Great place! I went in seeking help for my sore feet and Ron was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. I love how they do scans of your feet as well as how they taught me things to watch out for as my feet continue to age. I’ll definitely be going back and have already recommended them to 4 people.

Mind you this was my 1st time ever going to a shoe store that actually cares about your feet and well-being and I was pretty skeptical. I had an appointment set as I knew I would need special care as my feet are really bad but Mrs. Julie made me feel at ease and I didnt feel indifferent or unwelcome like I have in the past at other shoe stores because they only care about the sale. She took her time with me really examining my feet and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the parts of the feet and how it each shoe corrects those problems along with self care of course. Truly knowledgeable people . I have had lower back pain for years.Recently has gotten worse and Ron came up with a lift and a good pair of shoes that made me notice the way I stand and walk improved almost immediately. I felt better leaving there than I have from physical therapy,foam rolling, inversion table,TENS therapy, heat and cold packs .

I am only a few days in on taking his suggestions to heal my planters fasciitis and am so thankful I am going to have relief. I came to this foot solutions looking for clogs due to the nature of my work, I had no problem with waiting. There was a couple in front of me and only 1 employee in the store so I didn’t mind waiting, after about 30 minutes the employee was done. A man walked into the store about 3 minutes before she had finished, keep in mind I had been first in line. The employee had completely ignored me and went directly to that man; knowing she saw me when I first walked in. She didn’t even have the decency to ask if i was okay with it. Which made me start to think did she have something against the color of my skin..because everyone in that store had one thing in common that I lacked, and it was being white. Never knew in order to receive respect I have to be white.

Loved this place. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Great selection of comfortable shoes for those with high arches and pain in ball of foot. Plan to have fitting for insert in my golf shoes. If you havent been here, check them out. Think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I bought the most comfortable sandals at Foot Solutions. My feet are difficult to fit and I rarely find well fitting shoes. At Foot Solutions, I had a choice of attractive shoes to buy. I have been suffering from foot pain for over a year now. Made an appointment online for the next day. Had a very informative visit and love my new shoes.

I am always happen with my purchase at Foot solutions. I like the personalized service I always receive. I know when I shop there the fit will be correct and the shoes will be comfortable. I get very frustrated when I shop other places, but not Foot Solutions.

Our first visit was to the store in Alpharetta, GA. When i retired I stopped wearing heels and suffered from Plantar Faciitis. They helped me with a good fitting shoe and inserts the pain disappeared within a few days. When my husband started having issues we found the store in Woodstock. It is run by a lovely husband & wife team and they helped him so much! Correct fitting shoe with special insoles and pads that corrected his weight distribution! He felt better immediately! Unfortunately the foot problems got worse snd he had to have corrective surgery recently! We went back last week to get new inserts and a newer shoe to make sure the corrected foot is supported properly. The owners are so concerned that you are comfortable in their products and do everything they can to make your visit a pleasure. We will continue to go to the Acworth store even though we live in Ellijay, GA because we feel confident in their abilities and their care for the clients they serve. We recommend them to anyone who mentions have foot issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great shoes, fantastic service, and knowledgable help while shopping make this my favorite place to shoe shop. Despite foot/hip issues, I can walk 12+ miles a day in shoes they carry - and they are cute sandals not orthotic looking shoes.

I’ve been a costumer of the Acworth store since 2018. They have put me happily back on my feet. With planter fasciitis I struggled with podiatrist and shots to not much pain reduction and was scheduled for foot surgery. When I found Ron and Julie they helped me more than any of the doctors. I wear the Xelero shoes with inserts and am extremely satisfied. No more shots or surgery.

Very knowledgeable and expended a great deal of time and effort to help us understand our options and select the right products for us. We are very likely to return!

This place is amazing! Brought my 85 year old dad here to get some shoes for his diabetic feet . Ron took time with him educated him on what was going with his feet and got him in some shoes that fit, my dad had been wearing shoes that were two sizes to small !!! My dad walked away ( pun intended) very happy with his shoes and inserts . We will be back !!!

After having foot, knee & lower back pain, several MRIs, x-rays and physical therapy, I finally decided to listen to my teacher friend and visit Foot Solutions in Acworth. I did not know they made appointments so waited to be seen and realized then how both husband and wife owners interacted with their customers. They take their time and understand your foot needs by talking, watching you walk and discussing best shoes for your foot based on their analysis. I purchased two pairs of sandals to wear while teaching and I am amazed how much better I feel and every part of my body is in alignment. I will bring my entire family here to have their feet checked! Planning to buy many more shoes from them in the future.

The owners are lovely people. Very nice. I once took my navy blue shoes in there to match a shoe polish. Julie (the owner) told me to just leave them there and shed polish them for me. They always go beyond the call of duty to please. The shoes are great, too. I get all my walking shoes there. I walk about 20K steps a day, and I have never had knee, hip, or back problems. Im 61 years old. Its important to have good walking shoes, and Foot Solutions is the place to get them.

Both of the owners who provide personal service have an abundance of knowledge about the foot and what is the right shoe for you. I have more confidence in them than the last Podiatrist I went to.
