Awesome service great people work there!

Took a watch in there to be repaired and they broke it worse then it was. When I pointed out their shoddy work they tried to gaslight me and lie and say it was like that when I brought it in.

Very pleased with everyone that helped me very nice people I bought my wife a mothers ring for Christmas it was a little small and my wife insisted on putting it on and last night at 1:00am she woke me up I ended up having to cut it off so brought it back today on Saturday about 11:00 to see if they could repair it they said yes the lady called me at 2:00 and said it would be done about 4:00 I am so greatfull that they repaired so fast .I will definitely be a repeat customer thank you Gem Jewelers.
