Excellent transaction. Second time we have used this company, first being new openers. This time we had a broken spring and tech Ron arrived on time, was crystal clear on procedure and cost and replaced both springs quickly. He even took the time to make sure the moving parts were lubed! Great company, friendly honest people, great experience.

The tech was great, though he was 2.5 hrs late and I had to call to find out what was going on. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. It did mean I had to leave work and change some things in my life but overall the experience was good. The only reason they don’t get the 5th star is because of the poor communication regarding the delay.A point of note, the delay was because of providing superior on-site service to another consumer.

Very professional but unfortunately, the installation could not be done today due to measurement problems on the roof of my garage, however, the person who came to do the installation was very professional and explained in detail what the problem was and made suggestions to acquire another type of garage door opener that finally meets the measurements; Before leaving, he gave information of another model, maybe it could help, thanks for trying! I will go to returns this one and try to buy another one and I hope to be lucky this time and that it can be installed without problem

Jody came by to install my new garage door motor on a house with no existing system besides a door. He arrived when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. Jody and the Home Depot Garage team did an Outstanding Job in installing my new garage door openers!!!! Not only did he arrive ahead of time, but immediately got to work. I purchased a Garage door opener from Home Depot who sent technician Russell Hill from Georgia Garage LLC. for the installation. Russell called and asked if he could arrive earlier to start the installation, which I appreciated. I was able to ask question about if he needed anything and about how long it would take as I had to leave to work on another project. Russell said that he had everything need to complete the installation and started very quickly.As I stop by my garage several times to check on the progress I notice that Russell was working non stop completing this project and checking that everything was done properly. Especially making sure the safety of the garage door was working exactly correct. We have a young 3year old granddaughter who stays at our house 3 or 4 times a week and we must be sure of her safety. Which is the main reason I wanted an expert to instal the garage door opener to properly adjust the door opening and closing safely.I checked one more time and all was cleaned up and the old parts removed. Russell proceeded to completely instruct me with the operation of the remotes, Key pad and all the buttons on the main control switch.All is still working fine.Thank you Georgia Garage LLC for sending Pro Russell. The technical guy that knew more than I do. Ill be sure to use Georgia Garage again if needed. Thanks again.

The technician (Jody) came at the designated time and prepared his repair estimate (which we thought was reasonable). There was no high pressure to replace the door, but we chose to do so for the aesthetics. He’s professional but with a pleasing personality. We anticipate the actual installation will be an equally good experience. By the way, office personnel put forth a very good public image as well.

Had a cable break on one door and requested that all springs (4) between both doors be replaced. Company had someone out same day. Technician was very friendly however informed me on arrival he wasn’t aware of the request to replace the springs and didn’t have enough springs to complete the job. We agreed that he’d replace one full door since that’s all he had. I asked him to confirm that the service charge would be waived on the next visit since I’d still need the other door replaced. He said he wasn’t sure if they’d be able to do that and I asked him to confirm that would happen before he started any work. At that time he somehow found the extra parts needed to complete both doors. He was efficient and had everything replaced in about an hour.Not sure what the missing parts and service charge issue was about but they got the job done. I’m on the fence if I’d use them again because of that. Seems a little sketchy.

Scott I think is who called and did a great job of clearly setting expectations, timing etc. Russell was the tech who came over got a call 30 mts before his arrival again clear discussion on what was needed to get the install done efficiently.
