Very good place to do business I have known Mike for many years and hes a very nice guy and they usually have everything in stock they had everything for my 1999 Suzuki King Quad 300 4x4 ATV and you know these days its also very hard to find anyone who wants to work on the old ATVs not Mike and his crew they go above and beyond to help anyone and any year model ATV motorcycle, lawn mower,go cart,dirt bike so stop by Acworth Cycle and ATV I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was referred here from another shop. I have been looking for parts for my bike that I can’t seem to get in earlier than a month, but Mike was super helpful and had them in stock and can ship them to me because I live about an hour and a half away. Great customer service, really helpful that he has products in stock, will definitely be coming back. Very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Awful and thiefs. A friend dropped of my mower here to be fixed, so we went to pay for it and pick it up. The owner told me he didnt have a mower under that name and that It must be at the shop down the street. Then he asked me what was being fixed and I told him and then told him the price. He proceeded to tell me I was being ripped of and he just replaced all of that and more on a mower and it was half the cost. So we left and I called the number I had of the business that had my mower to find there location. The guy his name is Mike that just told me I got ripped off answered the phone. When I got back to his store I confronted him about telling me basically that he ripped me off. He starts yelling at me and called me names and said he would take some off the price just to get me out of his store. He slammed things down on the counter, I was afraid for my life. Worst business ever.

In my years of motorcycle riding, Ive been to several different shops for various things. This shop is by far the best I have ever been to. Not only is it the cheapest Ive found, but the work is immaculate. As long as you give respect, he will do the same. Ive seen reviews complaining about an attitude problem, but I have never once had an issue here. He knows his stuff and hes damn good at what he does. Most recently, he re-jetted my carburetor and had me in and out the same day. I couldnt be happier with the results. I will never take my bike to another shop again. Thanks Acworth cycle!

I will never set foot in this place ever again, when I arrived I was told the owner was gone to lunch and will be back in 45 minutes, I went to my truck to do paperwork waiting for him to return from lunch only have him walk in right as I was walking out the door, but the workers didn’t try to catch my attention to let me know he was there. Then when I tried to explain what I needed for a 4 wheeler the owner told me if I wanted to N(word) rig it, to go somewhere else and stop wasting his time. I was so offended I just wanted to walk out right but then but he wasn’t finished yet he wanted to try to use scare tactics to make me bring my equipment up to him to be done right, and that all sales are final, he didn’t have the part I needed but said he could get it to me next day, or he can send it to me, or even hide it outside and he will let me know where. All I wanted to do was leave and never come back. I would recommend you use caution if you looking to use this establishment.

Couldnt be happier with their service. Good work, fast service, fair price. I felt very comfortable working with these folks. Honest and straight forward are two attributes I value highly when it comes to mechanic shops. Ive been riding my whole life and more often than not shops can be shady and unethical to say the least. When you find one with real people, thats the one you go to. Thats these guys.

I dropped off my crf250r for to get a new body kit, new graphic kit, new hand guards, new levers and get it back not only very quick, but everything was put together very well and the service by mike was great. Definitely stopping by again!!

Brought these guys two tires and wanted them mounted and balanced. It was pretty late in the day and I asked if it was possible to get me in. There were more then happy to do it. Mike is always fare on pricing and just a funny guy to do business with. The tech he’s got was good and fast at getting the job done and reliable and respectful to my bike. I would let them working on motorcycle again. And a threw them an extra 20 bucks for getting me in so late. You do me good, I do you good. Easy as that. Thanks guys!

I had a rough accident that wound up busting my bike up a bit and I could not be happier with the results from Mike and his staff. Love this shop! Mike (owner) always takes care of me and knows what to do when I stop by and ask for help. They have a very positive and friendly environment. Plus a fast turn around in service and delivery of ordered parts. You honestly wont find a better shop in town with the reputation and history they have.

I needed to replace my lawnmower blade. They wouldve loosed it so I couldve changed it my self but it being the start of the season I decided to leave it for the whole service. They did a good job in servicing my lawnmower, starts so easy now.

I went here before to have a bike fixed and he did get it done but he took about 6 moths to do it and every week would promise it would be done next Tuesday not that big of a deal but I brought a different bike in to get the carb cleaned a o ring fixed and new chain and sprockets when I went to go pick it up I was told after I paid that my pass fee foot peg broke off to it being old and “crappy” and I was in a hurry I got home and looked at it and he dropped my bike the plastics are scuffed and footpeg snapped off

Took my tires and rims here to get mounted and balanced. They never even pulled off the old tire weights and just threw an ounce of balance beads in the tires. The rear tire wasnt even seated on the bead and the valve stem core wasnt fully installed. Since they did the tires, the bike has a nasty wobble below 30mph and over 60mph. Not impressed at all with their business ethic or their ability. I would recommend literally any other shop than this one.

The owner (Mike) was always helpful and was able to obtain parts that we needed which were for an older and somewhat uncommon bike. He always offered a fair price for any of the parts that he could obtain for his customers.

