees better.
The service is not that bad but is not the best. It took 2 weeks to fix a simple scratch. They ordered a part from de dealer ship but it was from ebay.
They were very efficient and did an amazing job. Thank you guys!
Moved to TX after living in the desert Southwest for a few years. My new BMW had significant sand damage to the paint, headlights, windshield, and rear view mirrors. My insurance company, USAA, worked directly through AutoNation and the car was repaired to new finish. The quality of work was first rate. Unfortunately, I the repair had a few days delay due to incorrect replacement parts being ordered. This added delay exceeded the time USAA would pay for a rental car, so AutoNation footed the rental bill beyond what my insurance company would support. If not for the parts confusion causing delays, I would have given 5 stars.
Lack of communication, no rush to get your car back to you, and on top of that, they are overpriced. Brought my car to the shop on a Wednesday needing the front bumper replaced, got it back 2 1/2 weeks later. Jack pushed and pushed me to make a decision how I was moving forward, I gave him that decision, he said I would have it back a week later, then I followed up and a week later the parts hadnt even arrived. Avoid this collision center.
Great service and repair! My car looks like new and my service agent kept me well-informed along the way. I gave four and not five stars because I had a TPS light on that I requested be evaluated. I was told that there were no issues and the TPS light was reset. Upon picking up the car, the first thing that happened after starting the car was the TPS light came on. [smh!]. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair work.
Be sure to work with Dan. Love him!
