I stopped by on my lunch break to check it out, I normally go to the Calhoun store but I was in the Acworth area. I cannot say enough good things about the JR store. It’s conveniently located off of 41 and the customer service was just as amazing as the Calhoun store! Will be back!

I stopped in to get myself a new piece yesterday. The guy that was working (I didnt catch his name) was very helpful in finding what I wanted.I got home and found out that the piece was faulty (it happens), I called up the store and spoke to the same guy who told me just to bring it back and hed exchange it. When he found out that I had already attempted to use it, he instructed me to just throw it away (I appreciated not feeling like I had to drive back with any used paraphernalia). When I returned to the store, the same guy got me taken care of right away.I am very pleased with my replacement piece and will return for any future needs.

Mr.Nappy Dreads said I had to wear a mask to shop,and I replied that I cant wear a mask because of my condition. Which he replied I dont care about your condition,you have to wear a mask to shop.I replied,I just need one thing. Nope,he said.So I left saying dont expect to stay in business to long if you keep running customers off.
