I have been there for 4 years and everyone pretty friendly. Be on time, everyday 6-7 days a week. Plus incentive bonus.
Need to work on organization skills and just pure human decency. Landry needs a workshop on pure respect. He respects no one except his friend that brought him in. I personally wouldn’t recommend this company until they get a revamp of the place and how to treat their employees. Don’t overwork. Be professional and respectful. Don’t yell at coworkers. Just general common sense.
Been there 3 times so far...they didnt wasted my time at dock...thumbs up from me
Very rude confront to the truck drivers I was told to go back to the State where I came from because the lady at the shipping office couldn’t use her head to look it up and find it. After all I do have a load that I’m picking up from them. Very unprofessional and rude.
Jonathan on the recruiting team does not know how to conduct himself in a professional manner. Reaches out to recruits, they respond and he doesn’t bother to get back to them. Bad look for the company- dodged a bullet with this one.
Im a press operator and I feel that the company has made great strides in their day to day employee- management relationship. I love what I do...I am great at what I do and I do see advancement daily. Inalfa Roofing Systems is a great place to work.
No issues as u pull in off main. Rd to inalfa stay to right go half way around bldg is the receiving office. Clear door marked receiving drivers entrance sign in if no one is there at desk there is a buzzer to let someone know you are there.. adequate area to back Im. Staff was friendly and quick to unload. Area is lit enough at night so no issues. Closest truck stop is loves apx. 9 miles away.
I love this company michael was great in orientation. And i will be moving up to higher standards. As long as my work performance shows great quality
Nice company pay is ok. Some of the people in leadership are very disrespectful. But most are good and willing to help.
This company is trash. Let me first by saying Michael did a great job with orientation and he’s just A+. Now first off let’s start with HR. They mess up people’s pay checks and take weeks to correct or give you the hard earned money you work for. Second the manager Ervin is LAZY. He lies about the numbers and makes his line do extra and then he gets mad when we come in the next day and don’t care about hitting our numbers. While we bust our butts he’s over on the computer looking for houses. He’s only close to people he feels he can push over whoever is a yes man. For instance he lied to employees saying HR isn’t giving out OT but as soon as Bobby and Omar his yes man ask for OT they get 80 hours. My thing is don’t lie to employees after all Inalfa follows a set of rules like respect and transparency and he lacks them all. He tries to act tough like a big military guy when he’s actually a coward. He yelled at one employee named Jay when he was going to the restroom. I guess he wanted to show his manhood. As a supervisor you have no right getting in someone’s face and cussing at them. Jay should have went to HR but he didn’t want to start anything. All in all with management like this and a unorganized HR I would definitely skip working for this company. Whatever you do don’t work for Inalfa it’s completely a waste unless you have nothing else.
Details later.Very bad experience at this facility.Shouldve had my lawyer involved.
Terrible place to deliver, super slow, they claim to have a work force of 1000 employees that do nothing and stand around, took 2hrs for me to get in the dock to get 4pcs unloaded. Has to be the laziest company in the US next to Laredo, just a waste of employees and money....
Good place but was hard to find shipping office person.loaded in 1 h usually 1or 2 h maximum.safe trip guys
Tried to call got the run around nobody answered phone tttslkeven talk
Love to work there everything is perfect
If not for the fact that you have to click on a star before you can write a review, I would have give this place zero star.Very poor management and unskilled and unprofessional supervisors especially the one that goes by name Chris Simmon. All he knows is to shout from beginning of shift to the end of shift after charging himself with monster. He makes people want to quit and also treat people like slaves.Chris simmon is a BAD supervisor.
From the first day I started working for this company they were unorganized. The managers and team leads acted as if they did not want to be there even some supervisors had bad attitudes and were unwilling to help if you had a question. Also HR and trainers failed to provide information that is essential for on boarding new employees like their call out number, or information to pick up uniforms I was there for almost 2 months without a uniform. They don’t care about the well-being of your families or your health.
Slave company that dont care about they worker because they have a steady flow of worker though nga staffing. Hardly any chance for raises no matter how hard or how long you worked there. The list goes on.
Its a slave company we have to work 7 days a week its very very hot in the building only get 2 breaks combined to a total 40 mins smfh worse job Ive ever work, this place is gonna shut down soon they can never keep people worse job Ive ever worked for less then 11 dollars in hr u dont have time to spend the Money u worked for only bills if you get hired here plz leave ASAP waste of time
Dont care about people just need bodies to fulfill their bottom line no room for advancement
