First off, I just want to say that I would never recommend this company to anyone! I have experienced and been face to face with “Thor” (what kind of name is this anyway)... He LITERALLY complains and cries when he doesn’t get his way. Very unprofessional service and communication skills. Thor and his team did a fantastic job building the fence at our new home (Sept. 2019). I would, without hesitation, recommend Thor and his company, TNT Fence. Workmanship, quality, design and layout ideas, and attention to detail all met my expectations, which are very high. A great job on these earns 4 stars from me for any service provider I work with. To get a 5 star review, which Ive given TNT here, the company (from the owner to the administrative staff to the project team) have to be responsive and punctual during the proposal/bid stage all the way through completion of the project. Second, every member of the team has to be friendly, courteous and professional in all our interactions. The price must be fair (not cheap...you get what you pay for most of the time), the project must be completed on time (barring unforeseen circumstances), and the work area must be cleaned up and look as close as possible to the way it did before the work. Thor and his team hit the mark on every single one of these and absolutely earned this 5 star rating. I highly recommend Thor and TNT Fences and Decks.

We Had Thor Build Our Fence. It Is Absolutely Gorgeous. Weve Only Had It For A Week Or So & Have Had So Many Compliments! Our Dogs Love It! I just looked TNT up again to see if they are still in business and could do some commercial work on a property I manage and noticed some negative reviews. These guys installed a custom privacy fence for me 9 years ago after the tornado of 2008 and it was done timely and professionally. The fence looked awesome then and still does now, almost 10 years latter. So good that the rest of the adjacent neighbors copied the design all the way down the block. Not sure where the negative reviews came from but my experience was fantastic. They were polite, professional, well priced, and provided a very high quality product. Even my dog liked them as she was checking out their work.

Google makes you choose at least one. I ran into this guy the other day at my place of business. I think he said his name was Ty. This review is not about his work. Strictly about his attitude. I came over to him and asked him how he was doing today? His 15 minute profanity rant after that was absolutely the funniest thing I have ever heard in my life. I find people like him way too funny. He went on and on about how pleased he was in his life and how pleased he was that I acknowledged him as a person ( sarcasticly speaking ). 1 word to describe 1st impression for him, MEDICATION. But please keep up the comedy bit, its people like you that add humor for people like me to our lives.

I would not recommend this company at all. I found out that after I paid for the material with my money the contractor went back and returned the material to benefit them by getting store credit. This is absurd I will never recommend them to any friends or family.

Todd failed to show for multiple appointments, failed to return calls multiple times, and was extremely abrupt and very rude when Todd finally arrived. Id give 0 stars to this company if that was possible. There is a good reason their rating is currently 2.3 stars. Steer clear of this company (or at least Todd).

AKA Atlantas best fences and decksJust had hands down the worst experience with this company. Decided to hire them because neighbors had an ok experience with them and because our other neighbors who we were splitting one side of the fence with wanted to hire them. From the beginning the contact with Todd one of the owners was very unprofessional. He never contacted my husband nor I about when they would be starting the job. We heard all of the details from the other neighbor, I dont know if he was more responsive with him because they were paying him more or what but regardless we were also paying him and deserved the same type of customer service. Fast forward to Monday, the neighbor texted me and said they were here to lay out the fence, was I home. If we would have known they were coming to do that my husband would have arranged to be there. I laid it out with him and thought things were good. We agreed on the 6 foot privacy fence for the one side and a cross buck fence with wire for the back. They said they would be here bright and early Tuesday morning. They showed up close to noon to start the job, which is fine we werent in any big hurry for the fence to go in. We come homeLater Tuesday to see the cross buck fence is set up for a gate, we never requested a gate, when my husband asked him to fix it he said we would have to pay $100. My husband said no and we will end our business with them right now. Todd agreed to fix it. Wednesday we get home to find that the cross buck fence is basicallyDone backwards, the posts are on the outside and the wire on the inside, we requested they fix it and the other owner Thor was extremely rude to my husband and told him they wouldnt be fixing it. We told them we would pay the remaining balance once the fence was fixed. Fast forward a few hours and several texts from the owner requesting payment and then the cops arrive. They told the officer they wouldFix the fence for another $300. The officer suggested we just pay them what we owe them and be done with them because they are obviously crooks and bad business people and to just hire a reputable company to fix the fence so thats that we did. Also they tried to get our neighbors to pay them to move there fence up to accommodate ours which absolutely didnt need to be done, they just wanted moreMoney. I know this is a long review but I hope it makes people think twice about hiring these people. Their prices arent any better than other companys around.
