First Taylor is the best sales rep you could ask for. He used to do installs so he value engineered the best solution for my challenges within my budget. In the end he kept working to get me the best deal. Dayco is totally awesome. I see why they have 4.9 stars on Google. Sometimes a rating that high is inflated but it cant be with them, its true and real. Also my two installers were in my home all day and did a wonderful job. They went over the top ensuring every aspect of the install was stellar. I could not have asked for a better experience.

My ac was working very poorly. Dayco sent Service Professional David H. for my ac repair. After David listened to my problem description, he immediately diagnosed the problem as low refrigerant. David made it very clear, without doing a leak test (costs extra for that service), he would be able to refill the refrigerant only once due to environmental rules. He also made it very clear, the leak could be small and the added refrigerant could possibly last to the end of the season; or if the leak was large, it may only last a short period of time. He told me the cost and I made an informed decision to add the refrigerant.As a handy person, I had checked a number of the system components with a multimeter before David arrived. I had some questions on some of the values and what they meant. David was very receptive and friendly to answer all questions. I also discussed details of how a new system would be installed and liked what I heard. I was very impressed by David’s knowledge and will be considering purchasing a new complete hvac system from Dayco in the near future.

They ALWAYS give great service. They are honest and take time to explain everything. They have great follow up as well.

Justin did an awesome job diagnosing my A/C issue. He also did an excellent job of explaining the issue to me in laymans terms. Turns out my fancy new Nest thermostats which worked great over the winter for heating arent compatible with the A/C and require a common wire. Justin reinstalled my old thermostats which I still had out in the garage and got everything working. He also provided me with all my options for a long term fix. Very well done!!

Absolute great experience, the tech that showed up, Justin, was polite, experienced. He explained what he was going to and explained what he saw and what we should do . He arrived early, called us to let us know he was on the way and when he completed the work explained what he did and what it will cost us. A fantastic experience with day o and they should thank this worker everyday for the polite service he is giving. A letter of commendation would be nice or a bonus, or a hourly raise should be considered. Dayco should go out of their way to keep employees like this.

This man has a future as a stand up comedian, With me, their top priority was going home as fast as possible. No time to put down drop cloths so leave stains on the carpet. Don’t clean up inside or outside, leave it for the old man, he’s to stupid to know the difference. Don’t replace insulation that needs it, he will never know. Don’t position the condensation line properly, if it breaks we can charge for a house call. Don’t seal the unit, he will just think that utility prices have gone up.I had another Trane installer look at this mess and his exact swords were “This is bad, This is bad, This is horrible, I thought Dayco did better work than this. “ The owner has never bothered to tell me why this install was such a mess. Here is a chance for him to tell everyone.

The Dayco team was awesome. A salesperson was out the same day I called. An install team was out early the next morning. They gave me the best price around on a high quality, high efficiency Trane system. The install was seamless and with no issues. The guys covered our floors, we’re courteous, worked hard, went over the system operations and thermostat controls with me. They cleaned up very well and were pleasant throughout the entire install. Hamilton and Miles were very professional. They took their time to explain the system, walked me through what they did, had me demonstrate how to use the new system and answered all of my questions. They had to come back to the house because the system turned off unexpectedly. The issue was my circuit breaker and Hamilton took his time to find out that this was the issue. Everyone you interact with is professional and caring. I have been a customer of Dayco for some time and it is examples like this that allow me to appreciate a family run business that cares about its customers. Our HVAC unit blew a compacitor around 11:30pm. Dayco dispatched one of their techs with in 30 to 45 minutes he was there and had replaced the compacitor with in another 15 minutes. Thats fast service especially for an emergency service call.

Installation crew took their time to install making sure quality work. Also technician was nice to move drain pipe to side of house and then tying into gutter drainage system.

Performed routine Winter service & noticed that the capacitor was testing below acceptable limits. Replaced on the spot. All good now
