Don’t even waste your time. This place is a joke

Ive used this Cash America store since they opened. In the beginning the staff was very quick and helpful. But the last few times ive been in there they were so lazy. I mean so lazy they wouldnt even look up the items i wanted to pawn. They said they guessed they would have to pass. What they didnt know was i also have used the Cash America store in Rome for nearly the same length of time. I go in Rome store and pawned my items immediately and might i add got what i wanted in return. Acworth store sucks now! Wont be back.

I would like to let you guys know that this is the lowest paying pawn shop I have ever seen I have heard through the grapevine that employees have a contest going on what they can get for nothing whoever gets the most expensive item for for little of nothing gets bragging rights I guess its a way of being employee of the month you get a special parking place I think you get your lunch bought for you for the week Im not really sure I know that I had came in with a brand-new in-the-box cell phone never been turned on before and was offered $5 came back in the store just to see and they had it for sale for 80 bucks I guess that guy got a special parking place that week do not shop here theres other pawn shops down the road that dont have contest going on how cheap they can rip you off if you want to buy something maybe this would be the place but remember they have paid nothing so you have plenty of room to talk him down if they wont budge go somewhere else

Best Pawn Shop ever! Amazing selection of tools and the store is very clean and organized. Management here is very nice too! Awesome Deals! Its the best in the Atlanta Metro!

I have been a customer with them for a while and usually they are pretty good, but today i had a horrible experience here. The guy who works in there treated me and my sisters very rude and unprofessionally. I wont be returning. I dont recommend this place to anybody else either. Their are like 2 people that work in there that are nice and the others are lazy with attitudes.

There is a handsome black guy that works here and he is very nice i think his name is Dauwyn, I hurt my leg and I was literally limping and the minute I walked in he met me at the door and asked to carry my laptop then as i was standing at the counter he asked me if I wanted to sit and then he brought me a big chair out so that I could sit. I didnt sell my laptop because he couldnt give me what i wanted for it but i really appreciated that he explained why.i didnt sell anyyhing yet but this is the only place ill go!

The owner or general manager needs to have a talk with the black woman at this location. I was going to buy a few videogames and a ps4 and all I wanted to do was switch out a case that was broken with another case of a sports game that they will not sell and I got no Im sorry I cant do that but before another gentleman asked and it was completely ok and take a guess what his race is.... To the owner I was going to buy a lot of stuff today 5/30/19 but because of your racist employee I wont be dealing with this Cash America Pawn or any location ever again.Fellow customers teach them a lesson and go somewhere else.

The store has changed ownership and now has a tiered price system. No more making deals here and their inventory has taken a huge hit as there is hardly anything in the stores now.

Horrible job. People there don’t know how to do a job. Selling broken guitars.

We wanted to purchase 3 electronics and they discounted all 3 and put it in a bundle package great customer service thanks!!

Have had been told two or three different things about what payment to make on a ring, paid cash two or three times and paid with card one or twice and now here to make a payment there saying they only take cash not card.

I went in to the pawn shop @ 5:25 pm assistant managers was very rude in disrespectful it was hard for him to hide the he Judges black people is horrible I just went in to pawn my chains he tell me one of my chain clamps was pulling to the side ..this guy lied like hell ..he acted like I stole it I will never ever go their again
