Great layout of the store. I did not check the lumber yard entirely since I only needed a few supplies from inside but overall it looked good. The layout of the isles make it easy to find what youre looking for.

The worst customer service ever from the front desk employees. They don’t even acknowledge your presence nor are willing to be of any help. Complete laziness and lack of professionalism. Can’t believe they are even on the Bussiness. Hope the owner can read this! Some workers on the back are a different story. Needless to say they won’t ever have my business again and everyone else who is close to me.

I was impressed with how the store was dealing with the COVID-19 guidelines. They had the front marked off so customers only stepped a few feet inside. I wasnt certain on what i needed and it was hard not being able to walk back on the isles to see what i wanted but the front desk man was nice enough to go back and forth for me seeing what i needed.

I came to pick up a few supplies to finish our kids playground and was very pleased. Very nice people.

Didnt want to overpay at Homedepot so I checked it out right after work. Granted closing time was approaching from what seemed to be a long day. They have the wrong guy at the front desk. He might just be an outstanding wood maker, customer service representative not at all. It looked like he was trying to be nice and it looked like it was hurting him. Didnt get a chance to look at the lumber yard because I wouldnt let the store spend one red cent from wallet. Shopping is an experience not just the product.

I needed supplies to finish up a home project so headed to Lummus Supply off hwy 92. I had minimal knowledge regarding lumber work so I appreciated the guidance on which products I needed.

The employees are very helpful and know their products and how to apply it. They never let you leave without everything you need for your project.

1 star rating is 1 too many. Yes incredibly unprofessional and snappy. The front desk only answers the phone when the manager yells from the back to pick it up. A front desk guy and manager held an arguing match over having a weekend off while we were waiting in line. This place is a joke and they dont seem to mind.

1st time here for some pressure treated lumber...got in and got out. Exactly what i needed being in between job sites. I plan to stop by again in the future for any lumber needs.

Customer service is non-existent. Tried to call and order something and the man on the phone was rude and snappy. My suggestion for those employed here : If you hate your job so much you should seek out other options - For management: You should be embarrassed. Went elsewhere and found a business that had not problem ordering what I needed.
