We have used this company for nearly 20 years, and will continue for all of our granite/quartz needs. They always have a tremendous amount of slabs in stock to choose from, and the staff is most friendly and very helpful in assisting to choose which stone would complement where it is going to be installed. These slabs are cut at their facility via a template made of where it is to be installed. I have even called my representative, telling her what I was looking for; she did the leg work and sent me photos, and I chose from the photos. I trust them wholeheartedly when it comes to the entire process.

We got a custom counter top for a custom island in our kitchen. They showed us some beautiful slabs that they keep on site and were able to recommend several options within our limited price range. We had excellent service at Granite Countertop Warehouse. Lori was very helpful in helping us pick out some awesome granite countertops for our new home. They have a huge selection of beautiful granite. We gave them a date as to when our cabinets were to be ready for the tops and they delivered and set up on time. They actually had to comer back to cut out a bigger sink hole (the plumbers left the wrong sink...not their fault) and I wasnt charged extra. I have had tons of compliments and I love them.

The inside salesman was great! Very friendly & knowledgeable. Appointment date was on time & the 3 tile guys were very professional & did a great job. The only issue I had was with your accounting dept. I got a receipt emailed to me but then I got a second receipt different looking than the first but the same amount. The girl I talked to was not very pleasant. She kept telling me she sent the receipt a 2nd time in case I didnt get the first email. I hung up & printed them out & they were not the same so I called back. She then said she didnt send them but I was only charged 1 time. I emailed her what I received. At any rate she was over talking me & not very professional. I am sure she will remember the conversation as my attitude was not the best either after she just tried to kiss it off. I would still use your company again.

We just love our new granite. While we have redone kitchens several times before this was the best experience. It was cut right the first time and quickly installed. We sent measurements via e-mail and they gave us an estimate. Then we came in and chose our granite slab. When they came out to make the template and measure it came out to be exactly what they quoted. Lots of great granite and sink choices. Would use them again.

We were so pleased with our first granite counter top for the kitchen from Granite Counter Top Warehouse, we even went back a second time when we remodeled our master bath. The sales rep was very helpful and patient with us, and they had a large selection of stone. When we redo the other baths we will go back to them again. The fabrication and installation was pretty much flawless. Customer service was pretty good as well, after the installation of the bathroom counter top we found a rough surface on the corner, and they sent a crew out within a reasonable time and we are 70 miles away from the warehouse. It turned out it was a natural defect of the stone, and the service rep polished it out to perfection. I would certainly recommend Granite Countertop Warehouse if you are looking for granite counter tops.

We went in looking for a granite that was light colored and reasonably priced. The reason we even came here was because of the excellent reviews and customer experience but that is not what we recieved. Marisol was the person helping us, and although she seemed nice she was pretty much silent the entire time and had zero idea on what she was doing. She couldnt find any of the granite and we kept walking in silent circles.

It was a long process with lots of misunderstandings with sales and customer service people. The person that measured and the team that installed the granite were very nice. Since I am in TN their affiliate in Chattanooga, had to cut a new breakfast bar and install it as well as reseal the whole job. Now that has been done I am very happy with the finished product.

I was even able to change the dimensions after they measured because my washer/dryer was bigger than realized. Go with their sinks - they are quality and simplify your ordering process because they have the templates already. Add the lifetime guarantee - you cant go wrong here.

Purchased some granite countertops at a reasonable price. I had to push back the install due to an issue with our cabinets and they were very accommodating. One edge of the counter is just slightly off of level but other than that very satisfied with customer service

I selected the cheapest granite for my kitchen countertop. It looks great to me. But when I brought my wife along, she picked out a more expense one, almost double in price. At first I was not happy but after Dave explained it, I understood. The price was almost double, but it was still much cheaper comparing with other sellers. I got what I paid for. It is so beautiful and worth every pennies.

I was looking for quartz countertops and found exactly what I wanted. It was the best value and the guys measured and installed them quickly.

Counter tops are perfect and beautiful! the installers were fast and efficient. The only reason it isnt 5stars is that they only have a couple of plumbers. We thought our sink and faucet would be installed at the same time, or at least close to when the countertops were installed. Boy were we mistaken. The tops were installed at 11am and the plumber wasnt there until 9pm. We were trying to go out of town and had to delay our trip. Had we been notified that the sink wouldve been installed separate from our 9am to 11am install time, we couldve planned better, just be sure to note this and if you get a sink and faucet installed with them, do not have any plans the entire day because there is no telling when the plumber can come by, the poor guy was slammed with work and still had another run to make after us and it was past 9pm on a Friday!. With as much demand as they have, youd think they could add another plumber or two to their payroll, or heck, train one of the countertop installers. Overall a wonderful product and Cynthia was fantastic to work with, call up there and ask for her!

The staff has either blatantly lied to me on several occasions, or they dont have a clue as to what they are doing. I honestly think it was a matter of wanting to unload a faulty product . . . however, they picked the wrong person to unload on. They finally provided a substantial discount on the marble vanity top they installed, but it wasnt worth the weeks and weeks of aggravation that I went through.

My counter tops are not fully installed. The island arrived cracked and needed to be re done. I asked that the slab smith send a photo of the NEW island granite that is to be installed our home on Tuesday, today is Sunday and no photo as yet.The installers dripped something on part of countertop that is installed and those drip marks are dull in the splashed parts. The parts that needed to be put together looked online like they were just a hair off, turns out to be 3/4 of an inch off in the match. We requested a plumber and one came about 4 hrs later but I had to call and remind them since he did not arrive with the installers and had no clue he was supposed to be at our home. the order was not placed. My sales person, her assistant were both out that day.I got an email saying they are coming on Tuesday to reinstall but I have not as yet seen the photo of how it will be cut. Since we are using a different slab and out salesperson picked it out of the same bunch hopefully it will be ok but who knows. The communication as been lacking.I am not pleased with the way this is going so far. I just want my kitchen finished. If granite is fragile enough that it breaks in the truck there must be ways to prevent this. I was impressed with the amount of granite etc available . The young man who came to measure was great, salesperson also was good, plumber (once he arrived) was quick and professional.but I am truly disappointed in the communication.