Quick, solid and will do what they need to to make you happy. Very reasonable prices the couple times I have been there. Mike is a joker so if you are someone who takes everything personally, you may feel he is rude. The truth is this is a small-feel laid back shop that doesnt have the corporate bs. I needed a new tire and all it took was a phone call and a phone number for him to order it. Not even my last name or CC number.Ill be coming back for the ease, trust, word of mouth warranty and the prices.

Took my Honda 4 wheeler to these guys to do a few maintenance things and gte it back running for me. They did just that. They were friendly and very nice when would call for updates on the status or repairs. I had looked for a long time to find a place that would work on ATVs and they are my new stop. I highly recommend anyone that needs a tune up or anything to call them to set up service. They are great and reasonably priced with their work.

My father has been dropping his ATVs off here for years. I just dropped mine off and Mike and his team took care of me like I was family. Great guy and does great work.

Mike is just about crazy as f***, but i like how he isnt scared to run his business like he wants. they do good, quick work and have competitive pricing. wouldnt hesitate to return.

Like the other reviews say, the shop is good if you can get past mike. He insults all the other shops in the world to make his look like the only real motorcycle shop but then does the same things he accused the others of. The service was much quicker than a dealer but the price was nothing better (75 dollars for a simple 20 min job). A good place to go if you have a tough shell.

Mike and rick are honest straight forward and down to earth people. They get your scooter going quick and accurately. Highly recommend them for all your motorcycle repairs and any small engine repairs.

I needed a bolt tapped out the engine and the muffler put back on, back in June.Received first voicemail in November that scooter was ready.When I received the vehicle back, I noticed:1. He took the new battery i installed (came with an 18 month warranty)out and replaced it with a less than equal quality battery and threw away my battery. Then he wanted to charge me for the battery. Also, his battery leaks sulfuric acid fluid and I recorded it on video.2. The right side brake reservoir looked as if it was melted.3. The vehicle was returned extremely dirty.4. He performed a number of non-requested jobs to the vehicle and increased the final price from his original quote. (remember, i only needed the bolt tapped and muffler put on)(DELETED)Additionally, he constantly calls his customers stupid, and swears profusely.~Received a call from Mike, he wanted me to remove my review because he didnt like what was said. Since, I promised myself that today would be my be nice day, I took down what I really wanted to say~! (Your welcome Mike and stop calling me!)

The fat drug addict to try to tell me a 14 year old boy to do drugs when things go bad and that I did not have enough ass to start any of his stuff he is also very disrespectful to my parents and friend. Then he said that he would shoot me if i ever looked at his yard again and he also said that he shot 2 guys dead for opening his gate

This is specifically targeted to those overly sensitive customers who say mike doesnt treat customers well. I have bought oil, grease etc from him for 2 years now. Each time I have gone in mike and Rick have been nothing but helpful. Some people just dont like to hear the cold hard truth that they give. Which is unfortunate because atleast with my questions they have answered them every time. I have come home and put their answers to work and it has saved me money each time. Customer for life here. Thanks guys.

I went in to look at a dirtbike Mike had for sale. Everyone there was personable, and down to earth. Mike told me like it was and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need, he was helpful, and straightforward. We shot the bull and talked about motorcycles, engines, and everything you could think of for nearly an hour. I see these bad reviews and cant help but shake my head and think of how low you have to be to make up lies and half truths about someones business and livelihood, just because of your own neglect towards your motorcycle. Hes a honest, hardworking guy with a good set of values and his shop is built on customer satisfaction. From now on anytime I need ANYTHING done to my Kawasaki Ill be taking it to him.

The place down the street told me it was going to take 2 1/2 weeks before they even took a look at my lawnmower, but when I went went into Acworth Cycle & ATV-Engines he told me he would do it that day and sure enough 2.5 hours later I got a phone call that my mower was fixed!!! I will definitely go back anytime I need help!

Mike has been nothing but fair evertyime Ive been in here. My first trip in was with my kids (4 and 7) While waiting to order some parts Mike gave them quarters for the candy machine in his shop and carried on conversations with my kids answering all their questions. Mike gave me a deal on a carburetor rebuild kit for my sons E-ton that I guarantee No One can beat (not even on ebay). I appreciate the honesty and fairness Ive received from this place. Thanks Mike

This place is HORRIBLE . Took nearly four weeks JUST to take a look at my 2003 warrior, mike is VERY RUDE. Very very grumpy man. I respect my elders so I let everything slide by, after being told the repairs would cost me $260 when I picked it up I paid nearly $500!!! On top of all this before I took my bike in it would turn on very sad to say that after I picked it up it wont even start . Its my first and LAST time I ever step foot at that shop. Dont even know how they are still in business. Rick was very friendly but still played a part in screwing me over . They called me about twice just to up my price telling me my bike needed this this and that. Taking advantage of someone who doesnt know a whole lot about bikes. It took a MONTH for me to get my bike back, A MONTH!!! Canceled a lot of family plans due to this shop being very busy could have told me that from the beginning so I could have gone else where . Im not the type to write reviews but this shop really earned this review .
