Elite did an amazing job on our retaining wall in our front yard. They were fast, professional and detailed throughout the entire process. Ed from Elite went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We’re so glad we chose Elite Hardscape to do our job. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again on future projects.

Ed and Kyle Brazis just preformed magic in my backyard. They are very professional and you can tell they are also very experienced. I received quotes form 4 other local contractors and not only was Elite the best priced they were more prepared and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and dedicated extra time and material towards my project that was not part of the initial scope. I contacted Ed at various hours of the day and evening and he always answered which made me even more comfortable. If you have the opportunity to use Elite Hardscape DO IT!!

We tried to post this on Home Advisor first but it does not seem the company allowed it to be released. We are now posting publicly here.This company damaged our concrete patio with their equipment during the installation of a retaining wall. They said they would repair it, no problem for them! It has now been 5 months and several emails later with no action. Since they have decided to disregard us we have decided to share the rest of our negative experience with this company, During the consultation we were assured that our very large mature junipers could be saved to replant behind the wall. We came home to find them piled up in the excavated dirt pile with no phone call or text to communicate that they couldnt save them after all. I dont think they ever tried to preserve them nor do I think the dad communicated to the crew on the expectation. They bought some tiny ones to replace them once we pushed but they are much smaller. Thanks! Secondly the dig out was literally 20 feet short of where he had originally measured and priced the job. Without a detailed written quote or a drawing of what had been discussed we ended up being up sold just to get what we originally agreed to. The owner also suggested that it took more sod than he had bid but backed off that when we said you measured it, we did not. We were also told that we would not have to worry about drainage after the wall was built, so nothing additional would be needed. We now have worse drainage than we had before the job started. In our experience the dad bids the job and the son and crew does the work. The crew worked hard and the wall looks nice but the Dad talks in circles and lacks follow through and customer service. We would not recommend them.
