Salesman (forgot his name) was very helpful and not pushy. He knew the materials of the rugs we were looking at, pointed us to which were better quality for money instead of just trying to sell a rug. The rug we bought was great quality and reasonably priced. We absolutely love our rug but were assured that if we did not like it we could bring it back for a full refund. Wow, we wanted a special handmade rug and was very skeptical but we did our due diligence and contacted chamber of commerce. They told us the city of Acworth where they are located uses them and we were given a great recommendation. So we proceeded to order this handmade rug and got a fantastic price! Quick Scenario: I had been waiting for a particular rug and size to become available Anywhere! for about a month. Giving it an inventory search about every other day. I am skipping all the nightmarish background of my story to save you time but lets just say I killed myself finding just the right piece, and then could not find it Anywhere!! It was...... lets say.......nervous (depressed). In a last attempt I tracked down the manufacturer of the rug, and searched their inventory. According to their website, only one retailer had any......Georgia Rug Gallery! Immediately skeptical, I called Georgia Rug Gallery and told them how the manufacturer was lying about their inventory. After a brief hold, an angel by the name of Michael came on the line. He was able to confirm that indeed, they didnt have any in stock...but then......(sorry I am still emotional from appreciation).......then Michael went the Extra Mile!Ryan, you know what? I know the owner of that manufacturer personally! Let me call them and see if they have any in that size, and Ill call you back.& as you already know from the orange stars above.....Ryan! A great selection of rugs, large and small. Some are expensive and some are not. All seem to be reasonably priced. Even have large round rugs etc etc. Best selection I have run across in many years. Easy fellows to work with. Seem highly knowledgeable. We bought can 8x11, then ordered a couple others that matched to compliment the first. All service was great. No pressure. I originally brought in our old area rug to be cleaned but Michael pointed out considering the cost of cleaning (which was very reasonable) and the age of my rug vs the cost of a brand new rug of higher quality, the new rug was much more economical.
