I was looking for items to celebrate a college graduation and I knew no one else was carrying graduation supplies this late anymore. Someone mentioned this place and I was delighted to see all the great merchandise they still had. Its that time of year. Halloween is in the air. They have absolutely everything you could possibly need. If your in need of ideas or suggestions they have it all. Costumes, wigs, make-up, mask, decorations. Helpful staff too

Purchased some items for 40th bday party. Also took in a 2 4 and 0 that had come with pkg of decorations i had ordered. They said it would cost $7 EACH to inflate with helium since not purchased there. I thought that was robbery but was desperate so told them okay. As it was a hot day they told me to drive up front (with my a/c on) and they would bring them out to me. As the girl was walking to my car one of my balloons burst! Soooo I was not only unable to use the balloons but was out $14 for air! Would have been nice if theyd at least offered to refund $7!! Wont be buying from Party America again.

I go to Party America in Acworth for all of my party and balloon needs. I most often receive above average customer service, until this evening. Today I went in to order the same set up of balloons as I usually do, and was faced with an associate who was blatantly rude and sarcastic. The shift manager attempted to rectify the situation but the sales associate continued to make sly remarks, and smirk at me while behind the counter. Tomorrow I will reach out to the store manager. I am so sad to part ways with this store, and have always had a passion for supporting local / small businesses. Despite my past positive experiences, I will no longer shop here, Especially If I’d be faced with that sales associate again.

Tons of variety! They cover so many different themes for all kinds of celebrations. Will be going back. I do wish they had coupons though as prices do add up quickly...

The worse customer service EVER! We brought in balloons for inflation and besides being ungodly expensive, two of them popped before we got home. When we returned to ask about having a replacement inflated, they charged us another $7 to inflate it. No kindness or consideration given. I will never patronize them again. I will drive all the way to Party City before info business here again.

Had an amazing experience with Party America. Great staff and was able to find exactly what I needed with their help. The options for personalized bottle labels and banners are so awesome when hosting gatherings. They will definitely continue to have my business when it comes to partying.

This place is amazing!!!!! Tonight I was in town visiting my sister and saw these phenomenal graduation banners that this store makes. As I am leaving town tomorrow and it was 8:30 pm, I was disappointed that I saw them at the last minute. I talked to Dana and expressed my love for them, and she stayed and made me one for my daughters graduation! Dana was so incredibly nice and delivered such phenomenal customer service that I know I will be back on future visits.

Have always had great service here. They have most things you need for parties. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their service on personal orders is prompt and professional.

I rented a helium tank from their location and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Their prices are pretty much the same as party city so you won’t be getting a great price for party supplies, however, their store in particular offers a variety of services that party city does not. Check them out!

Everyone here is friendly and helpful!! Their balloon selection is pretty intense and everything goes on sale after the holiday is over so if youre looking to plan ahead to next year and you can really stock up.

Best balloon store in Atlanta. Im a professional balloon twister and also do balloon decor and they stock the high quality balloons that Party City doesnt. Also excellent customer service and wide selection!! Cost a little more but so worth it!!

Placed a balloon order on Tuesday evening to be picked up at 10am next morning. I also ordered 3 bags for them to be put in. When I got there at 10:15am that morning one balloon was deflated, a balloon missing, and they were not in bags. When they replaced balloons and put in bags they only used two bags. At that point I was not going to make an issue over the third bag because it would have just caused more delay. Other than this the store has a lot to choose from and decent prices.

I cannot speak of this staff any better!!! I was throwing a 21st bday & somethings just did not arrive on time. I was in there and was kinda in a rush. The weather was terrible & that only made everything worst. Yet, the staff pulled along and made my needs thier needs. They printed quickly & blew up all my needs. Even took my ballons to my car. Top notch service. I did not expect that. Worth our $ to be spent there. All off the staff work as a HUGE team. So cool!

Quick, easy, mildly painful experience. They had what I needed and some things I didnt. Who doesnt like balloons?!

I ordered a graduation sign. We approved it, and were told when we could pick it up. We showed up and were told they didnt receive approval on the proof, even though we sent it? We then reproved it while in the store and we told it would be ready the next day. We showed up again, to an embarrassed team saying that the approval was never entered into their system :-O. I called the shift manager, Ruth, only to be consistently interrupted. She was defensive, rude and unwilling to accept any responsibility, and hung up on up on me!

This is THE place you should go for anything party related in Acworth/Kennesaw! The employees are very friendly and helpful and they have an awesome variety...so many themes. I get items for cake decorating, balloons, there is fixings for the ever popular candy bar, etc.

Expensive on every party supply and costumes. ..ladies were pretty helpful but the guys were hateful and had attitudes. Didnt have accessories for the costumes. I wont shop there again, i rather go to party city anyday. We through a Halloween party and everything came from party city and all our guests we sent there as well. Customer service horrible!
