Salesman that was dealt with was a nice guy but I didnt meet anyone other than to introduce myself and then introduce themselves got a piece of equipment and left.

I had taken a chainsaw in on monday and the service people were professional and knowledgeable, I explained to them I was leaving for out of town work and I was taking the saw with me. They took it upon themselves to get it out by Friday. They did great work and I highly recommend them.

I sent my ZG22Z in for service here at GP Ada. Service was 3/4 way done. There was some grease zert that was mist. It was cleaned up good. In return to my place the back of the seat blew off. GP ask me to file with MY insurance to get it replaced. So I pay 250. To get seat that GP lost NOT GP you use ur insurance an get the seat. So over 1 month I wait on a seat. So GP cant get the seat so they put a off brand on the mower and not comfortable at all. Looks like tractor supply seat !!So the carburetor messed up GP said choke stuck which caused gas to over fill an back up into the moter so I go to mow an well oil goes all over the place.. so I back at GP Ada filed Clam with insurance 2 weeks still nothing happens talk with insurance company an the they have not got pictures back from GP shop. Insurance contacts GP an they finally got pictures to insurance an they will not pay for repairs. Ok fix the mower an I pay to fix. So this been going on sence thr 4th last month June an this is the 9th of July. They GP want there payment NOW OR NO MOWER well it too over month to get it repaired an can bring my mower to an I get the funds to them NO WAY NO MONEY NO MOWER. I waited 35 day for GP to fix the mower an they cant wait 24 hrs for me to get the funds. So I send check get my mower here Driver brings mower parks on county road an leaves hope it dont get stolen sitting on side of road. If he does guess what GP Ada YOU ARE BUYING me a new mower. The owner of GP I Sorry all he wants to say but that dont fix the problem. I will NOT go back to GP Ada. I am very unhappy with them.

I had been looking to purchase a zero turn mower to maintain approximately 10 acres. After reading multiple reviews I decided that a Kubota zero turn from Great Plains of Kubota was the best option. I emailed the Ada location and William responded immediately. He was able to get me what I needed without having to go to the store. He made the process efficient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend William and Great Plains of Kubota of Ada to anyone.

I took my mower in told it had to be fuel problem 326.00 later they told me I had air in my fuel line, I did have a throttle cabe replaced the throttle cable was 10 dollars the rest was labor, Gary is a great salesman and did me right I give him 5 stars but only give 1 star to service department
