I am absolutely overjoyed with the work John Andrew Flooring did on the Restoration of my home caused by a leaky toilet. When conducting business theres no greater satisfaction then someone delivering on their promise to get the job done swiftly, correctly and beautifully. My garage ceiling, bathroom, and master bedroom was completely redone and everything looks amazing. I knew nothing about this stuff and John Andrew walked me through everything step by step. I cannot recommend John Andrews team of flooring experts highly enough. They took our mismatched floors (a red-stained oak with ridges that butted up against a blonde, weathered oak foyer) and sanded and stained them to EXACTLY the right color. They looked like they were installed at the same time from the same batch of wood. So incredibly impressed.Whats more - John and team were disappointed with their first finished product (I hadnt noticed, but apparently some waves appeared in the wood that their expert eyes werent happy with) - so they RE-DID the entire project. Completely free of charge AND gave us a discount for the delay. When a company stands that firmly behind their work and will only accept a perfect finished project... you just cant beat that.Quality guys, perfect work. Highly recommend!

What a great flooring company!!! They were responsive when I called. Set up an appointment to see the job right away. They gave me a great price. They were able to refinish my hardwood floors within the week. It only took them 2 consecutive days. It looks absolutely fantastic. It could not have gone any smoother or faster. I think they are the best!!!

John and his crew did an amazing job! Our Chapel is a very old building with 40 year old floors so we didnt know how they would turn out, but we couldnt be more pleased! After patching and sanding they look brand new and they did a great job with new carpet, steps and nosing as well. Highly recommend them

I have worked with John Andrew Flooring & Restoration over the past few years for a few projects and I could not be happier with their work. John and his team came out to our townhome a few years ago when we had some water damage to our hardwood floors. They replaced the damaged wood and refinished the rest of the wood floors in the process. Their work was impeccable. I recently purchased a new home and immediately called John to come out and refinish the hardwoods, install new hardwoods in the master bedroom, replace the upstairs carpet, and install vinyl plank in the basement. John is extremely customer focused and returns emails, texts, calls, etc. in a very timely manner. He treats you like family. Its often hard to find and trust a good contractor - he is the real deal. I wont go to anyone else and would refer him to anyone, anytime.

As expected, the quality of his work has not diminished over the years. I believe he is one of the few craftsmen left in this area who takes pride in his and his employees work. After a water heater mishap, we decided to go with a waterproof flooring. John Andrew installed the flooring in a very timely manner and did an excellent job of going around the water heater and under the other appliances. Great company to work with.

We had laminate laid by John Andrews Flooring. It is beautiful. It was done two years ago. Still satisfied with a really professional job. Their employees do a great job and clean up. We would definitely use them again when the need arises.

I had John Andrew Flooring install the carpet and the laminate flooring in my parents house about a year ago and I must say I was very impressed. The initial salesmen Chris was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and made sure to help my parents make the right choice for their needs. The technicians were punctual, courteous and very friendly. My mother is in a wheelchair and the guys made sure to go above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable every step of the way. John Andrew himself even made it a point to stop in every day to check to see if my parents were happy. Great bunch of guys. I highly recommend their services to anybody in the market for flooring. They refinished our entire first floor and up the stairwell. Did an excellent job matching the color and finish we wanted. Bobby and his crew were great. We went on vacation for a week and came back to beautiful, professionally finished floors. They took care of our home and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product.

My experience was GREAT from all aspects. The quote was done promptly, and after agreeing on which carpet to go with, it was installed 2 days later. Quick and painless from start to finish. Pricing was 10% lower than I could find anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

John Andrew Flooring did a fantastic job on my floors, we are very happy. We had them install hardwood up the stairs and down the hallway, and they put in carpet in all of the bedrooms. They were on time, always answered my phone calls, and took great pride in their work. I was concerned about my freshly painted walls throughout the process, worried that they would get dinged up by carelessness, but they did not make a single ding in my new paint. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure!

I have call them 4 times talk with tony and one other person to come out to give me estimate on my floors. They keep saying they will call me back they never call back. I don’t even know this company they were recommended by a friend.

We had John Andrew refinish our hardwood flooring in our entryway,kitchen area and half bath along with replacing the carpet with hardwood in the living room and dining room. The quality of the work is simply outstanding. I cant speak highly enough of Gabriel and Joey who did the work. Small things, such as staining the shoe molding to match the cabinets as opposed to the flooring color really made a difference. We paid the extra $150 to have them use their dustless system and it truly was 99% dust free. They also replaced the carpet in our upstairs and it looks great as well. I would highly recommend them.

Great folks for hardwood flooring sanding or replacement. Lots of choices, dustless sanding and even carpet and tile too. You can go to their showroom on Lake Acworth Dr. or they can come to you. I work with them regularly and appreciate their honesty and prompt service.

I had an issue with a prior contractor leaving an unfinished job. John Andrews came out within 24 hours to finish the job, and I was SO pleased. They had all kinds of proper equipment for the job (unlike the prior contractor I had used). Rafeal did a top notch job, and I was totally comfortable leaving him alone in the house. He has been working for John Andrews for years. I have been driving by John Andrews store ever since I moved to the area 8 years ago, and would totally recommend! They converted carpeted steps into hardwood steps, and they look awesome!

My floors look terrible. they look ugly and using this company was a waste of moneyEvery step of the job was a fight, all issues that were discussed he ignored me .because he was already paid. I asked for the wide planks to be used. He put in a different size and threw my good wood away. No flooring was put under my stove or cabinets as asked for. All the food cooks on a slant. The floors were not sanded enough. they look hideous and need to be redone.There was a flood and he was pre paid by my lender. and took advantage of the situation. His workers whine about how overworked they are. They moved furniture and put a huge gouge in my office floor. He refused to fix it and blamed his friend who never touched the furniture.I am truly disappointed in the poor, horrible quality of the work that was done. Huge Rip-off

The hardwood floor they installed in my elderly parents home is the worst I have ever experienced. Unprofessional installation with floor cupping, uneven, and in some areas buckling of wood. I have never seen a hardwood floor that looked this bad. So disappointed at such shabby workmanship by a local business.

While driving on the interstate I saw a truck with their business name on it coal roll multiple times when they were not happy with how other drivers were driving. I find this very rude and I wish they would respect the planet more.

Really sad when youre in a restaurant with your 12 yr old and these 2 guys couldnt quit undressing my kid with their eyes!!!! Will not recommend them ever
